I think the rules on this server need to change . The extremely virginy admins will ban you for doing things that would happen in real life . If it’s role play then make it realistic don’t put in rules that are the opposite .

What did the reported staff member do to abuse their power: I believe this staff member were FailRPing by jumping into a car at high speed, therefore breaking server rules. Even the Senior Moderator Norbert Heinich would consider the situation in the video as FailRP.

You state you've been on the server a while, so that means you'd should know the rule of RDM and in particular the rule of counter, you didn't say you did it so a presumed you didn't. So therefore I'd state its an RDM breaking, because you shot someone without a counter, without it being a non counterable situation which is shown in rule 4.5.3, also can you not have a picture of Shaun the Sheep on here as this is a application for an unban request, not a 7 year olds birthday party.

How about you make an SCP RP map, show it to us (Just a video and scheme/map presentation , no files or anything) , if it gets liked then it probably gets added and you become a mapper. I am pretty sure that most people who play regularly and get banned, learn their lessons from these things, but that doesn't mean that they get their warns reduced/removed now does it?

No way to check the ammo you had, in this situation I will trust your word. As such, as no firearm was available, the bayonet was the only available weapon, so in this situation the ban and warn is to be removed.

If your statement is true and verified by the person that did Ban you, I would be fine if it was moved to a Prop Minge Tier II Ban instead of a Prop Spam, therefore it wouldn't be perminant. However I will wait to see if the Admin verifies on what you have said.

Daniel Dietz is a well known Navy Seal that died in 2005 while on his last tour around Afghanistan. There is a movie called Lone Survivor that talks about him. Overall there is no actual Staff abuse here as he only took you to the FailRP room for you to change your name.
