    +1 He deserves a chance at staff, he's applied countless times showing his dedication to wanting to become staff and I don't doubt that he would be a good addition to staff. He is dedicated to his in game rank and he has made GC a better regiment since becoming commander. He's an overall nice person and competent. The only -1 I have is that he is from Birmingham.
