What is the Battalion Motto:

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum):

Battalion, when in non-combat situations, are there to grant or deny requests from the Clones/Jedi, assuring that everything operates smoothly and efficiently, without any hiccups due to easily avoidable errors, etc. You are expected to watch over your assigned regiment, assure they are doing well and assist Hierarchy at their request, you are however NOT to replace hierarchy or step on their toes; you can watch over the regiment through specialised trainings, missions, or anything of the like. Furthering on from that, you are to generally watch the base and maintain its standards, through open trainings and simulations, giving sufficient advice, help and recommendations to the participants of said training. Also, during combat downtime, Battalion are to come up with tactics/strategies for different situations, utilising every regiment and their specialties to assure everything runs organized and smoothly during combat. Lastly for non-combat situations, Battalion are expected to be always ready for expected situations, and respond swiftly and effectively in their response, limiting any threats.

Then, during combat situations, Battalion are expected to lead if they are called upon, or adequately support the leading Battalion by micromanaging the more tedious sides, assuring the leading Battalion can perform to the best of their abilities. If not leading or co-leading, they are to fight side by side with the Regiments, preferably their supervised one, and provide motivation/support.

 

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):

I believe that I should be picked for Battalion due to my clear cut maturity and capabilities, as demonstrated by my past experience as a Battalion member, where i cleared all the requirements and thrived in that leading environment; furthermore, since my return to the Server, i have again made my way to trusted ranks, those being Colonel, as well as Jedi Sub-Path Leader. I believe that these alone demonstrate great capability from me, and that i would be a suitable fit for the heavy responsibilities and trust that comes with the role of Battalion.
 

Following on from that, i see myself to be able to properly delegate tasks and manage with large workloads, without becoming overwhelmed. I believe this is an incredibly important trait for Battalion, and that me possessing it shows i would be a great fit. I also possess great attention to detail, and have the time, dedication and patience to assure that every task i am assigned or see ahead of me are executed to a high standard, efficiently, and in the best interests of everyone on the Server.

 

Next, i can tell when seriousness is needed, and when it can be relaxed. Obviously, this doesn't mean that i would be goofing around during peak hours, as at that point i would be maintaining a standard of professionalism, however, during times around the 10:30, etc, i would become more relaxed, and talk to my supervised regiment and other members in a more informal manner, while assuring at all times everyone can have fun, and the environment as a whole follows that.

Lastly, i am Sub-Path Leader in Jedi. During my time as Sub-Path Leader, Warlock (The Sub-Path i lead), has grown full, and i have helped to roll out new ideas for them, developing documents and dedicating myself to update them in order to see it flourish, i believe this shows that i can put my heart into a role, and help it prosper in any way possible. However, in order to accept the rank of Battalion which i am applying for, i would need to step down from my current position. I would do this, not due to any issues with Jedi, but due to the fact i have decided that Battalion is where i want to be, and, unlike other applicants, i can't simply rank transfer back to my Regiment if i dislike Battalion. I believe, the fact i am willing to step down from my safe rank of Sub-Path Leader for this position, shows my dedication to joining Battalion, and the effort i would be willing to put in.
 

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank?

As it should be, it is the standard of professionalism for all members of the Community, and should be treat that way appropriately.

 

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail):

As i previously stated, during a combat situation where i am NOT in a leading position, i would stick to the Regiment i was assigned, and help them in their tasks. If no one is there to oversee them (Such as a rank qualified to lead), i would help them get through the event in a managed way, providing motivation to the members, and assure that they have an enjoyable time I would not, under any circumstances, interfere with the Leading Battalion unless i was expressly instructed to do so. I would be smart, and not rush in for glory, i understand what my role is, and that is to manage, not get a high K/D, so i would rally the troops and assure they have adequate morale to keep fighting. 

 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted?

- Host an Open Simulation with a degree of difficulty to those partaking.

- Complete a debrief in a suitable and adequate manner.

-Lead a Planetary event with the Voice Amp.

 

What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too:

Thanks for taking the time to read it. It's fairly difficult for me to do this, knowing i put everything on the line if it goes wrong, but I'm willing to take that opportunity based on how i believe i would enjoy Battalion.

However In most reg's recently you get NCO then Resign in a Loop and Hvae not gotten Major+ Since CG so id recomend sticking with a reg for a while before applying and Correct me if im wrong im pretty sure you cant Be batt and SPL+?

I think you would do well as a Batt good at leading as a SPL and always have control of EP's, i would follow into battle!

Really good application. Proves to me that Panzer wants the position and personally, I think Panzer would bring quite a few qualities battalion need one of them being activity at the moment.

honestly i hate doing +1 in list limits what i can say so here Panzer/poof great guy loads of fun took his role as SPL seriously i would love for him to get batt i think he would have great ideas for improving batt just like he did with warlock 

to anyone wondering rules for rank transferring out of batt rules been changed so if he was gonna he would haft to be in batt for a little while

I agree with Tay in this instance for +1 I truly believe that its a understatement when it comes to panzer as a candidate. Throughout the course of my time on the server he has been nothing but a genuine honest individual and a great leader/teacher especially coming to jedi. He is easy to approach and will always make time for anyone. He in my opinion would be a Tremendous addition to the battalion!
