 I do have working microphone, and i speak most of the time but sometimes use chat.

 

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since:
 Joined server April 15 2020 since then in 2021 took 4 LOAs which lasted only 1 week and were apart from each other by like couple months or more due to various reasons and recently another 6 day LOA just to have small break from server.

 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums:
 I use Teamspeak and discord everyday, and look at forums couple times a day.

State the role of staff on the server:
 Staff's role is to ensure that there are no people breaking any rules on the server and help people with things they require when needed like giving items for some kind of trainings,removing certain items if possible and to deal with the rule breakers when reported or seen by staff member.

 I did read rules multiple times by now so yes i am familiar with them.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes i do.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:
I would go to the player that made report and then bring/drag the player that is randomly killing some where away from other players and tell him he is getting warned for RDM and explain if he continues to do it he will receive a ban, if its MRDM i would ban him for 5 days after bringing him and explaining the situation.
 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
I would tp to the Cadet tell him ill ask Battalion to send message  for NCO+ to go to cadet area to train cadets if no NCO+ arrives and 2nd claim was made i would ask in OOC if anyone wants to train cadets and if no one responds i would bring random NCO+ to cadet area and tell him to train the cadet.

 
3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
If its clear that he wasnt trying to RDM then i wouldnt do anything.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
I wouldn't do anything since its In Character situation and not Out Of Character.
 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

 I would explain that even if its not stated in the rules doesn't mean they can do it as it is common sense or just not realistic within star wars universe.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would explain to the player if he doesn't agree with my decision he can go to the WG forums and make a complaint/unwarn request and give them a link to the page and then return them to last location they were.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

 I believe i should get staff because i already have some experience with being Staff as i am currently an Event Planner on the CWRP WG so i am trusted with ULX power and i have been playing server for 2 years now so plenty of experience. In that time i have achieved rank of 212th Hierarchy (vice commander) and stayed for 1 year until i resigned from being burned out and went to WG Imperial Roleplay where i got to rank of Vice Commander once again.

 After leaving that server due to regiment i was in got removed and coming back to clone wars where i got to ranks of 41st LTCOL,CE LT and currently 212th ARC and then got accepted into event planner as i mentioned before, so i would say i am trusted within community. After being event planner for a while now i decided i want to contribute more to the server than making event for players by helping people with their claims, stopping people that break rules and improve server overall so people have fun time spending their time on this server.

As you have seen i have been warned 4 times for couple reasons and i tried applying for staff twice 2 years ago but since then i have improved myself and my behaviour which was not great when i was applying for staff first time and 2nd time. Today as some may know i am Event Planner and ARC which is great improvement from the past where i was disliked by most of the server due to my toxicity and was hard trying to achieve anything.

My interactions with you have been okay but I can't say much more than that because we dont speak very often. Ive had no issues with you IC or OOC. You also have not much staff expierence considering you haven't been an EP for very long.

The interactions i have had with you were all positive and over all you are a nice guy.
But as the other staff members have said you just got EP. This does mean you have some experience with ULX on our server. You dont have that much experience on the staff side but I believe that you can learn and improve on that.

Disclaimer: Since there are extremely limited spots in staff with many many people applying I will be completely honest and judging/responding not only based off if I believe you will be a capable staff member but are you better suited to be a staff member compared to the other 40 people that applied, so don't take any of this to heart. Being honest you are a very stubborn person and do not take criticism or advice well, so it makes me wonder if you will be able to listen to your Staff Mentor adequately during your Trial-Mod period.

Hazard you are a great guy who is friendly and helps out when needed. I see you on alot and I have no problems with you. 

The only thing I can think against you is that balancing Ep and Staff can be hard and I do not want you to burn out. But if you feel you can manage Staff, EP and your IC rank then yeah go all in I guess.
