 I have a working mic, I usually speak but I also type a lot.

 I joined the server on 19th February and have not taken any LOAs / ROAs or resigned since.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums:

 I’m always in Teamspeak, I use the discord a lot and I look at the forums a lot, albeit I don’t post a lot on them.

State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) State the role of staff on the server:

 Staff on the server are supposed to deal with rule breakers on the server – they should ensure the server remains fun to play on for all but should punish anyone who breaks rules while also being unbiased, neutral and being thorough when trying to check if someone did or did not break a rule to not make a mistake

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 Firstly I would teleport to the player while cloaked and then view their next actions to see if they are killing anyone. If I can’t clearly see them RDM or if they have stopped, I will check the logs to see if they have been killing people. If he has killed other clones I will teleport him away to a secluded area of the map  (to do an admin sit) so he can’t kill anyone or gets distracted while I get his point of view and ask him what he thinks he’s doing and why he’s doing it. Then based on the amount of people he has killed I would warn him for either rdm / mrdm.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 Firstly I would teleport to the cadet and tell him to use /advert to get a trainer in chat first, while also asking him if he hasn’t done so already to change him name to CC #### [Name]. If he did an advert and no one showed up, I would talk to battalion to see if they can select someone to go to train the cadet. If battalion are not on or are afk, I would then ask in OOC chat if someone can train the cadet. If no-one goes to train the cadet I would teleport the lowest ranking NCO to train him. In the case there are no NCOs I will TP the lowest ranking person online to train the cadet.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 If a CT accidentally shoots someone during a debrief, I would not intervene as a staff member but would let CG present deal with the situation as it is an IC situation so CG should be dealing with it.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 I would give the CT a reminder that he should salute me and anyone higher than a 2nd LT as it is technically FailRP but I would take no action against him as a staff.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

I would still warn him for FailRP and give him the corresponding punishment since it is still FailRP and the rules cannot list every instance of FailRP however if he does have issues with the punishment I would ask him to file a complaint on the forums (unfair warns / bans).

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would explain why he is being punished and tell him that if he thinks the punishment is unfair that he can appeal it on the forums and file a complaint. Depending on what he says or how he acts, I would also add a disrespect to staff warn.


 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

While I’m not very experienced with ULX and staff on Gmod servers, I am very active and dedicated to this server. Since February, I’ve been active on the server being on every day to play the game and help my regiment. While I’ve been here I have been extremely active, making sure to do as much as I can in my regiment, every week I do as much work as I can getting the highest level of activity and performance and many SOOTWs and I would keep being this active as staff – for just over 5 months I have kept up this level of activity and I haven’t lost any drive or motivation and am still dedicated to the server.

 I have also made it to the rank Of EXO. I have been trusted enough (and earned the chance) to become EXO and Temp Commander twice and through my short time as EXO and temp hierarchy I have proven that I work extremely hard to be the best I can be and keeping  the regiment going as well as proving me trustworthy enough since I have a high rank and have done well with it.

I have never been warned or banned in the server and I try to be a good member of the community by being nice to everyone and helping where I can and this would be amplified by me becoming staff as I would continue to help people in more ways that I can now and try to set a good example for others. Finally, while I do like to have a joke, I can be serious when needed and have definitely become more serious as I’ve spent time on the server

Storm is very active and its impressive that he hasnt taken any breaks since joining in February. Storm is a very friendly and easy going guy and although he doesnt have staff experience, thats what mentoring is for!

Storm has proven time and time again his dedication to the server and his regiment he wants to help the server to the best of his ability and i see that when i play the server with him in my experience with him he is calm, deadicated, helpfull, and understanding. 

i know that my opionion probobly doesent meen much here anymore but even tho he lacks experience he would be one of the best staff member ive seen in the three years ive been here.

Disclaimer: Since there are extremely limited spots in staff with many many people applying I will be completely honest and judging/responding not only based off if I believe you will be a capable staff member but are you better suited to be a staff member compared to the other 40 people that applied, so don't take any of this to heart. Thanks : )

The application is really well put together and was a nice read!

From all I have heard you are doing extremely well in 104th and you are a decently mature guy which is honestly the number one thing required for being a staff member as I could train a dog to do half the claims but being professional and mature is what sets other staff members over the rest

The application is well made. You are an active guy. That you don’t have experience doesn’t mean you can’t learn it. I think your performance in 104th is showing that you are committed to the server.

Mate is actually rocking just by being Temp commander, mate got more logs than the rest hierachy in other regiments just by being temp commander, he is really dedicating to the server and i think he would do great as staff, he is extremely active as well and all 104th like him, same with rex.
