While you have been MJR+ within 2 months, you are just a LCPL right now. I would suggest waiting until you reach a bit of a higher rank.

 

Pretty noticable grammar mistakes,

"What do Battalion do during combat" was not detailed and pretty short

im seeing some grammar mistakes in the apply, but its still a good apply.

 

the apply is not too much detailed regaring the answers given

 

Richard might have been demoted in one of these last days, but for the time he has been on the server he had proven himself in CG.

he might be a LCPL now, but that doesnt stop him from being a good leader.

ill say its worth a shot

 

i very much dislike the reactions given on this apply, not just because of the current rank of a LCPL, but also the recent demotion. and this is such a disrespectfull behavior against the applicant.

if you wanna give a +1/neutral/-1 on an apply, do it like a grownup and with a reason.

 

it litterally says he has been a CG LT COL before, and past ranks count. so i dont see the reason why people are giving out -1's for that.

A demotion and the current rank of the applicant is a serious matter, when discussing if someone is a Battalion.

 

The rank at application shows how dedicated the person is to the server, many people (including myself) rejoined the server and lost interest quickly. Staying in a regiment for 2 days is not proof of dedication.

 

I also feel like that someone of your past, and especially current, ranks should not have to be told why a recent demotion might be grounds for -1 an application. Only reason I'd agree on is if it was an activity demotion in low rank jedi for example, though that would still not be a good look.
