What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: I will be active as much as I can, if possible I will play for 1+ hours everyday. With my activity there will be more people playing the job and bringing people RP experience, also I work better if I am in a team which is the golden rule and I can learn from others by working with them and teamwork is crucial in GOC because operatives must not waste their life without a proper reason and if there are more people on a mission and they are coordinated then there will be a higher chance of success. I can also bring my loyalty to the job as I will always listen to higher up orders and I will never abolish the GOC's five fold missions.
 
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: I have had many more encounters with the GOC on the server then before it was added, because of this I got more interested in the job and read lore about it. I think that the GOC is different from other jobs on the server and I have become more and more interested in the job after I got to know them a bit better. I also want to join the GOC because I am a bit bored from playing church and other jobs and I want something new, also I want to learn more about GOC through playing the job. I see like 2 people playing the job daily and I want to fix that by being another person who plays it, if I get that chance.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War was a war that occured at the start of WW2. The Ahnerbe Obskurakorps and the Thule Gesselschaft wanted to use the destruction of LTE-0913-EX-Machina to their own advantage for more power obviously. They wanted to use this to complete the Rite of Solomon and become even more powerful. The Allied Occult Initiative fought against them to protect humanity from this disastrous event. The battle was harsh but at the end the Allied Occult Initiative  beat the Ahnerbe Obskurakorps. The thought of parathreats and them being weaponized to cause harm to humanity became clearer, so the GOC was formed to save humanity from such events occuring again.

 
What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition:

Survival: It is the GOC's primary mission to uphold the survival of the human race from any paranormal, parascientific and paratemporal threats. This mission surpasses all other missions.

Concealment: The GOC will hide the knowledge of parathreats from the general public, as that could cause mass panic and many casualities among the human race.

Protection: Individual human beings will be protected whenever possible as to achieve survival, this doesn't not mean only protection of human beings but also GOC operatives.

Destruction: The parathreats shall be destroyed whenever possible, no unnecessary risks shall be taken to ensure the survival of the parathreats.

Education: The GOC will make effors to expand their knowledge on parathreats, as that will mean they will understand them a bit more and will easily combat them.
 
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: After the Seventh Occult War, the power of the parathreats or humans abusing them became clearer. GOC was formed to protect humanity from those parathreats and ensure survival of the human race. The founding of the GOC was also crucial to ensure no apocalyptic scenario would be made with the use of parathreats or by parathreats themselves.

What is the difference between
a KTE and a UTE: KTE stands for known threat entity, GOC knows about this threat and they also know how to deal with it and combat it. UTE stands for unknown threat entity, GOC has no knowledge about this threat or very little about it. UTE's are dangerous as GOC does not know how they function or how they can be destroyed.

 

What does the PHYSICS Division specialize in?: They observe, investigate, trackdown and destroy anomalies. They are like the military of the GOC because they carry out different dangerous missions to investigate parathreats and at the end destroy them.
The PHYSICS Divison is made from 2 different teams:

Assessment teams: They carry out missions which involve the tracking of parathreats and investigating parathreats s0 the strike teams can be called in to destroy them.
Assessment teams have an oval shape for their heraldry, they have 3 digits unit identifier starting with 7 and they have no motto.

Strike teams: They are there to capture located parathreats and eventually destroy them. The strike teams carry out dangerous missions, so they have the latest technology to protect them.
They have a shield shape for their heraldry, 4 digit unit identifiers and also they have a motto.

Of course Mike agreed to the offer and began his service as a Combat Medical Technician. During his time in the armed forces Mike was deployed to Afganistan to fight the Taliban and to Iraq to train upcoming Iraq soldiers. After his 8 years service Mike decided to use his medical skills for good and joined the UN-PeaceKeeping force where he was deployed to African country, called South Sudan. On his deployment at South Sudan, Mike Philips made friends with the local public on the base he was deployed to. On one of his deployments, 2 years since he was first deployed, he encountered an anomalous entity. The entity began to slaughter every living thing in its sight. The people of the nearby town he knew, dead within a matter of seconds. Filled with rage, Mike Philips began to charge at the unknown entity and began shooting. A few seconds later a team known as the GOC came and destroyed the entity. It was later then I was offered a place to join the GOC for my hatred of that Threat Entity, which killed the ones I knew and protected for so long,  that lead me to hate all anomalous object/entities.

Mike Philips was born and raised on the outskirts of Greater Manchester. He grew up as somewhat an intellect. Through High school and College he achieved high grades and academic progress, of course with that came praise from those around him and an easy life. Mike didn't want that, he wanted something more exotic, so he left his academic life to join the army at the age of 19 where he put his intellect to good use and at the age of 24 he became a 2nd Lieutenant. Mike had his own troop consisting of 30 men, which he got to know each personally over a year. On the 20 march 2003 war broke out, and Mike Philips and his troop was deployed to Iraq to overthrow the Iraq Government led by Saddam Hussein. The war didn't end with the capture of Hussein on the 13th of December 2003, the Iraqi insurgence kept expanding every day and becoming increasingly harder to combat against. Mike Philips and his troop fought frequently with the insurgents. This continued until July 2009 when British Forces pulled out of Iraq. At the end of it all, Mike Philips knew the horrors of war. So he decided to retire from the British Army and use his battle hardened skills join the UN to hopefully prevent wars from breaking out. To stop innocent people from dying again. Whilst at a UN site, Mike Philips entered the office where he was to be interviewed. Inside the office was a man dressed in a black suit, very professional and stern. He told Mike about the GOC and the world of anomalies, and most importantly the missions the GOC have. Once hearing what the man had to say, Mike Philips made the decision that he would join the GOC as anomalies, in his opinion, are the bigger threat to mankind...

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:I want to join because the GOC is a highhly prestigious group in and out of the server, whether  lore or just story's. Its one of the best GOI's and even Jobs on the server and i have always wanted to join. Its not a secret group, its juts hidden by the name they can the United Nations, which i think is great. Its a very militarised and by looking at my previous jobs almost all of them are MTF's like Beta-1 or even Alpha-1, i know how to coordinate in groups and with GOC's immaculate skills communication and combat, i would love to be a part of that.

Im not sure if this is fully correct, but what i have read: The Seventh Occult War happened in WW2, the 3rd Reich wanted to militarise "Para threats" and after the destruction of "LTE -0913-Ex Machine" They began to try and use its advantages over the Rite of Solomon and gain even more power over their enemy's The Occult fought against Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps to stop them from completing the rite of solomon , After this they formed the Global Occult Coalition (GOC)
What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition:
 Survival: 

Protecting the human race from the paranomal or the anomalous at all costs, Ensuruing the Human Race is protected from these items

Concealment:

To make sure the anomalous world is kept hidden from the public eye, to avoid chaos, like the Foundation, they destroy it quietly.

Protect:

As long as it fits the first two goals,Protect the Public, themselves and their operatives at all costs.

Destruction:

To desroy the anomalous at ALL costs and rid the earth of it, Keeping the human Race safe is key and the destruction of anomalous items is the key to the door.

Knowledge is key, the GOC will study the Paranormal and learn it before destruction

An Unknown entity that has either not been discovered or little is known about said entity, being an unknown paranormal threat, normally more measures will be taken to counter it.

The PHYSICS Division is the Nu-7 of GOC, the front line and the main combatants who observe and capture the anomalous, Split into a few divisions, The Assessment Teams and the Strike Teams. The Assessment Teams asses the UTE's or KTE's before the strike team "Strikes" to capture and or destroy the threat. AKA The Assessment team study the TE's and the Strike Teams Destroy the TE's.

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:

Since i played SCP RP the first role i wanted to play was Global Occult Coalition, but there still wasn't that role. I read something about the G.O.C and i thought it's a pretty intresting organization. When i wrote on my browser SCP Global Occult Coalition i was surprised by the fact that, there wasn't so much about 'em. And that fact got me more curious. In my opinion G.O.C is the best role/organization in the SCP RP/SCP World. I hope i will be approved.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War:

 So, the Seventh Occult War is in the same timeline as WW2. There is a fight between AOI ( Allied Occult Initiative) and the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps, (They are an Nazi Cultists organization) the AO have to give supernatural powers, by the Rite of Solomon at the Nazist  Command. The Nazi Cult needed seven keys, but they only found six keys. Only one key remaining to start/complete the ritual. The Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps leader ( Konrad Weiss ) created the seventh key by his hands. But his plan failed, when The AOI and the S.C.P Foundation captured him and stopped the ritual. With this the Seventh Occult War ended.

 
What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition:

The G.O.C have the Fivefold Missions, that are:

Survival:

Like the S.C.P Foundation, the G.O.C have to protect the human race from the anomalies/monsters.

Concealment:

The G.O.C have to keep secret the presence of anomalies/monsters to the world.

Protect:

Like Survival, the G.O.C have to protect the humans and even the Operators of G.O.C if they're targetted by an anomalie.

Destruction:

The G.O.C can't take the risk of dealing with "life or death" situation", because, as i said, it's to riskful.

Education:

The G.O.C must learn something about the anomalies they're dealing with.

The United Nation after the SOW thought that forming an organization that deals with supernatural or unknown events are very very dangerous for them, and the human race. And that's why the G.O.C was founded.

a KTE and a UTE:

The KTE means: Known Threat Entity, as the name says, it threat with knownd events, while the UTE means Unknown Threat Entity, idem for the KTE but they threat with unknowned events.

He quickly climbed grades, till he got enlisted for the G.I.S ( Special Intervent Group) at 25 years old, he was promoted as Alpha Commander but two months later he got injuerd at the leg in a hostage situation, that forced him to stay in the San Raffaele Hospital for 4 months. In that time frame, he read about the UN special group on a letter that his friend Emanuele Scorpolini send to him. At the age of 32 years, Antonio was accepted in the G.O.C PHYSICS group.

I want to join becauase i've been pretty interested in the GOI since i came back to the server and the sheer amount of cool stuff they do is impresive. I love the concept of a GOI that actually contains or destroys the anoumalous like the foundation but in a different way. I can bring all the skills that i have into the GOI and i'm active as hell.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War:

 The Sevent Occult War happened in WW2 Ahnerbe Obskurakorps and the Thule Gesselschaft wanted more power so seeing that the destruction of LTE-0913-EX-Machina occured they took it to their advanted since they wanted to complete The Rite of Solomon to get even more power and to be unstoppable. Allied Occult Initiative fought them and successfully destroyed both Ahnerbe and Thule. Since parathreats were a big threat to humanity they formed GOC to stop any events like these if they were to happen.

 

What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition:
 

Survival - Protecting the human race against any and all parathreats and taking priority over all other 4.

Concealment - Keeping knowledge on the secrets of parathreats due to if exposed it would cause mass panic and mass casulties in civilian populations.

Protect - Try to protect all human life possible as long as that does not overcome and go against the first and second statement.

Destruciton - Not risking survival of any parathreats due to it causing risks in the survival of the human race.

Education - Always expand the knowledge about the parathreats and study them, as long as it will not overcome or go against the first four statements.

Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:

The GOC was founded after it was realized that humans abuse the power of these paranormal parathreats and use them for chaotic events. It was formed to protect the man kind from these parathreats and destroy them at all cost. They insure no apocalyptic events happen and keep anyone from abusing these entities to other levels of destruction.

Strike team - They both capture and destroy parathreats. They are mostly tasked with missions of destroying the anomalies and they have  really good gear to back them up.

Assessment team - They scout the fields searching for any parathreats and gather all intel they can. Incase of finding a parathreat they are to call in their strike team which is to deal with it.

Biographical Information

Born in the 80s, David grew up in Vukovar with a small family of 3. He went all the way up to higschool which he passed with successful degrees. They were a poor family barely surviving the day, his mother unemployed and his father working as a garbage man which was also one of the reasons he couldn't attend college. When David was just 11 he lived through one of the bloodiest weeks of is life. In 1991 Serbian terrorist attacks occured all around Croatia causing them to go into a chaotic state and cause the "Homeland War" also known as the Croatian war of independence. Living in Vukovar made it 10 times harder than it already was since Serbia crushed the city to ashes. His family hid all around the outskirts of the city until 1995 when the war was already at the end, David has took it upon himself and learned to use a firearm. One day the "Četniks" found them which ended up in his father being shot dead after killing 2 of the Serbian soldiers. David heroically avenging his father killed the remaining 3 Četniks and saved his mother from being raped.  10 years later joining the Croatian Army during one of his forest training he saw a large man-like creature covered in foor standing in the forest carrying some greenish orb which was undistinctive to him. He thought he was hallucinating due to the lack of hydration and water supplies during the training, no other soldiers recall seeing this since he was standing far away from other groups. After 5 years of service and reaching the rank of "Skupnik" he decided it is time to move forward. He was satisfied, his mother was safe, he wanted to keep... peace in the world so he joined the UN. While in the UN he told one of his mates there the story of him seeing the creature. His story spread around to other people in the UN until Davis was contacted and had to come to a mandatory meeting. At this meeting David was met with 2 shadowy, suit figures. They explained to him who they are and what their purpose there is and that what David actually saw that day was an anomalous creature with unknown technology in it's hands known to the foundation as SCP - 1000. David despised the fact things like these parathreats exist and after offered a place in the GOC he accepted and from then worked in his full energy to stop these parathreats from ending the world.

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: Obviously I can bring activity but also a member that knows a lot about the group itself and how it acts in situation. I also enjoy passive rp as much as non passive rp so I have that going.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: Because the GOC always has been one of my favourite groups in the entire scp lore and they can be fucking badass. Also the rp possibilities seem fun with how the GOC usually interacts with others and their lore is one of the best in my opinion.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War: The 7th occult war/ww2 in short is where the Allied Occult Initiative (The GOCs early form) fought the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps. It was fought at the same time as World war 2 and despite capturing various anomalous objects their projects could not save them from defeat. And shortly after the war the GOC was officialy formed.
 
What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition:

1)Survival

The GOC MUST protect the human race against any and all paranormal threats. This is the number 1 priority
 

 2) Concelment

The GOC has to keep any knowledge of paranormal threats classified because exposure of those threats could lead to mass panic and as a result possibly masssive casualties.

3)Protect

The GOC always TRIES to protect the individual Human person aslong as it doesnt conflict with the previous 2.

4)Destruction

The GOC should not risk keeping paranormal threats alive because the VERY EXISTENCE is a risk to the Human Race

5)Education

The GOC always should expand their knowledge of the supernatural and paranormal aslong as that too does not conflict with the previous 4.


Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:As mentioned before, the GOC was founded shortly after the 7th occult war/ww2 for several reasons
1: At this point the Foundation was may more privatised.
2: the countries wanted more oversight over the anomalous
3: not 1 single country was trusted alone.
From then on the GOC serves as the official protector of the Human race against the anomalous.

What is the difference between
a KTE and a UTE: a KTE is an entity where the GOC has knowledge about and or identified it and UTE is an entity with little to no information on and thus considered dangerous.

An Occult had to take them off and destroyed them and since then formed GOC to stop anything like that to happen again.

Biographical Information: Was born in New York and lived with a middle class Family who just had enough to get by , he grown up in a small apt in a small building and eventually graduated John Jay College With a Bacholers In Law Enforcement, and a Masters in Criminology.  He moved out to live out on his own in Queen till he joined the NYPD, from there is fuzzy but ended up in Ovis City working for the SCP foundation as a DEA Agent working for Public Affairs till he left to go look for a new story and a new life and ended up here.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War was the background conflict between several GOIs (including the Foundation SS, Ahnenerbe, OBSKURA, Thule and Vril societies). After the war these groups formed a coalition to eliminate the threat of anomalies, the first step of the coalition was the formation of the Allied Occulty Initiative.

What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition:
Mission one: Survival
The GOC shall hold the survival of the human race against all threats.

Mission two: Concealment
The GOC shall conceal the threats of the anomalous from the public to avoid mass panic and casualties.

Mission three: Protection
The GOC shall protect individual human beings unless considered expandable to mission one.

Mission four: Destruction
The GOC shall destroy any threat to the human race, no anomaly is to be kept alive.

Mission five: Eduation
The GOC shall make every effort to learn about the threats that endanger the lives of the human race.

Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
GOC was founded to protect the human race from anomalies also known as "parathreats", they share the foundation's view of protecting mankind but instead of containment of the parathreats they eliminate them if they are a threat.

What is the difference between a KTE and a UTE:
A KTE is a Known Threat Entity whilst an UTE is an Unknown Threat Entity. A KTE is a threat that has been identified clearly whilst a UTE is an entity that hasn't been clearly established or identified.

What does the PHYSICS Division specialize in?:
The PHYSICS Division specialises in two things, investigation and observation and combat and assault. 

Both have the task of observing, investigating and capturing or neutralising anomalies, however the assesment teams is mainly tasked with observation and investigation whilst the strike teams are tasked with the combat and assault.

Biological information: 

Rosse was born in the West Midlands of England on a cold evening's day, born into a middle class family, he did not struggle much through life. As a child he didn't speak much and often kept to himself, passed through school without much problems. He decided to join the army once he reached the age of 18 and passed his BCT with a mix of ease and struggle. 

Rosse then decided to join the paratroopers regiment where he then stayed for a short period of four years and where he got offered a place into the SAS, he passed the training for the taskforce and stayed for a longer period of six years where he was then invited to a week's training at a GOC camp which he after asked for a transfer to as he saw them as a more needing and experience giving task. His transfer was accepted.
