I can bring my skills in combat and also RP to the group, I have experience with some of the gear the GOC has which I can bring to the table as well, I have a good amount of lore knowledge about the GOC which I believe will contribute, a fair amount of military knowledge, my loyalty and the dedication to do whatever it takes.

 

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
I want to join the GOC because the GOC is my favourite GOI(alongside TSH) and I am genuinly interested in its lore, another reason I want to join is because the GOC is very militarised and personnaly I'm interested in the military(ranging from WW1 to now, including ww2, nam, afghanistan etc), I have studied the military, their weapons and tactics in the 20th century and as a military enthusiast, MTFs and the GOC are my calling and lastly because the GOC has a noble goal, one they can fullfill without having to deal with dozens of retards within their ranks.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War:
I personally dont know if im correct but anyway, the 7th occult war is a war between the Obskuracorps on one side and the Allied Occult Initiative and the Foundation on the other side, which happened to coincide with WW2, it was about the Rite of Solomon which the Obskuracorps tried to complete(to gain power(obviously)), while the AOI and the Foundation are trying to prevent the completion of the rite. There isnt any clear full story anywhere I looked so I went off of the sources I had and I tried to keep it simple.

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: First off, I am active on this server, second off all I can bring my combat skills that I have got from different MTFs and CI. I know how to deal with different situations that I probably have to deal with as GOC. I understand the missions fully which will help lastly, I am loyal and I work well with others. Becuase with my time with A-1 and B-1 I have learned how to work well with others and I think this is something great for GOC. Especially with GOCs golden rule which is never work alone. Which is what I can bring. I can bring good teamwork.

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: Well for starters I think that GOC is a very interesting GOI with especially their different suits. I have always wanted to join the GOC that Ash owned in v4 i think however, I never got the chance because I was new to the server and had no idea where to apply. Shortly after the job was removed and then I took a break from the server when the other GOCs existed. Now when I saw GOC being accepted I thought this would be fun and a nice opportunity to experience GOC. Secondly, I think this job can be refreshing to play as instead of playing as MTFs, CI and CoTBG.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War was a Occult War coinciding with WW2. The war was triggered by SS (Schutzstaffel) Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps and the Thule-Gesselschaft. Their duty was to take advantage of the destruction of LTE-0913-Ex-Machina. The reason why they wanted to take advantage was to complete the Rite of Solomon and gain even more power. The Allied Occult Initiative fought against the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps to prevent them for completing the Rite of Solomon. At the end this resulted in the founding of the Global Occult Coalition.

What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition:
GOCs missions are as follows:
1. Survival = GOC will hold the survival of the human race against all threats wether it being paranormal, parascientific or paratemporal. This mission is priority number 1 and superseding the rest of the missions.
2. Concealment = GOC is to conceal the existence of the anomalous from the general public to prevent mass panic and heavy casualties.
3. Protection = GOC will have to protect every human being including their own operatives from the GOC whenever possible.
4. Destruction = The destruction of the anomalous shall occure. No unnecessary risks are to be taken to ensure the survival of the parathreats.
5. Education = GOC shall make any kind of effort to expand their knowledge regarding the parathreats that they encounter.

Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The Global Occult Coalition or GOC for short was founded to act as Safeguards against further rogue organizations that tries to complete the Rite of Solomon and other actions that can cause world ending scenarios and such because just one nation is not trusted to deal with these situations. After the rise of more and more parathreats that could cause the same problems. Nations and organizations all around the world needed something that could deal with these threats. After that Global Occult Coalition or United Nations Global Occult Coalition were created. Which is not a secret branch or organization of the United Nations. Now the GOC tries to neutralize the parathreats or anomalous to prevent any thing like this happens again.

What is the difference between a KTE and a UTE:
KTE which stands for Known Threat Entity are those entities that have been fully or clearly identified as threats and are to be handled.
UTE which stands for Unknown Threat Entity which are those parathreats whose identity have not been established the GOC just know their existence but have barely or no info regarding the parathreat.

What does the PHYSICS Division specialize in?
GOCs PHYSICS division specializes in observation, investigation and the capture/neutralization of TEs which stands for Threat Entities. The PHYSICS Division splits into two different teams. One is called "Assessment Teams" they are the ones who deals with observation and investigation of the parathreats. Then there are the "Strike Teams" they are the ones who deals with the capturing/elimination of the parathreats.

Biographical Information: David Hayes was born in Malmö on the 19th of August 1976. At the age of 19 David joined the Swedish army. He reached the rank of Master Sergeant or MSGT for short. After reaching the rank of Master Sergeant he then joined "Särskilda Operations Gruppen" or SOG for short. Which is the Swedish Special Forces. He worked in SOG for around 5-6 years. After his years with SOG he then decided to join UN and work as a soldier for the UN. He worked for UN as a soldier for a while. During his time as a UN soldier David saw things, things that was unnatural. Things that he questioned a lot of what they were and the feeling they gave him. He reported it to his Commanding Officer however he just said it was nothing special. Around 4 weeks after telling his CO about the things David was called for a meeting. David arrived and was interviewed by 5 people. Turns out his CO informed these people about the sightings that David mentioned. David got information about something called UNGOC and what their duties were. David accepted the offer that he was given. He was then recruited to the PHYSICS Division for his good performance more specified "Strike Team 9999 Max Damage". That operates with GOCs Ultra Heavy Engagement Chassis aka Orange Suits.

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:

First thing is that I'm an active player on the server since I play everyday so I could bring activity to GOC, second thing is my combat skills, altough not the best at it I believe I'm competent enough in combat to make that an advantage to GOC as a whole and the third thing is my ability to RP, I believe that during the time I'm on the server I do some good RP situations so I could bring that over to GOC.

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: 

Altough not my favourite it is certainly one of the GoIs I most like because to me it's the one that feels more "real", yeah I know that can sound stupid but if you stop to think in the SCP Universe out of all of the GoIs we are presented with a secretive UN anti-anomalous force using the most advanced equipment available in the world is the one that feels more close to reality in my opinion and I certainly love "realism" doesn't matter how absurd is the Universe we are talking about. Another reason is because GOC has acess to high-tech equipment and I personally like things that feel more "futuristic" aswell and finally the last time GOC was on the server I didn't get the chance to apply because I didn't know how to do it since I was new on the server and nowadays GOC is the only GoI feel like it's worth applying for.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War: 

The Seventh Occult War was an event that happen the same time WWII was going on that was triggered due to SS Ahnenerbe and Thule-Gesselschaft attempting to take advantage of  LTE-0913-Ex-Machina's death to complete the Rite of Solomon, essentially it was this war that led to the creation of the GOC to act as a safeguard to prevent actions like this from other rogue organizations.

What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition: 

Survival: 

Protecting the human race is the principal objective of the GOC and this mission is the more important out of all the 5 mission GOC has.

Concealment:

The knowledge of the anomalous world is to be kept from public since the exposure of it would cause massive panic and casualities in the bigger cities around the world.

Protect:

As long as it doesn't go against the two previous mission, the GOC always tries to protect the individual, both operatives and civilians.

Destruction:

The mere existance of paranormal threats are in themselves a risk that GOC is not willing to take, so they are to be destroyed as soon as possible.

Education:

Knowledge is power, so as long as it doesn't go against any of the previous 4 missions GOC should study the paranormal.

GOC was created with the intention of preventing events like Seventh Occult War from happening again, to achieve that goal they hunt down rogue organizations and keep an eye on the other anomalous organizations to prevent further loss of human lifes.

 I want to join GOC because they are 1st of all the UN which i am a big fan of. Secondly they are an awesome GOI with great lore and  i believe they are sort of like the protector of mankind and they destroy any threats to it. Please explain the The Seventh Occult War:
In short, the 7th occult war happened during WW2. It was when the nazi's tried weaponising themselves even better and stronger as a nation and completing the rite of solomon so they can conquer the rest of the world. So the Allied Occult Initiative stopped them and that's when GOC was formed to prevent events like this from happening.

Biographical Information

Born to a relatively normal family in Brighton, at the age of 3 moved to London because of his Dad who had work  to do there. At the age of 16 he wanted to go to college and study IT. After dropping out in his 1st year he had nowhere to go to. In the end he decided to go and join the Army (18 years old). He wasn't the best of the best and he lacked motivation but he thought "i guess this is my job now". After being deployed in a warzone at the age of 19 his platoon had to link up with SAS team Alpha 3. After they linked up they walked right into an ambush and most of the people in that ambush died. Anthony managed to escape with a few men and while falling back they were caught by terrorists. After being held captive for a couple of months and brutally tortured, Anthony was rescued and a year later in 2009 he was sent back into the warzone of Afghanistan. Fighting against the taliban until 2010 when he was sent back after a fatal wound from a grenade. Wounded and lying in a hospital bed it was said that he would recover fully recover in 6 months, he recovered in 2. He showed will to fight and was again sent back with his platoon to help the americans fight. A navy seal team was caught off guard and ambushed so Anthony (now a sergeant) went to their location with his platoon not knowing it was a trap. However this time learning from experience, when the ambush began Anthony had his men in position to fight back. While there still was a lot of casualties, only 3 seal team members were saved. The captain and 2 privates. The captain thanked Anthony and they pursued to hunt down the infamous Osama Bin Laden. April 28th, 2011 Anthony's platoon finds out crucial intel on Osama's hideout and they go there with the navy seals. Succesfully taking down the terrorist in charge of the Al Qaeda. Anthony now scarred both mentally and physically from the war, after the assasination of Bin Laden he changed. He was sent back home, but the memories were haunting him. 2012 he was offered to be a part of the CTSFO ( Counter Terrorist Specialist Firearms Officer ) . During his time in the CTSFO he was proven extraordinaly good against terrorist threats and in hostage situations. He became a captain in the CTSFO considering both his military and experience in the CTSFO. Rescuing a lot of civillians and preventing multiple attacks before they happened. He was one of the best in the CTSFO. After seeing a SCP (A breach happened in a site near London) roam around the city he at first had no idea what it was. The SCP was Euclid class and he survived the encounter. He witnessed both the MTF and the UN dealing with the SCP and he helped them. After proving himself well in front of the UN the MTF restrained him and right as he was about to be amnesticised the GOC Captain said: No, don't. He offered him a contract to join the GOC. Anthony accepted the contract, continuing his journey now in the paranormal world.

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: Discipline and Coordination as the fundamentals of a leader that they must learn to follow others before leading. Regardless of what station that i’m appointed to. I’ll be sure to be another piston in the engine that drives for teamwork! This was gained from my very short experience in Beta-1 as discipline was a major focus within its recruits.

I wish to bring my skills as a writer to the mix. As i have a drive for roleplay as seen with my custom character for the O5 Council. I believe if given a voice within operational planning. I could expand ideas or at the very least aid others in bouncing their ideas. 

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: Continuing the chain of frustration for yet another disbandment of a Job group. Which is Beta-1. In which I signed on for after the group “The Chicago Spirit” was reformed into MC&D. In which that was a reaction to removal of CI Whitelisting. Right now, I define my situation as a drifting soldier as I've always wanted a go-to-group for the surface. As I am seeking a cause to rally behind yet I always seem to be late to the party. My interest for the GOC peak from viewing tales related to Dr Clef as "Ukelele" in relation to his GOC file. This began a rabbit hole where i became more entiticed by GOC Lore

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War: An event during WW2 where an notable instance of humanity attempting to weaponize the anomalous. The Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps had managed to uncover doomsday artifacts in their archaeological expeditions. Their intent was to further the interests of the 3rd Reich utilizing these artifacts. A collaboration between the Allied Occult Coalition and the SCP foundation prevented these efforts.   

What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition: The seven missions of the GOC are Survival, Concealment, Protection, Destruction and Education. These missions are the main factors in how the GOC operates.

Survival - Ensure the continuation of human race, this mission takes precedence over other missions

Concealment - To maintain the veil of secrecy on paranormal threats over the general public. To ensure the prevention of casualties and panic.

Protection - To value life of individuals regardless of position as long that they don’t conflict with the Survival and Concealment missions.

Destruction - Ensure that paranormal threats do not live to see another day, as their mere existence is considered a threat to survival

Education - To expand our knowledge on paranormal threats as they don’t conflict with the four previous missions.

Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: After the events of the Seventh Occult War, a rising concern followed for more instances of humanity being threatened by paranormal threats. Ranging from the unknown themselves to humanity taking one step back by attempting to utilize the paranormal. 

Thus led to the creation of a United Nations sub organisation known currently as the Global Occult Coalition. Its aim is to prevent world ending scenarios and ensuring that organisations don’t threaten the five stated missions.     

What is the difference between a KTE and a UTE: KTE stands for the known threat entity whlist UTE stands for unknown threat entity. The difference is self-explanatory as KTE represents parathreats that we hold understanding and intel whilst UTE is roughly known but lacking in understanding and intel. 

   

What does the PHYSICS Division specialize in?: They are the military action arm where they look into, attempt to seize and/or terminate anomalies.

 

It is split even further where there are two teams. They are identified by a Coat of Arm or a Symbol which is their Unit Heraldry. A Strike Team and an Assessment Team.

 

Strike Team - Usually identified by a heater (shield shape) for their Unit Heraldry, they are the people that deal with parathreats directly, they usually have a unit motto or slogan. Similar to the vain of Mobile Task Forces from the SCP Foundation.

 

Assessment Team -  Usually identified by a cartouche (oval shape) for their Unit Heraldry, they are the people who fulfill the investigation and observation of anomaly, they don’t bother with a slogan. Similar to Field Agents from the SCP Foundation.

Born in São Paulo, SP. Always loved military stuff and ghost hunting in some abandoned houses with his friends when he was a child, he learned English in school, which helped him a lot. Once he completed 18 years old, finished his Conscription time and ended up joining the Brazilian Navy, but quickly transfered to the ground forces after 1 year. In 2004, acheived the rank of Corporal (Cabo), and went to Officer's School at Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN) and graduated as a 2nd Lieutenant (2º Tenente) in 2006. He volunteered to go to Haiti in 2007 on the Peacekeeping misson. He did well and came back home in 2012.

After that, feeling he could be better at something, he went to do the Commandos Actions Course (Curso de Ações de Comandos, CAC) and passed, becoming an officer at the 1º Batalhão de Ações de Comandos. (1st Battalion of Commandos Actions).

In his free time he liked to study and read some books about paranormal activities he thought happend in some areas around the World.

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: I'm a very active player when I wake up. When I get on the server I will most probably use the class mainly, bringing new life to the surface with my actions on the job. I'm also a very good player at combat as i've many a times mained combat based servers or combat based classes. I know how to play to guerrilla tactics if I ever get into fight I know I cannot win directly. I also know a great amount of lore that the group has as it's one of the groups I watch/read daily on the wiki or on youtube so I know quite a bit about the lore of the GOC.

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition: I want to join it currently due to the low numbers. It's sad to see  a class be this inactive despite it being so cool and innovative. I also want to be apart of the "surface" Foundation group who instead of containing anomalies that pose a threat to humanity they kill/destroy them in order to stop them from causing any more damage. I was drawn to the group due to Dr. Clef's stories about the GOC because believe it or not Dr. Clef was the main reason I got into the SCPverse to begin with.

Please explain the Seventh Occult War: The Seventh Occult war was a war coinciding with WW2 that involved a branch of the German military delving into the anomalous to take advantage of some machine called "LTE-0913-Ex-Machina" in order to complete some sort of ritual in order to apparently control all thaumaturgical phenomena.
This event marked the start of the GOC's origin.

What are the missions of the Global Occult Coalition: They have 5 predefined objectives/missions are Survival, Concealment, Protection, Destruction, and Education.

Survival - The GOC will hold the survival of humanity and the human race from paranormal, parascientific, and paratemporal beings/objects. This mission is the most important and if any other objective comes into question this mission supersedes it.

Concealment - Make sure that the the veil of secrecy involving the paranormal is kept from being unveiled by the general populace as if it is uncovered then mass panic or casualties could happen.

Protection - The value of a human life must be protected if it doesn't conflict with Survival or Concealment.

Destruction - The destruction of the paranormal is paramount to the survival to the human race as their mere existence could be a threat to it.

Education - The expansion of our knowledge on the paranormal is paramount as long as it doesn't conflict with any of the previously stated 4 missions.

Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded: After the Seventh Occult War the paranormal were seen as a greater threat to mankind be it the unknowns who worked to destroy humanity or humanity using them as weapons. Due to this increase of either the GOC or Global Occult Coalition was founded in order to be the main defense for humanity against paranormal/anomalous threats and to prevent any scenario where the world could end or any other GOI from stopping any of the missions that were said before.

What is the difference between a KTE and a UTE: A KTE is a Known Threat Entity that has information it or has been identified and UTE or Unknown Threat Entity is a threat that the GOC has no or very little information/intel of. Most of the time a UTE is presumed dangerous due to the uncertainty of the abilities that the entity possess.

What does the PHYSICS Division specialize in?: They are the main military force of the GOC who investigate and terminate/destroy paranormal threats in the area that the parathreats have been found in.
This Division is split into 2 distinct teams who are identified by a symbol or a logo: The Assessment and the Strike teams.

Strike Team - Team usually is identified with a shield shape in their coat of arms/Heraldry who are the main unit in the PHYSICS that deal with paranormal threats usually through termination or destruction of said paranormal threat. Most of the time they'll have something in their unit similar to a saying or a slogan like "we are the GOC" or something similar within their unit.

Assessment Team - This team usually has an ovular shape for their coat of arms and are usually the people who scout out/investigate an area for the Strike team to move in in order to deal with any paranormal threat. I would assume Survival is in relation to keeping their own alive, but also keeping the survival of the human race in mind. Protection is to ensure that the threats the GOC face do not destroy everything they have sworn to hold dear. Destruction is a wider term, but is in relation to destroying any threats that exist on a paranormal and spiritual scale. Education would most likely relate to knowing the enemy, and ensuring we keep our knowledge updated frequently.

After the Seventh Occult War, when the threat of the unknown became more apparent to GOI's that sought to use them as "Weapons of destruction".

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: 
I believe that I have very good marksmanship and how I handle my weapons as I have had a lot of weapons and combat training. I have very good activity within the server I believe. I have good teamwork skills as I play CI and MC&D a lot which requires communication and isn't just jobs that you run around not talking to anyone. That brings me on to my other point, I have good communication skills which I believe is crucial for missions. I think that I have good knowledge on how to deal with a wide variation of situations with different GOI's and MTF's that maybe vital upon the job. I have believe I have a good level of RP and think that would be very good to have as a GOC operative.

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition: 
There is a couple of reasons why I would like to join the GOC:
I first think that this could be a new type of experience for me. My reasoning behind this is because I normally stick to playing Facility jobs and only play CoTBG, MCND Salesman and CI. I don't really have a wide variety of jobs that I play on the surface and believe I could enjoy this job very much. I have read a lot into the lore of the GOC and this seems like one of the most interesting GOI's next to MCND and this seems like a very good job to play in the server.
Another point, I RP'd with some GOC earlier today and it was very fun and I would like to engage in that RP as the GOC. I also like many other people saw it in V5 and it looked extremely interesting at the time but I decided not to apply as I didn't know much about the lore at the time.

Please explain the Seventh Occult War:

 

At the time of the Second World War there was a group of Nazi's called Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps. The enemies of said group were: The SCP Foundation and The Allied Occult Initiative.
The Director of the Nazi group found out about an ancient Occult Ritual that they knew could change them into what they called a "Master Race" using magic. The Ancient Occult Ritual was called "Rite of Solomon". In need to finish the ritual they had to gather 7 keys. Over time within WW2 the Nazi's had found 6 keys but not the final 7th. Over time Weiss thought he could create the 7th key himself, this was found successful. But in 1944 the Foundation captured Weiss and his key and they managed to get information out of him that would help the AOI and Foundation stop the Obsakurakorps completing the ritual, thus ending the war. Although the Obsakurakorps managed to gather many Anomaly's over the 1930's and 40's there plan of "Doomsday-projects" did prove to not turn the war in favor of Germany as they had first thought thus ending it.

What are the Missions of the Global Occult Coalition:

1. Their first mission is to make sure that humanity survives the threat entities that exist within in the world. This entity could take any form, still the main mission of the GOC is to protect humanity.
2. Their Second Mission is to make sure that said entities I just spoke about are not known to exist by the public. Concealing anomalous objects and entities from the public are vital as this would maintain no mass deaths and people won't have to stress.

3. Their Third Mission is protection. The GOC always needs to ensure the safety of humanity and their operatives that work missions against said threating entity's.

4. Their Fourth Mission is Destruction. Unlike the Foundation the GOC see's any anomaly or SCP as a threat and they always make sure that every entity they see is destroyed as this means that the safety of humanity and the GOC Operatives will uphold.

Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The GOC better know as the Global Occult Coalition was founded for a few reasons, 1 of them being that after the Seventh Occult War ended they didn't want anything like that to happen again (People trying the Ancient ritual of "Rite of Solomon again) and to ensure that never happened again the United Nations organized a group of people called the Global Occult Coalition. It was deemed that after the GOC was created they were the main defense for mankind's safety. Both the Foundation and the GOC both see Anomaly's as "Parathreats" but both groups have different views as the GOC destroys "Parathreats" whereas the facility Contains them, the GOC killing them maintains mankind's safety which was one of their purposes for creation. 

What is the difference between a KTE and a UTE:
A KTE better known as Known Threat Entity are entities that the GOC knowns all about and are cleared for destruction as they are to much of a threat to humanity.
A UTE better known as Unknown Threat Entity are paranormal threats or "Parathreats" that the GOC doesn't know information on but they only know it exsists. They have to be extremely careful with UTE's as they don't know the combat ability of the UTE or how they are going to act during combat and what their weaknesses are and are not.

What does the PHYSICS Division specialize in?:
The PHYSICS Division is the combat side of the GOC. The PHYSICS Division Specializes in Investigation, Observation and the capture or termination of TE's (TE's are Threat Entities). The PHYSICS Division splits into teams of 2. One team is called the "Strike Team". This is the team of people the deals with capturing or neutralizing Parathreats. Then there's the second team, the "Assesment Team" this team focuses on the tracking, observation and investigation of captured TE's.

A man that goes by the name of Nesta Frost was born on the 7th of December 1984 into Heartlands hospital in Bordesley Green, Birmingham. At the age of 18 in 2002 Frost enlisted in the royal marines. He passed basic training with flying colors and managed to gain the rank off Lt Colonel. He was stationed at a base in Iraq. He killed many men and did his job well getting him promoted after 18 months to Colonel. And after 9 years he sought out a different military position. At the age of 27 Nesta Frost began his deep training into the Royal Navy. Again he past his training within a year and passed with extreme success. He was sent to Devonport to board the HMS Bulwark. It was said to sail to Singapore via Gibraltar and more towns. He was finally returned 4 years later gaining the rank of Vice Admiral (third highest rank in the Royal Navy). When he was back in England he was scouted out by a GOC recruiter and offered a position into the PHYSICS Division. He accepted the position offer.

The Seventh Occult War started in WW2 with sides Allied occult initiative with the foundation agains the obskuracorps to stop them to form the Rite of the Solomon adn the Obskurakorps main goal was to take advantage of the recent destruction of LTE-0913 Ex Machina. with the Construction Of SCP-4127 the situation got worse for the AOI and the Foundation but since they have finally managed to weaken SCP-4127 or otherwise the battleship Bismarck and with the D-Day Invasions the seventh war was close once the German Reich has capitulated to the Allies and the Comintern the Sevent occult was saw its end but there is still soem obskurakorps seen in our modern day world but they are not enough of an threat the Seventh Occult War resulted the main foundation and foundings of the GOC and Obskurakorps losing a huge amount of power just to become a writing in the past.

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:

Since I am an old player with lots of experience on the server, I can bring decent activity and Roleplay along with good knowledge of GOC. I am an active player that enjoyed playing in the old GOC , even though it was an inactive job with only a player or 2 online (With exception if there is an event that includes GOC), that being said I will enjoy even more in the newer one. I also have dupes (And will build more if I get accepted) that can be used as UN headquarters in Ovis. This also includes weapon dupes that can serve us as a tool to destroy anomalies. Pretty good in combat as well, and I know what weapons suit me the best (I had enough time to test them all). All in all, I wont disapoint you. 
 
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:

This version of the group is pretty interactive and is not a dead job, which is generally what I seek from RP Groups on server. I find groups that are interactive with both surface and Foundation pretty fun to play as, and this includes GOC as well. I already have several ideas in mind to RP while in GOC, which will make the whole experience even more interesting. I have pretty good RP skills to have fun myself, and let others around me have fun as well. I want to join GOC to help it fulfill it's purpose and protect humanity from anomalous, and use my knowledge to raise in their ranks and achieve the goal of neutralizing dangerous entities.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War:

From my understanding,  The Last Occult War was a conflict between the Foundation (Foundation being late due to dealing with now-splinter Chaos Insurgency, just like USA being late  to both World Wars) and GOC against the SS, Ahnenerbe, OBSKURA, Thule and Vril societies in the background of the WW2. They all untilized paranormal entities to their own advantage in the war. However other than this , not much is known about the war itself (Except having some records from the involved parties).

Well, the Coalition was formed after the war to ensure the destruction of the paranormal. Following the content of the TwistedGears/Kaktus proposal, first steps of Coalition were the Allied Occult Initiative.

 
What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition: 

The Purpose of the GOC is known as the Fivefold Mission. SCPDE: Survival, Concealment, Protection, Destruction, and Education.

Survival: The survival of the Human Race comes first.

Concealment: The concealment of anomalies to prevent global panic is a top priority.

Protection: Individual human beings should be kept safe.

Desctruction: The paranormal should be dealt with to keep humanity safe.

Education: Educate ourselves on paranormal entities and abnormalities.

 
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: 

Following the Seventh Occult War, The United Nations decided enough is enough and formed a band of 108 occults in a similar style to the regular United Nations. This collective joint, along with the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY divisions, formed to create the Global Occult Coalition. Members include, but are not limited to, The Illuminati, The United Church of Satan, The World Parahealth Organization, and The Holy Order of Knights Templar.

 

What is the difference between
a KTE and a UTE:

KTE - Known Threat Entity - A paranormal entity whose identity has been confirmed by GOC operatives as a threat

UTE - Unknown Threat Entity - An entity whose existence has been confirmed by GOC operatives, but identity is not established.

Filip Krunich - Born in small town in Serbia (Ex-Yugoslavia), ████████.Served the first military call (Yugoslavia) when he was 19,  where he attended the special hand-to-hand combat training and Airborne Defenses. Deployed to Kosovo in his mid 30s (As serving the former Military of Serbia call/his second call) to protect it from NATO, whereas he managed to shoot down 4 Mikoyan MiG-29 planes, better known to Serbians as the "Invisible planes". Following the end of war, Serbian Military marched (Including Phil) with the UN soldiers in Kosovo, where he had received an invitation to their forces after they acknowledged his hand-to-hand combat training and precision with land turrets , which was deemed a valuable skill. 

A former attendee of the UN's presentation of anomalous (Geneva) to their future GOC recruits in 2005, where he was properly briefed about and trained to handle objects/events. He showed interest in the subject,  and changed his name (Off record) to fit in the American standards to "Phil Kroonic" (Similar to his old name). Global Occult Coalition recruited Phil in 2007 (With UN's recommendation) into their PHYSICS Division with a rank of recruit (Due to his lack of knowledge for anomalous entities), after he officially moved to USA and received the nationalization.

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: I believe I can bring good roleplay to the GOC as I love getting into the character I’m playing, I will also try to bring good activity, as I am playing on this server almost every day, and I think it would be good to switch things up a little and try out a different type of job that isn’t in the foundation.

 

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: As I said above I would like to switch things up a little and try out a different job that isn’t foundation, as well as this, I think it would be interesting playing as them, this is because it would be fun to play as something so similar to the foundation, but so different in their methods, so I would still have the mindset of saving humanity from dangerous anomalies, however I think it will be a challenge for me to use different methods of stopping anomalies destroying humanity, and I like a challenge.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War: From what I understand, the Seventh Occult War happened at the same time as WW2. The Allied Occult Initiative, (the GOC before the war ended,) fought the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps, who are, from what I have read, Nazi Cultists, the goal of the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps was to give the Nazi High Command supernatural powers via the Rite of Solomon. In order to do the rite however, the Cultists needed seventh keys. Through the course of the war, they found six, and the seventh key escaped, (being hidden inside a golem.) As the war was starting to go bad for Germany, the director of the Obskurakorps, Konrad Weiss, decided to try and create the seventh key himself, thankfully the Foundation captured Weiss and, in his defeat Weiss intel that allowed the Foundation and the AOI to stop the Obskurakorps completing the ritual thus ending the war.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War: The Seventh Occult War occurred during WW2. The 3rd Reich wanted to weaponize parathreats to conquer the world creating military branches under Reich control such as the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps who performed multiple archaeological expeditions and researches, capturing multiple “doomsday” artifacts. Organizations at that time such as the Allied Occult Initiative (AOI, UNGOC ancestor) and SCP Foundation had to collaborate in a effort to stop their operations and plans. Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:

The Global Occult Coalition was founded after an attempt by the SS Ahnenerbe and Thule-Gesellschaft to destroy subject LTE-0913-Ex-Machina in order to complete the Rite of Salomon during the Seventh Occult War. Allied Occult Initiative (GOC antecessor) successfully stopped the ritual. After WW2, due to paranormal organizations with malicious intentions and the rise of parathreats, countries and organizations all around the world needed an new organization who could face this new dark era, leading to the creation of the United Nations Global Occult Coalition (UNGOC or GOC), as an sub organization of United Nations directed by 108 members of the most powerful anomalous/occult organizations (since any country isn't capable of running the organization neutrality and efficiently)

GOC initial aims was to prevent any organizations from going rogue and creating dangerous or even world end scenarios, but quickly due to its influence and power began to act more as an independent organism with wider objectives.

I have a decent amount of experience in SCP-RP and a lot of experience in RP in general. I have 2000 hours and most of them are RP. I'm experienced in combat and general military behaviour by playing MilitaryRP. I don't resolve to violence right away, only if necessary and required to complete the objective. I know how to teamwork, I'm trustworthy and I never operate alone. 

Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
I find GOC very interesting, because they have a different perspective on SCPs (and generally the paranormal world), than some of the other GOIs and the foundation has. I've been playing foundation a lot and other GOIs aswell, but GOC just seems much more like the foundation, but on the surface and obviously with other goals, than the foundation. The military style like the foundation is also something I really like about GOC. I'd like to join GOC, cause I've never had such an experience before and I wanna experience their perspective of the world and how they handle the anomalous. GOC isn't one of those GOIs that sell anomalies or keep them, they rather study how to destroy the paranormal and then use that knowledge to destroy the paranormal, and that's the interesting part to me.

Please explain the The Seventh Occult War:

The Foundation and the Allied Occult Initiative (AOI), was in a war with the Obskuracorps during 2WW. The Foundation had captured Konrad Weiss, the commander of the Obskuracorps. The Foundation quickly learned that the Obskuracorps was looking to perform the Rite of Solomon which if performed correctly, you can choose who gets the thaumaturgic cababilities and who does not, aswell as "reassign" the abilities from someone to someone else, but the Foundation managed to stop the Obskuracorps from performing the Rite of Solomon. After the war the GOC was founded to destroy the anomalous.

 

What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition: The GOC has a list of 5 rules, that's there to protect humanity from the paranormal. The rules are called "The Fivefold Mission". I'll make a list containing all the rules and the meaning of the rules:

Rule 1. Survival
Explanation: Survival Is deemed more important than any of the rules listed below. GOC has to ensure the survival of the human race, from every anomalous threat

Rule 2. Concealment
Explanation: The existence of anomalous threats must be kept hidden, from the world to ensure that the world won't end up in chaos and massive human losses.

Rule 3. Protect
Explanation: The protection of civilians and operatives is a priority, but rule 3 shouldn't be enforced if it makes rule 1 and 2 impossible.

Rule 4. Destruction
Explanation: GOC is to destroy the anomalous, as it can be at danger for the survival of the human species.

Rule 5. Education
Explanation: The more GOC knows about the anomalous, the faster the anomalous can be destroyed.
 

Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: The GOC was founded due to the fact that after the Seventh Occult War, no one was interested in the Rite of Solomon being stolen and a new world war starting, just to stop someone from trying to take over the world, as the Rite of Solomon was a world changing event. GOC wasn't only founded just to protect the Rite of Solomon, but it was generally considered a good idea to found GOC, to act as a police role by destroying the paranormal threats.

What is the difference between a KTE and a UTE:
KTE stands for Known Threat Entity, which means that the entity classified as KTE is an entity that has been identified and enough is know about them, to destroy the entity.

UTE stands for Unknown Threat Entity, which means that the entity classified as UTE is an entity that is not known enough about, to classify them as KTE.

The Physics Division specializes in investigation, observation capturing or neutralizing the paranormal. Biographical Information: I was born in Denmark, in a small town called Haderslev. I finished school and decided I wanted to tryout in the military, I mean I was fit, I eat healthy and I wanted to serve my country. First I was a private, obviously, but I slowly rose through the ranks and ended up being a captain, military was easy for me, so I decided to join the frogman corps, it was hard and hell-week was even more hard, but I passed and joined the frogs. I was deployed in Iraq, I was one of the best in the corps, and was good with guns and hands. I was shot a couple of times, but nothing too serious, so I continued in the war, we won a lot, but it wasn't all just success.. Iraq taught me the horrors of the world, a world only people who has experienced war, knows about. It's not pleasant. I lost many friends in war, some I had known for a couple of months and some I just knew the day before they died. I as called into the office one day, greeted by two men wearing UN uniforms. They told me they had some special work for me and I jumped the opportunity, since I couldn't stay in Iraq any longer, I couldn't watch my friends die anymore. So I said yes to the offer and the two UN soldiers told me about the paranormal world. I've been educated in the paranormal and I know how to handle the ones known. I'm in the PHYSICS now and am awaiting to get deployed.
