Yes I have been a super Admin on a SCP-RP server and a standad admin on a Dark-Rp but theses 
were not recent but in the last 2 years. However I still feel confident with the ULX commands due to practicing on private server 
when playing with friends.

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:

I would like to help the staff team as a whole achieve any goal or aims they have to make the team stronger
or better improved so they can help people more easily as there is always room for improvement. But when it comes to
individually I want to be someone on the staff team that people can trust and rely on when wanting to solve any issues or problems they may have.
I also want to push myself to do well in the staff team and achieve higher ranks as this would also be a good goal for me to show improvemnt in myself

Why do you stand out among other candidates:

I feel I stand out amoung othercandidates as I feel I have a good personality being I can have fun and a laugh 
sometimes, However when it comes to sorting problems out I feel I can be both respectful and strict. I also belive that 
due to my previous experience as staff in gmod server I have gained alot of skills along the ways,including ULX.

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):

Firstly, belive that you should pick me as one of your new staff members as I feel I am a loyal and dedicated 
member of the server and this can be seen by both my activity and rank on the server. Secondly I feel That I am 
a very friendly and respectful person and so will get on well with other staff member and players that have issues or 
problems on the server, meaning I will not hesitate to deal with any situation face on no matter the difficulty.

Secondly Looking back on previous experience I feel this has taught alot even considering it wasnt recent.
With this experience I feel I already have staff team skill including good team and communication, aswell as
ULX experience. I feel this will help alot getting me back into a staff member more quickly. 

Furthermore I feel I will be a very commited member of the staff team and will be as active as possible 
so that I can help the community grow and stay positive. I feel my rank in game as a master will also help as 
I feel I have the right skill to make the correct disisions when dealing with problems.

Lastly, I think having me as a new staffmember could reduce the pressure on current staffmembers in your team, espically due to the current 
situations going on in the world and the stress some people may have. it is very nice to have some extra people to deal with situations and help out.

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed:

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:

I would tell the trooper OOC that he doent need to salute me as I am in an OOC role.

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:

I would first contact higher ups on the staff team and apologies for not fullfilling my duties as a staff member. Then after
this I would make sure to make up for the for the weeks duties in the most prsent week.

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:

There is always someone you dont get along with or disagree with, However you shouldnt hold grudges against people, 
so I would try and resolve things. However if I just dont like someone I dont need to voice it, I would just keep it to myself.

TBH your rank is completely baffling to me by looking at your playtime, you say you will be on 30 hours a week and you only have 2 weeks 5 days playtime which in this day of age is rather shite compared to other candidates. This means that your 30 hours a week are probably wrong and your actual activity will be much lower.

 

However if you can manage to get to master it must mean that you are pretty trusted 

Plus I have never met you so I can't be certain on your character

Haven't met this guy long, but he is a great person play Gmod with! Had some time going through the Jedi ranks and I have never once seen him minge or be annoying!

I think Space really deserves the staff role and I am 100% sure he will show you that as well if he is accepted!
