What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:

 

I aim to make SWRP a better place for people to have a nice environment with no minges. There are always going to be minges however with me as staff, I will try and get rid of those minges to make everyone's RP as good as it can be.

Why do you stand out among other candidates:

 

I stand out among other candidates because I have a very nice personality, I do not think many people on the server have had a bad experience with me as I would like to think I am known to be a friendly person in-game and also OOC. If someone is breaking the rules I will not just let them off because I am nice. I would punish them with the punishment that they deserve.
I also stand out among other candidates because I have the ability to adapt, I have shown this is multiple cases, one of which is Battalion. Before I got accepted to Battalion I would say I did not have much experience however I have shown that I can persevere and learn from any mistakes that I have made.

 

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):

 

One reason you should pick me for staff is because I have some prior and recent experience.
This means I have a basic knowledge of the ulx commands needed to become a staff member. From that experience I have also learned how to act as a 
staff member and when to use and when to not use my powers.I also know that I need to be mature and set an example for other players in the community.

Another reason that I should be picked for the staff team on SWRP is because I have been dedicated to WG SWRP for quite some time and to this day continue to be dedicated.
This means that I want to do the most for the community as a staff member and most of all make the SWRP community a better and less toxic place for everyone who plays.

The final reason why you should pick me for staff is because I would like to hope that I am known as a nice a friendly person on the server. This is a good trait for
a member of staff because it means new players can approach me and I can easily give them the information they need in an understandable way which new and old players would be grateful for.
I would like to think that I am quite liked in the community and that many people would like to see me as a staff member as I believe I have many of the traits that a good staff member would have.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:

 

As a staff member I would not use my staff powers in any way. Instead if I was IC, I would tell the person to salute me and then if they didn't I would give them the
appropriate IC punishment. I would not use any staff powers.

 

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:

 

I would firstly apologize to SMT for not fulfilling my staff duties for that week. I would accept any punishment that they may have for me. I would then put in
extra work in the next week to make sure I fulfill my duties.

 

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:

 

If I do not like a specific staff member I would approach them and try and sort it out. I do not see the point of people hating each other when the staff team is meant to be a team and are meant to be working together

Many people will probably not like that I just applied for HLRP staff. However I still intend to give my dedication to both SWRP and HLRP. As of this point
SWRP is my main server and will probably remain. I just thought I would try something new. Obviously that did not work out as the SWRP staff applications opened
however SWRP was still going to be my main server even if I did get HLRP staff.

Pingu has shown excellent dedication to the server. I have seen long-term willingness to help and know he has aspired to be a part of the staff team for a while now. His personality is as he stated very friendly and fair. His recent staff experience along with his position IC provides him with plenty of knowledge on how the server works and it's rules along with a very smooth tranisition process from user in his T-mod period.
