My name is tristan (Must be hard to guess from my steam name) I come from the great western region (I like trains) of the United kingdom, I am currently studying Education at University. I have been on the server for 6 months and 4 days and have enjoyed every moment of it, which has all be spent in the 501^st regiment,  well apart from about an hour. I mainly play Gmod and League of legends with some excursions into strategy game like Hearts of Iron 4. I also have dyslexia but there is nothing spell checker can’t solve.

What (do you mean why?) should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum):

I know in comparison to other Battalion applications I do not have the most playtime but however, I have spent every hour of my playtime learning about the community and the people in, I have also used to grow as a person developing skills which would be useful inside battalion.

In my opinion i am chilled and down to earth guy but I can be serious if the situation in front of me requires it. Being in the 501^st for 6 months must speak towards my loyalty and passion which I have for the server.

Though out my time on the server one of my skill which has developed the most and would make me a good choice for Battalion is my communication and teamwork, from being a timid 501st  PVT to the colonel I am now, which did get a certain battalion (Sparkie) to charge into battle on 9hp ,not the smarts idea I know, but all clone are expendable and he did complete the objective(he was in the 501^st at that point). I can think on the fly to great effect and efficiency and have led many 501^st shotgun pushes which have succussed in their objective. I am willing to learn and adapt from my mistakes like the one above which you should be glad to know.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum):

This can be spilt into two sections. The first is in the when we are on defcon 5, in which the aim of battalion is to make sure the base we have been assigned to is running with maximum efficiency this can involve granting and denying any requests and acting as a role model for clones around them. The other one is In a combat situation in which the aim of the battalion is to make sure that the leading battalion member can complete his job of leading everyone to the best of there ability this can include providing moral to the clones near them or helping projecting the order of the leading battalion.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL)

Your aim is to help complete the objective which the lead battalion has set out this could be by helping the front lines push forwards, they could also stay with their reg which they supervise and help them out with there objectives. On top of that they would also provide moral for any clones near them.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?

As stated on page 10 in the Battalion handbook: Doing a training of some sort with faces, formations, and questions (basically a mando), successfully leading an event, Calling and doing a debrief

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?

To granting and denying any requests which come in during the event and to provide back up for the leading battalion in case he dies(in a last stand) or magically disappears from the scene(Crashes)

We've loved to take the piss out him for "inactivity" but he's one of the more active SO's, never got into trouble, and is generally just a good lad.

Be gutted to see him go but after spending so long at Colonel he defo deserves it, good luck Gallus!!!

Honestly, not a good look for you. Some people in Batt may be a little inactive however this is a new level

 

However from what I have seen you are a very friendly guy, you just need to improve your activity a lot before you would get Batt

 

So I will give you a -1 because from the evidence above you are very inactive

Youve got a point, but it doesnt show the full story.

Hes on 5/6 days a week but only for like three hours at a time which is why his playtime is lower than it should be, admittedly not stellar activity compared to others still but very consistent

6 Months in 501st that is about 24 weeks. 

12 weeks of 12 hours a day. 

1 week = 1 hour a day

therefore 2 week 4 days is 2 hours 40 ish minuites a day on average which aint bad

I mean I supervise you, and have known you a very long time so I believe I can give the best round up. Your leadership, commitment and dedication is amazing. Beyond anyone else's I have seen. I guess the only one who matches you with it would be Seoul, but I have to agree with other battalion members. 2 weeks 4 days is so, unbelievably small, AND YOU ARE THE 2ND LONGEST SO IN 501ST. It just scares me and others that you will be a unlucky 2.0. Good luck

501st Gallus 2020-06-11 Name of trainer: 501st STGM Gallus Name of cadets: CT 4638 Jai and CC 1789 Reng Sheed Performance of the cadets: This is going to be a rant so........ So i get them dumped on me as there last person "Lost connection" They struggle all though there formation with this SGT evilgejf from the 327th pestering them the whole time. Meanwhile a 327th Colonel and ABS which was watching this whole thing happen. I asked them both in PM's to remove him so i could focus on the CDT who needed all the help they could get. So after evilgejf shoot the CDT's multiple time and telling them to "leave them" and me asking evilgejf to leave. I killed the SGT evilgejf, OH and love on behold a 327th colonel who magically appeared out of nowhere called AOS on me..... Now WHY in the fuck am i spend time in the Brig(Out of my own choice by the way!) Instead of the 327th SGT evilgejf which wanted to leave the 3 CDT and shoot/killed them multiple times? Oh wait both the Colonel were 327th..... Something is odd about this... Anyway "Why did i not contact Staff or CG" I was to busy trying to get them to understand that everything which came out my mouth was not the words Prisoner Dimond" and anyway the Damn ABS and 2 327th Colonel could.... Overall the CDT's made it passed the question with out to much problem. Date of training: 11/06/20 @501st Hierarchy
