Quick summary about you: I would say that first of all I can show a lot of dedication which I’ve gotten from focusing/training on football on the daily. I would say that is my main hobby I also of course enjoy gaming and used to play Rainbow six siege at a highly competitive level before moving away to chiller games and I am also an avid chess player and enjoy that as a hobby as well, I also have a few interests towards astronomy and physics.

What should we pick you for Battalion: I feel like I could bring more joy to events by leading in a simple yet complex manner by trying to give each regiment a more specific meaningful role whilst thinking of more interesting tactics that most likely have not been seen before, which I hope would bring more joy to people taking part in the event, I even hope to make a simple base attack more interesting. I also think my dedication could help me balance and maintain the role, as well as help me further myself in it. Like everyone on this server my end goal is to have fun as I understand that this is a game, and I would also like to bring fun to the table and help people enjoy the server as much as possible. I also believe that I am mature enough for this role as the two summers before this one I was able to maintain and excel while working at a Golf resort starting off in a caddying program and then finishing as the best pupal that season and then being hired to oversee and teach the next caddying program as I earned massive amount of respect from my peers while doing it while also having to make difficult choices along the way and having to deal with very difficult situations. 

  
Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: Battalion members are meant to set examples and must understand the responsibility of their actions. While on base they must make sure that the base is running smoothly and also, they must grant and deny specific requests. They must perform trainings for their regiments and also monitor the cadet area to make sure that our newest recruits are getting trained, Other than that they must walk around base and make sure that everything is running smoothly around the base. Their main task is to lead during events and when they do that, they must be confident and creative with their orders while trying to think of ways to outthink the opposition. Whilst the higher-ranking battalion must help the lowering ranking battalion to make sure they are fully capable. 
 
Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: No, never. 
 
Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes and that is why I feel like it suits me. 
 
What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? They should stick by their regiment and assist them when needed, for example by recommending something but they should not take over leading. They should also act more supportive than frontline. 
 
What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?  
They must host a good Debrief 
Lead a base attack 
Host a mandatory training 
 
 
What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? 
They must Grant/Deny certain request while also relaying any helpful information to the Battalion leading and also suggest certain ideas when needed to help the battalion who is leading, also in the rare situation that the leading battalion crashes or something similar you would take over for the time being. 
 
Anything else: I know that my time on the server is quite low but I feel like during my time so far on the server I have earned respect from people in multiple different regiments so I feel like my limit time shouldn’t be a downfall as from it I still managed to get to a relatively high rank and show dedication.

Good lad and nice. Just verified you on the SCPRP discord and you were good to talk to. You are a good rank and even with low gameimte shows within the time you were on you were dedicated to your Regiment. If you don't get accepted I recommend getting more playtime but also get more out there in the community.

Finally. Personally I believe you would be a great fit for battalion. Your dedication is amazing and should be applauded. Aswell your leadership skills have been shown off countless times and that is what battalion are looking more off. Dont worry about the playtime, because in this short amount of time , you have shown yourself in a good light.

Overall, Jeffery is a good candidate. Within 327th he is active and performs to a good standard. During events, he leads the regiment well when needed, and performs well also. No real complaints within 327th, however your playtime is very low, and you may need more experience before joining Battalion. Good luck.

Been always seeing him around events doing very well and when I was in 74th I noticed he was a real nice guy.

On my ARC eval we were on the same team and spent the whole eval together as a duo, I really liked communicating/playing by his side even though we had never talked before and because of that we completely outplayed 2 other guys. Although he didn't pass and doesn't know me, he genuinely wished me good luck and congratulated me for passing. He also instantly saw and even apologized for his mistakes, which were: getting shot in the back by Clopter. He said his shit but also listened to my shit and that's one of the most fundamental things for a Battalion.

He might have a low playtime but everyone has to learn when they join Battalion anyway and he has what it takes, no question about that.
