Quick summary about you: (70 Words - Minimum) Hello, i am Corn. I am thirteen years of age and i am from England. I have been playing this server for around 5 months now and in that time i have managed to get SO+ in 501st and 74th. I am a kind person who would always help people out and I always make sure if everyone is doing alright. I am very active on this server as I dont have many hobbys except playing video games.

I believe i should be picked for battalion because one reason is that in the mornings no battalion is usually on and i am an early morning player. A lot of people are confused who should grant it as there are no battalion online. i could help the server run better in the morning. i should also be picked because i am nice to players and will all treat them the same no matter what rank, i will also do my best at all times to help people as that is one thing I love to do and that is a key asset for a battalion member

When i get a regiment to supervise I will always try my hardest to be apart of the community as a see that as a very big part of playing this server. I would be active within the regiment that I supervise and would do trainings very often to get to know them better and would also help that regiment to improve if they need help with anything.

I am a very active player (which can be shown by me getting 1 week of play time in 22 days) and would always do things to help new players and older players. I can lead very well if needed to a good standard and can also adapt for example if a battalion is not on I can take over and lead the event to a good standard

I love this server and will do everything to make it better.  i believe i can help the server and make it a better place for new comers and old players. As a battalion i will interact a lot with players and do what i need to do to make them have a nicer time here as that is a key part of playing this server.

i also like doing sims and as a battalion I could do very fun original ideas for open sims to make the player base have something to do if we are waiting for events or if there are no other things to do. as a battalion i am not looking to become the highest ranking person on the server i am simply doing it to help the community as i never abuse my power and I never will do.

I can also be a very good leader as in 501st and in 74th, I have had to lead some events and i did it to a good standard. i am also very commited to this role and would never be inactive without informing anyone. I can also work very well in a team, can listen to others and give some of my own ideas. This can be shown in many open sims as i have taken others ideas and executed them well and can also be shown as me playing events as 501st and 74th. This is useful for a battalion as you will be tasked to command other troops and if you can give good ideas that would save lives.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)

As a battalion you will be tasked to lead in events if there are no higher battalion. they also need to make sure the base is good which means you need to either accept or deny requests such as trainings or jedis requesting access to leave the base.

you also need to actively join your regiment's (the one you supervise) team speak and see what is happening, you should always do trainings and activities with them and get a good relationship with them, You should do atleast 2 trainings a week although you will be expected to do more.

you are also responsible for doing active battalion mandos as doing them can make battalion members come closer and have a better relationship as for me that is a very important part of playing this server.

Another thing you should do is check around the base and make sure no people are messing around or going into high clearance level rooms as some CT's aren't too familiar and need some guidence, I will make fair decisions on what to do with them and I wont abuse my power.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL) In combat battalion should stay with their regiment that they supervise or they should be at frontline doing what their regiment does, you shouldnt lead them as the battalion leader will give them orders because only 1 battalion can lead an event at a time.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?

Perform a mandatory training

Successfully lead a base attack

Execute a normal debrief to a decent performance

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?

In an event the co leader should accept or deny regimental requests as if your leading and accepting or denying it might affect the event, they should also tell the battalion leader what is happening so he can make call outs better than otherwise.

You're a good lad with honest and pure intents, you are a well known and loved member of the community which will no doubt be shown in the replies of this app. However, I've personally not seen much growth and maturity from you. You seem to hop around regiments quite a bit, mainly 501st and 74th. This is mainly an issue as it shows that you aren't completely committed, despite achieving high ranks in said regiments. I think that you should attempt for a hierarchy rank in a regiment to get more experience under your belt and if you still want to join battalion, you can apply again. I see the chances of you getting Batt as slim to none, but if you put enough effort in, I'm sure you will be considered in the future.

But the guy genuinely wants the role, he's grown massively since first joining the server and will take the role seriously. Also played in multiple regiments so knows a large variety of different playstyles.

Your voice isn't my concern nor is your age or any of that, I have confidence that if you were to gain that position, you would execute all of it's duties to the best of your ability. Alongside this, every interaction I have had with you has been extremely polite and respectable. But I am unsure for how long you would be in that position of Battalion.

After you resigned from 501st COL, you said you resigned from the server then went straight to 327th immediately for a few days and left for a while then to 74th -- to which must be noted that you did gain a relatively high rank again -- but then resigned again, where you stated you wouldn't be going above ET for the remainder of your time and went to 501st a while later.

From 501st, you resigned again and said you really wanted ARC and that 501st would be difficult for ARC and went to 327th for it, where you are a CPL now. However, you've made two battalion applications this month. In essence, I am unsure of how much you want the particular role you go out for and your commitment for it. 

I am not Battalion nor have I had experience in it so I will not say much about Battalion itself but I do believe that Battalion wish to have members that stay a long time, considering the inherent nature of Battalion's ranking.

Nonetheless, Corn, I wish you the best of luck on this application and if Battalion is truly what you want and will stay in, then I hope you get it.

I did say this but I said it as i expected jedi to take up more of my time as I was just reaching subpath and I was not too sure on how hard it would be to balance them. This was also not one of the main reasons to resigning as the main reason was me joining sage in which i cannot be both 74th and sage simultaneously. I´ve seen him go from an ET in 74th to an SO and he has had a  really has a great attitude and he´s one of the most mature people on the server despite his age. He really wants the role and I think he can take the role very seriously if needed. I think he would be well suited as battalion and I only wish you good luck :)) Just give him a chance to show you guys how great he is going to be.

As his path master in Jedi I have only good things to say about him. Corn is competent, knows when to ask questions, and takes his duties seriously. He has shown levels of maturity during his time in Jedi so far that would clearly make him a good fit for leadership.

However, when he was in 501st I heard good things about him (until his resignation).
When is he was in 74th, he got to SO appropriately and behaved accordingly to my knowledge.
He seems to understand what he's doing and seem to want to do things properly. Why not give him a chance?

To get to Colonel twice is a feat for the average aged player that plays the server(16-24) years of age he is younger that and has achieved high ranks within clone and Jedi and shows that he is ready and willing to join battalion and grow as a person

In response to what most people have said about how he has switched regiments a lot, recently he has stayed in 327th and has been doing a great job - but from what I know Corn was currently a Jedi main at that point anyways, so I don't really see a problem with it. We all know what he is capable of achieving the rank of COL in 501st, and he has matured from what I've seen in 327th. He's very active and hard working, so I think he deserves a shot at Battalion and is one of the best candidates currently.
