When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined in August 2019 took a break till January 2020 and from January 2020 I've been playing nearly every day without a single break.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on the server is to keep the community happy by dealing with sits and making sure no one is breaking the rules. Also, staff help the players of the server with many different things like giving weapons in trainings or setting HP, they are also there to make sure everyone is RolePlaying and if not they are there to punish them if needed and final point is that they are there to help players when its needed with any questions.

List of all previous server staff experience: I've Staffed 3 small other RP Servers.

 

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes

 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would ask the player for his name then I would do one of two things depending on if the player knows his name or not. (1) If the player knows his name I would check loggings to see if he did kill someone then count up if it was RDM or MRDM then TP to him talk to him probably take him somewhere else so we dont interpret anyone else RP and I will go on and warn him/ban him depending on if it was RDM or MRDM of course explaining to him why. (2) If the player doesn't know his name I would go through loggings and try and find if a clone has killed another clone not too long ago and then when I find him deal with him in the same way I would with the first way.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would PM a battalion member to send a trainer if he doesn't then ask in OOC if anyone wants to train a cadet and if no one wants to ill start TPing the lowest NCO to get someone to train him.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidentally shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would first check logs to see if he only shot him once or twice if anymore I would find it hard to belive it was accidentally but because it was accidental I understand that and won't warn him and I will just allow the CT higher-ups deal with him how they see fit

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I wouldn't do anything as they are most likely new and no one cares if they get saluted or not.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I would inform them why and how it's FailRP to do that certain instance and I would leave them with a verbal warning and if they do it again then it would be a warning.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would calmly try and explain to them why they got this punishment and if they do not agree with it then I would tell them to apply on the forums giving them a link to the Unban/Unwarn section and tell them to post one using the template and a higher up staff member will respond to it accepting it if the punishment is not correct.

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I should be picked for staff is, first of all, I am extremely active hopping on every day from at least 4 pm to normally 11 pm some times even 12 am to 4 am this means I will add another very active staff member to the staff team which will mean when am not doing anything ill most likely be taking claims which will lead to sits and claims being taken fast. The second reason why I deserve it more than other applicants is that I have nearly 20 Weeks of playtime that shows that I have been on this server for a very long time and shows that I am extremely active. The third reason why I deserve staff is that this will be my fourth time applying which shows I do want to become staff and that am not just some guy who gives up after not getting it twice. Another reason why I deserve staff over other applicants is that I've shown that I am extremely dedicated to the server by both rankings up in GM helping GM massively and ranking up in Jedi doing some little things in Jedi and by simply hopping on every day playing the server. Another reason why I deserve staff over other applicants is that I am not planning on leaving the server anytime soon as I have not been burnt out at all, am still enjoying the server even after so much of playing it which shows by my playtime, as some other people may get burnt out after a short amount of time from playing the server as staff but I won't and I'll continue to play and continue to stay as staff and take claims. Another reason why I deserve staff over other applicants is simply how long I've been apart of the server since August 2019. Another reason is that I have a good amount of experience with ULX from staffing servers and hosting Peer-Peer multiplayer games for friends that use ULX which made it so that I know a good amount about ULX which some other applicants might now. The final reason why I deserve staff over other applicants is that I am a very mature calm tempered and responsible person which means that no one will make me angry or anything like that when dealing with minges and that sort of stuff while other people may not be like that and because am responsible I'll always complete my staff duties and carry them out the best I can.

+1 I believe that had it not been for other applicants in the past, Aleks would already have been accepted into staff he is hardworking and diligent, shown by his constant efforts in GM and Jedi on the side, he is fair and approachable and can be stern when required, however he is ginger and I am sure he has received much hardship over the years due to this unfortunate fact.

Aleks has been an extremely instrumental part in GM's hierarchy ever since the day he got EXO and i think he'd be a great asset to the staff team.
