I know you are going to say, that I was on my last warning but I've gotten to the point on the server that I could be trusted and that I don't need to be baby sat 24/7. It was an honest mistake an I didn't believe  that I would kill him. I agree that I should of gotten the warn but the ban was a bit far.

Which is why I said I believe that I deserved the warn but the ban was a bit far

it really doesn't matter, as even if the person survived. You would still be perma banned, since as Blaster stated in you previous ban request: "but keep in mind any rule breaking or attempt to find a loophole will result in the reinstatement of the permanent ban.", so it doesn't matter in the end if it was an ARDM or RDM the result would have been the same.

It wasn't even and ARDM. What I meant by I didn't believe it would kill him is normally if you're sitting down you can't get killed which is why I said it.

As VC of 21st I can say he improved a lot and did very very very well in 21st since he joined. He got MOTW several times, was very active and did not minge at all. 

However he had one slip up. The thing he did was very stupid, but it was one slip up. I would be very welcoming to have Crimson back in the regiment and I would really like him back in the regiment since he was one of the best members in the regiment quite frankly.

+1 I have to agree with what jeka said, I never knew Crimson before his first perma ban but when I met him after he was unbanned I never had any issues with him. Really good lad and had a minor slip up. 

He set a chair on fire and ended up killing someone as a complete accident, although everyone will argue the point that he was on his last warning as Crimson stated himself he was at the point where due to his behavior since his unban he wasnt having to be watched all the time as he proved he can behave.

I think that the re-perma ban for something which was an honest mistake is a bit harsh.

Honestly from what I had seen before your ban you had a good mindset about being back on the server

What you did was retarded however you were messing about in bunks which is mostly allowed, I think that you didnt mean to kill someone, just light a chair on fire.

 

Yes you were on a 1 strike system however when someone shows improvements I think there can be a bit of leniency and I believe that you showed a lot of improvements while you were on the server.

You were given a chance and you screwed it. But on the good side you were actually doing really well on the server and have achieved a decent rank in 21st. Ever since you were unbanned, i had seen nothing bad about you

+1 Crimson was really happy about being back on the server he was beyond excellent member in 21st really good guy didnt minge what so ever, messed about is different to minging, he had one slip up but did so good i belive should of been let off, i dont belive he meant to kill someone just flame the chair, not everyone knows that if you flame a chair the person sitting on it takes damage as well most people think they dont

This probably feels pretty biased and i do understand that his unbanning was stressed as a final chance but i genuienely do think some leniency should be given regarding this permaban. Crimson has shown huge improvement within the regiment, achieving MOTW multiple times and proving to be a valuable member of the 21st during his time here. What he did was admittedly very stupid but his attitude on the server since the removal of his past ban has always been serious and aside from this point, he has not done anything notably mingey on the server or within the regiment since.

I feel as if the final-warn system for permaban removals really exists to prevent minges from getting out of permabans just to cause more trouble, something Crimson hasn't been doing since his unbanning aside from this slip-up.

As much as you may have changed since coming back from your perma ban it does not change what you originally did to get it. You came back on a last warning basis and whether or not you knew it would kill him you intentionally set someone on fire and held it enough for it to kill him. You were lucky enough to return from what was supposed to be a permanent ban, but last warning should mean last warning you had enough chances.
