Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: I do own a microphone and I do speak, but can type if needed to.

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server the day it came out and haven't taken a break since. 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I use discord and teamspeak daily and go through the forums once in a while. 

State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) State the role of staff on the server:

 Staffs role is to make sure everything OOC runs smoothly. That means making sure the OOC rules are followed and also helping people with claims. For example if people are stuck or need help with sims.

 I have read through them a couple times. So I would say I know them.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:

 I would check logs to see if someone actually is RDMing, if they are I would tp to the person and stop him from continuing RDMing. After that I would give him a  punishment that fits his actions. For example RDM or ARDM would be a warning. MRDM I would probably ban them. 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

When you join the server you will be instantly whitelisted for STET and will not require any training. If he wonders how to get to know all the rules and formations I will tell him to find a ST NCO+ to train him. 

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: 

If it's clear that it's an accident it will not count as ARDM and there would not be any OOC punishment.

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 This is an IC moment and again it would not require any OOC punishment. 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

 There are no clear set rules on FailRP and it's up to the Staff member to decide if it's FailRP or not. If he thinks I am wrong he can make a complaint or forums. 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

 I would tell them to make a complaint on the forums and that I won't have a long argument with them.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I believe I should be picked for staff because I am friendly, patient and  enjoy the server. I think it's very important that staff is friendly and easy to talk to in all situations. I think of myself as a friendly person, but not scared to set down the foot when needed. I would also say I am patient and would not stress during sits or when people need help. I have experience with staff members that try to rush through everything in sits or when I need help with training. This often ends with only half the claim being completed. Being fast is also a good skill when there are multiple claims, but I personally think that it's more important to make sure you helped the person with everything they asked for. Enjoying the server is also important for a person to feel like staying. Right now I enjoy the server lots and I can't see myself leaving the server in the near future. I would rather try to climb both OOC and IC ranks for a more fun experience on the server. I am also active and a hard worker. I spend a lot of time on the server and think I will do a good job as staff.  To conclude I think I fit the criteria for a good staff member and I would help the server in a good way.
