I do have a working microphone, a Blue Yeti. I mainly communicate through my microphone.

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since:
I've only taken one break from the server for around 4 months without playing at all, but that mas mainly because I was only a CT LCPL at that time, and I knew very little about the server and the fact that you get kicked for inactivity. Ever since I have taken an LOA or two here and there, but that's mainly just so I don't get bored or because I'm going somewhere IRL.

How often do you use our TeamSpeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums:
I'm always on TeamSpeak when I'm on the server so that I can communicate with my regiment and be able to talk to others. I also use the forums quite a lot, I might not post that often. However I do check it every once in a while to make sure I am up to date with what's going on in the server.

State the role of staff on the server:
The role of a staff on a CWRP server is to ensure that roleplay runs smoothly, making sure that the rules are followed, and punish the player accordingly is he/she does not follow the rules. A staff member should not interfere with roleplay, however if they see a player breaking the rules they are to intervene.

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?
Yes, I have read them multiple times to make sure that I'm not breaking any rules.

List of all previous server staff experience:
I'm fairly experienced with ULX/SAM with me having been staff on another server twice. The server has since shut down and doesn't exist anymore, which is why I am no longer staff there, however the server usually peaked at around 120 players throughout the weekend and got to around 90 players max on a weekday. 

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:
Yes, I fully understand that.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

I would start of by teleporting to them cloaked and see the situation at hand. If there is no one killing any clones at the moment I would then use Billy's Logs to check if the clone shot someone. If they did, I would uncloak and ask them why they did it and tell them that they are not allowed to as it can be classed as ARDM/RDM. I would then warn them for it.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
I would firstly put in OOC asking if there are any volunteers to train the cadet, if no one responds within ~1-2 minutes, I would simply teleport the lowest ranking NCO+ and tell them to train the cadet unless I'm able to inform a battalion member so that they can order them there. 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
This is fairly common as I've seen it happen numerous times with CTs being confused on how to safety their weapon. I would simply not intervene if told it was an accident as it does happen a lot and let the RP carry on.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
Saluting is an in-character action, therefore I don't believe it to be necessary for me to intervene as staff. I would just let the situation play out by it self.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:
There are numerous things that the rules aren't able to cover, it is therefore up to the staffs own judgement to decide if the action is FailRP or not. If they are explicitly trying to find loopholes in the rules, I would simply hand out an appropriate punishment, such as a warning.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would try and diffuse the situation as quickly as possible by trying to see their side of it trying to come to a mutual understanding of the situation. If the player continues arguing I would then inform them again of why they where punished, return them and end the sit. If the player keeps making claims or spams OOC about it then I would punish them accordingly.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):
Through out my time as a CT Vice Commander, I believe I showed a lot of competence when dealing with mingy CT #### being able to diffuse a situation quickly and effectively. I dealt with mingy CT four numbers pretty much on a daily basis, which has made me highly patient with them.  I'm an alright guy to talk to and get along with pretty much everyone I talk to, I'm never condescending or rude to anyone, no matter the situation. I'm also a very active player on the server, committing to playing the server daily. I'm also highly devoted to stuff that I do which I think really shows because of how long I used to be in CT, and how fast I've ranked up. Even though I have since left the regiment I have still continued to be very active, being able to keep that up for longer periods having continuously stayed in a regiment since the 30th of June without resigning, and being able to acquire things such as ARC and get in to sentinel, which I believe shows that I am trusted within the community.
When I'm devoted to something I really get in to it, and I put a lot of time and effort in to it. And with all of that combined with my previous experience as a prior staff and with ULX/SAM on a popular server I think I would be the best and most logical pick for becoming a staff member on the server.
