 I own a working microphone and I prefer to speak when I communicate.

 I joined the server for the first time on the 29/8 and I have played very much on the server since I joined and I have taken 1 LOA and 1 ROA. 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums:

 I use Teamspeak and Discord everyday, I'm also on the forums to keep updated with the community.

State the role of staff on the server:

 The main role of a staff member is to enforce the rules on the server and make sure everyone is having a good time. Staff also help out with small things such as removing ships, giving weapons, helping out in SIM etc. 

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?

 Yes I have read the rules and some if them am I familiar with and some I was new to, but I fully understand them.

List of all previous server staff experience:

I have not been staff on Garry's Mode servers but I have been staff on CS:GO servers for a long while. I was normal staff for about 1 year on one CS:GO server and later obtained the position of Head Admin and was the position for about 7 months before I resigned. A little while after my resignation I applied to a new CS:GO server and got the staff position. I worked my way up to a position under the Head-Admin and also got a position as a tournament Admin. I was staff there for almost a year before I resigned.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:

 yes I fully understand.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 I would start with teleporting to the player who reported the RDM to hear what he has to say about it. Then I would teleport to the suspect and see what he is doing and also check the logs. If the report is true and there is evidence I would drag him away to an Admin sit and tell him what he did wrong and hear what he has to say. After he has said the things he need to say I would warn/ban him depending on the situation (if it's RDM or MRDM). If he thinks I'm in the wrong I would tell him to do an appeal on the forums. 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would start of by tell him I would get him a trainer as soon as possible to him. Then I would go to the battalion and tell them to send a trainer down the cadet area. If no battalion is on I would write in "ooc" and ask if someone need their mins. If no one respond I would teleport the lowest ranking NCO+ to the cadet area so he can do the training. 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

I would let CG take care of it because it is an IC accident not a staff matter. But if he keeps firing I would intervene. 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 As a staff I wouldn't say anything because it's IC thing, but as a clone I would tell him to salute people with a rank over 2nd LT. 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

I would still warn him because FailRP is still FailRP it doesn't matter if it's a loophole or not. I would also talk with the higher staff members about the loophole. 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would tell them why I punished them and also remind them of the rules they broke. If they keep argue with me I would tell them to make an appeal on the forums.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I think I'm a good choice to the staff team due to the fact if I want something I will grind for it, when I first joined the server a few months back I had 0 experience on Garry's Mode and didn't know much about the stuff you do. But I managed to find people who taught me what to do and I went through the rules, so I know what to not do on the server and it paid out. I grinded hard to get Hierarchy against competition from more experience players and I showed I had what it took to become Hierarchy and now Commander of 41st Ranger Platoon. Also with my long experience with being staff on CS:GO and getting high positions shows I know how to behave and I have learned from my time as staff how to be chill in heated situations. My best knowledge I got was when I was tournament Administrator, during that time I learned how to take split decisions during heated situations with the teams playing. It was really hard in the beginning because you didn't want to make mistakes but after 2 months, I got more hand of it and I got more trusted with the higher ups in the tournament. And in the end of my time as tournament Administrator I got trusted to be leading tournament Administrator and I mentored 3 new administrators and they are now doing great at their positions. With those experiences I would say I can be a good fit to the staff team, and I will really grind to show it. Because as I said earlier when I want something I will put an effort into it and that is exactly what I am going to do, when I first joined the server I knew staff was the thing I want to go for and I have tried to put myself out there in the community to show my activity and my abilities to grind hard for the things I want and I hope I have proven myself on the server.
