Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would check logs to make sure that player has actually been killing other imperials. If they have then I would take the appropriate action against them whether it be a warn or more severe punishment based on how many they've killed. Then I'd have shock arrest them for golden rule.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would tell fleet to send someone to train them, if there's no one on then I'd just do it

 

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I'd let shock handle it as this is more of an RP scenario than an actual staff problem

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I honestly don't care lmao that's for the power hungry larpers

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I'd tell them to use common sense, although it doesn't explicitly state their scenario in the rules it is common sense to not do what they've done.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Tell them I've already explained myself and if they have a problem with it to report it on the forums.

Honestly, I joined this server originally to minge. I did not play garry's mod for a bit and thought it would be fun to see how cwrp is now a days. The friend I joined with got banned pretty much immediately and I thought it would be more fun to see how far I could go before being banned. Well, I obviously never ended up doing anything resulting in punishment or even being arrested and ended up having a great time on the server. I worked my way up the ranks switching between a few regiments and honestly, I have made some really good friends from this community. I have thought about applying for a while and I figured I should start doing my part to help the community grow and try to give other people the same benefits I have gained from being here. Also, I just want to be able to deal with problems then and there myself rather than call someone else over to do it for me when they could be helping someone else with a potentially much more serious issue. It is just more convenient as well in situations where it would help me conduct trainings much more easily as well since I'd be able to give myself the ability to noclip rather than ask someone to noclip me. Anyways, I will keep this short for all you guys deciding the apps as I know you have a lot more of these to get through.
