Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:

 I would get them to explain, then i would check logs to see what happened and then i would then warn them for RDM or MRDM depending on the amount of people killed. 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would explain to them that they can play without being trained but if they do want training, i will ask for somebody to train them

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 If it was an accident, i would do nothing as staff since it can be dealt IC but if it wasn't an accident, i would warn them

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 I would do nothing as staff since this is an IC thing, but IC i still wouldn't do anything since i don't really mind if people salute me or not

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

I will explain to them how they committed FailRP and i would then warn them for FailRP

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would explain to them that I'm just doing my job as staff

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

Having joined this community over 3 months ago, I have grown to love this server and the people that play on it. Whenever I play on the server i always have a fun time, whether it's just talking to players during off hours or participating in some trainings, sims and even events. I have been wanting to join the Staff team for a long time now, and today I have decided to put forward my first application.

During my time on this server I believe I have proven myself to be an active, friendly and when needed also a serious person, which can be shown in my playtime and the regiments i have joined and ranks that I have achieved on this server. People can always come to me for help whether it's in character or out of character, and I'm always glad to assist people in even the tiniest of things. Being chosen as a Staff member would mean I get to help people on a daily basis, either by taking small claims like setting up SIM jobs or by helping people that are stuck somewhere, to the more serious Staff related tasks like dealing with minges and sorting out the people that left the server while under punishment. If I get chosen as Staff, I know I can make the server an even more fun and better place than it already is, and I hope I get the chance to help build this server into something even greater.

Would be nice to see longer and more indepth answers on some of the questions as well as using your mic more in game or on ts as I have never heard you speak, this is semi important as a staff member on the server that you are able to speak.

From my experience with him in DT I think he would make a fantastic fit in the staff team although as it has been stated before the fact he doesn't use a mic as his primary form of communication may be an issue
