When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server on release and took a short break when I resigned from IE Commander. 

 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I am in Teamspeak a bit however a lot of the time I will be deafened in an office being in a discord VC instead. IRP Discord I am in regularly and I often check the forums however don’t comment on it much.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on the server is to enforce the rules and to deal with those who break them. Staff are also there to help people whether it is giving weapons for trainings or getting a stuck person out of a wall or just answering questions a newer player is asking. 

 

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? I have read them and I would like to think I am familiar with them because of the time I have been playing both servers.

 

List of all previous server staff experience: A long time ago I was a staff member on a small server that lasted like a month.

 

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I do understand and I should be if I am not good enough.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:

I would first check the combat logs of the person in question. If there is nothing I wouldn’t have any evidence for a punishment. However, I would ask the person accusing if they have a clip just in case. If it was in combat logs then they would receive either a warning or a ban for RDM or possibly even MRDM.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

As training ST recruits is not necessarily needed I would simply ask in Out Of Character chat to see if any NCO would want to train them. If they really needed it I would either TP someone or if I were on my IC job do it myself. 

 

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

If it was an accident the weapon would have only fired one or two times. This would be more of an in character situation for Shock to deal with.

 

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

This is an in character thing. I wouldn't do anything. However, if it were in a training then I would explain what they should do. 

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

Remind them that Fail RP is still Fail RP and that if they are attempting to find loopholes to commit Fail RP they could get a bigger punishment.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would give them the appropriate punishment first and explain why. If they continue I would give them the link to the unban/unwarn section and tell them if they disagree they can try to remove it by doing that.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): 

Firstly, I am very experienced in WG SWRP having played IRP almost continuously since its launch in October and playing CW since 2017. More recently I have gotten to several high ranks which include being in the hierarchy on Clone Wars once, Colonel in CE, IE Commander and JT Executive Officer (And Temp Vice Commander) on IRP and also High Council which I still am. Due to my college timetable I am readily available throughout the week. Not being available Wednesdays and Thursdays. With this I can play during the mornings and afternoons before school finishes for most of the server’s population. I am not biassed in situations that involve people who I am friends with which is required for the In character ranks I have held and currently hold and obviously staff should not be biassed when making decisions especially if there is proof. Despite my low playtime I am beginning to pick up my activity a lot more as the server needs people online now more than ever. As I already mentioned before I have some staff experience. With this I know the basic commands that are commonly used by the staff team on both IRP and CWRP. Also having seen some of my friend’s streams in discord I have a basic understanding of how the log system works. With the time I have been playing on Clone Wars and Imperial RP I have developed a strong understanding of the rules and if I need to double check I can do so easily. Finally. I am very open and welcoming to new people to the server which is good as first impressions are important.

Havent talked to much to Rich either, but from what i have seen he is also quite a sound lad. Also is a OG from clone wars if i remember correctly, so you know he knows his stuff! My +1 isnt that heavy as i dont know him that well, but from my impressions of him i think he is fit for the job!

Been on WG for awhile now and has proven he is committed to IRP. He is also usually active on the late nights when there are fewer staff on. He’s also proven he is more than capable for the role of staff by achieving High Council on CWRP and by making it to fleet on IRP
