-1 You can’t really remove shield pushing but then leave it open to battalion orders as in most cases, it’s the job of the regimental commander to instruct 442nd. Also, if you are struggling as an EC then you should join EC comms on TS and ask for impact grenades etc and then the event host will see if it’s necessary.

This is coming from a CG who has been in this situation many times and heard so many different opinions on what you are meant to do from staff and battalion etc. Please make the rules clear on how to apprehend a scavenger who is disguised as a clone and is hostile. Some people say you can't shoot them because you don't know they are a scavenger and you must try and arrest them. But we can't combat stun or combat cuff. Then some say just shoot them. But then surely its metagaming if we don't arrest the people who killed them because of golden rule? The rules are just too vague and when a scav is on people just run around shouting different opinions on how to handle the situation. Would be nice for the rules to be clarified.

Like I said to Gorilla, there was no offence meant to be given by this post. I was just trying to find a way to make COs etc. more motivated to make the server more fun inbetween events. I've now come to realise this suggestion wasn't the best. Thanks a lot for your in-depth response and showing me the, better, counterside to my views.

I made this post before my recommendation I think. It has nothing to do with me, just was annoying when I was lower ranks when people would hit there mins for trainings and then nothing would be done. Was just idea to make the server more fun and make players more active.

I would like to start of by saying I know battalion can promote but my suggestion is allow them to promote outside of rank cooldowns. Climbing through ranks of the server at low-mid range ranks (below SO) in my opinion is way to time orientated and not performance based enough. When off cool-down I see peoples effort and motivation decrease, "I have my minimums so whats the point?" My suggestion would mean that battalion can ignore these rank cooldowns and promote people below SO who they think have done well and deserve it. Maybe in debrief, after PTSs, they could say "CT PVT X please change your name to PFC we saw you perform well this event." To conclude, I think this would increase the motivation of players who have done their minimums and are on cooldown, would give people a reason to follow battalions orders and try to impress, and finally would give another dynamic to debrief. Please leave any thoughts or twists on this idea below.

-1 Even though it was a long time ago, you still need to put some sort of effort into your application. I can tell you now, this is probably not going to get you accepted and my suggestion to you is put the ban message in evidence. Say what may of happened etc.

Gaslighting 101, "its just in your mind". Also, threatening to pull someones IP is in term, a DDoS threat and I would have perceived it the same way. You also knew CG were chasing you as you ran away from them and quickly disconnect. I am only a player on this server, but I can say with confidence I am glad I will never see you on the server again. Pure immaturity and ignorance.
