+1 From my experience across numerous years on the server, I have seen Fusion at his best, while also at his worse. Starting off the worst, during him time in GC and my time in battalion me and Fusion had some issues over his immature behaviour, however, improved himself over his time in CT (The reformation regiment). This man then proved himself worthy of Battalion. He then grinded, put in blood, sweat and tears progressing through the battalion ranks amongst stiff competition (while under the leadership of the greasy, dirty, fat Admiral Brandon - if this doesn't show true dedication I don't know what does even going as far as to receive recommendations from the Legendary man himself). Upon reaching the Brigadier, he gracefully ascended to the rank of Trial Vice Admiral, showing his true knowledge, trustworthiness and competence. However, later to avoid fallout dropped to Rear Admiral at his own accord to avoid unnecessary drama and conflict, further displaying his immense maturity. Following his unfair removal from his post as Rear Admiral, during which time he did an immense job. Whilst a lot of blame has been directed at Fusion for the dramas surronding myself, Rogue and RRD as one of the main contenders amongst all of the drama, I can confirm Fusion had little part to play and was simply listening to his superior Grand Admiral Rogue. Following his removal, he then dwelled into the era of Nazis, under the guidance of Reichsleiter and Community Co-Founder Schumacher, Fusion began his restoration period. Climbing the ranks of the party, reaching Vice Leader of the Gau-Gericht, successfully shutting down 2 plots by members of the Security Service during his time. Now once again Fusion has returned to restore his reputation and commit himself to CWRP and Battalion once again. Looking at some of the current Battalion members, even those in Battalion Command Fusion is the best pick going and could even do a much better job than those currently in Battalion and High Command (T BOC lol). The failings of the members of High Command present namely and almost solely, @Danielwb03#5804 failed to act to the threat to the Fuhrers life, resulting in his unfortunate and tragic death. In his Absence I, Enzy, will be taken the mantle and forming the EnzyReich. Further annoucements will follow regarding the establishment of my Inner Circle, known as the EnzyLoyal. As of now all members of High Command, NSDAP Command and SS Command have been stripped of all Rank, Medals and Party status. They are also to be captured and publicly hung for their failings. We will not let the Fuhrers death go unpunished. To conclude, a treaty is to be signed with the Dominican Republic of Congo and Kenya. BLM. Long Live the EnzyReich! Your New Fuhrer, Enzy.

For clarification, we weren't arguing, all that happened was Zab was spectating a situation in the brig and while doing so in noclip said "thats powergaming" and then later on saying "fuck RRD" . At no stage did we talk/argue about the situation as I didn't respond to him in game, as if he had a problem with what we were doing he could of TPd me to a sit to discuss it there.

While yes you can say that you were wondering why we were up there, there's no problem with that, but if you want to know why ask in OOC perspective such as messaging Fusion on TS or discord asking him why RRD are using his office. Yes you may be an SCO but that doesn't give you unlimited access to the BB or the RAs office and as such noclipping inside the RAs office is abuse of your staffing powers. When you later say that a CG member was wondering what was happening with their EXO, yet again there is no need for you to noclip into an area that you don't have access to. If a CG member wants to know they can use the IC radio comms system that everyone has access to and we could of told them. As RC and RRD in the past, I've been to BB many times for different reasons, that doesn't give any random staff member the permission to noclip into that area to see what's going on. In response to Hazard, yes we did have the RAs permission to be in there, right before map switch from Vanqour to Rishimoon, he told us over the IC radio comms to report to his office on map switch alongside the fact we were in teamspeak with him, with the channel marked as IC talking to him.

+1 One of the first things you're taught as staff is not to noclip into areas you shouldn't which as seen in the clip is something that he did. No excuse for it really.

So at the time Fcrice was the a HLRP Senior Admin and Lead Mentor, Sooth (The Discord Staff Manager) had made a mistake with the roles on the server and had given a group of people the "Manage Roles" permission on the discord, the basically means they can do whatever they want with any roles under them which Sooth did not know. Fcrice found this out and was going to tell Sooth the mistake he made and was going to show them how much it could be abused so he told me (As i was one of the people who had the edit roles for Sooth's mistake) and told me to give myself the bots role. The next part is the bit CAT got confused with, we decided as a joke to reveal to Sooth the mistake to make a command that did nothing at all and called it Sooth's backdoor. I understand looking back on it now I regret doing this it was a stupid joke and not even that funny tbh, but there was no malicious intention whatsoever, I was Admin at the time and Fcrice was Senior admin and Lead Mentor we had so much to lose. Now before anything was done or revealed Fcrice was unfortunately demoted and the command that did nothing was just forgotten about. Even after Fcrice was demoted and I resigned we did nothing with the "backdoor" at all because it was some forgotten about joke that meant nothing. I believe what got this command found was when the @everyone role was given Administrator on the Discord. I was accused of this but I had nothing to do with this at all, as you can see from the screenshot below it must have been an accident by the Co-Founder. They then found my command and deleted before anyone even looked at it or it could be seen to actually be a back door. I am not sure why it was not looked at, but this means that accusations of a backdoor have just been thrown at me without any evidence at all. I know with everything that had went on with the discord there must have been a lot of panic so I understand why the decision was made so quickly without being properly looked into, but I feel like this punishment was extremely harsh for a command in name only that did nothing. I understand my ban from HLRP and I'll accept WW2 and SCP if I must but I feel like the SWRP Discord ban is very harsh as I literally cannot play my role properly without it and I hold no position of power in the Star Wars Discord (and will never want to) On the day to day basis, I need to use discord a lot for the role I have as RC Squad Leader. I use it to check absences, log medals, trainings and also just to talk to people in general, overall I was very active on the SWRP discord. All of the roles I have access to on the SWRP discord serve no purpose other than to see channels, I have no power on it and even if I did I would never abuse it in anyway due to the time I've dedicated to the server. Evidence: Well the evidence is a bit tricky seeing as all of it was deleted before being looked at properly, so I am not sure how my guilt was even proven in the first place, but seeing it was deleted without being looked at I am not sure how I am supposed to show my innocence. I guess the only evidence I have is the audit log of it being Syn who gave everyone admin and not me.
