-1 Fair enough it's been a year, but it's incredibly difficult to get to 30 warns, and only getting to CPL isn't an incredible achievement to say the least. It doesn't help that after you got banned you tried to bypass it 3 times. Any explanation to this?

+1 I hadn't interacted with Ripper much before so I was unaware of what he was like. Before he put the gif in OOC he made a couple claims stating "Breatoking Tesco Toilets" and so I thought he was just another minge who managed to get to SGTM. After reading the context and confirming vlad is a cunt, I think it's fair he gets unbanned.

I wouldn't really call this False Warning, that more implies he's doing it out of spite when in reality he didn't investigate it thoroughly which I believe is your point . This in my opinion probably goes into a unwarn appeal rather than staff abuse claim since it was stated you did shoot each other. I don't really expect EPs to know exactly what to do in situations like this since it isn't their main priority and if there was another staff on the server, he should have contacted them but I've been warned and didn't receive a sit. And yeah, I agree not having a sit to either have stuff explained to you or explain yourself is frustrating, but it's not abuse as far as I can see.

Neutral Can't lie, I'm pretty on the fence with this one, but no one else has replied so here we go: Honestly I don't remember interacting with you much, unless it was healing and stuff during events so I can't really comment on the toxicity claims, but that seems to be what most people remember you for. Stealing docs for another server is pretty scummy but it looks like that server flopped harder than a fat man in a community swimming pool which makes your plead to return more believable. Any decent argument would sway my viewpoint in either favour, especially as I wasn't even in staff at the time of your initial ban and not knowing much about you or the current topic. If you do get unbanned, it would probably be a one-strike basis and a slight fuck-up would result in reinstating the ban. But if you think you've improved and ready to return I have no objections at this current moment.

I banned you and bots don't make unban appeals (Usually). If everything is fixed then I don't see a reason why you shouldn't get unbanned. Try not to get hacked next time! (Assuming this is your current/old account)

Judging from the website link you have provided, your SteamID is STEAM_0:0:565189251 and it shows your last ban was on the 24/09/22 for "Banned before. Still NH2RP". It takes a lot of shit to get banned permanently for multiple bans and you have only been banned for 3 months. I really doubt you have matured and changed in 3 months and this is quite a low-effort appeal.

Right so I misinterpreted the reason for the ban. I assumed it was LTARP as you said you would serve the jail time IC. Either way it's a no from me as Henk has explained.

There is a chance of being unbanned but it must be earned. The Teamspeak IP is: "werwolfgamingts" You aren't blacklisted from any regiments from what I can see, so to log stuff you'll just have to DM someone to log it for you.

You haven't actually apologised considering posting pornography on a Star Wars-based discord server with lots of minors is a very serious issue.
