  1. In my, also humble and unbiased, opinion as someone who gets to interact with Rob a lot: Rob's a very competent individual, his mere presence brings order and organisation but also friendly banter to wherever he goes. Generally active and he's seen his share of CWRP by now, knows how people behave and how to adress issues that could come up. Respectful to people. Quick to adress problems and innovate old ways. He's already a very good pick for staff and his capabilities will most likely only expand. Give him a try.
  2. Good choice but the EP thing might be too soon for this to work out..
  3. +1 Everything's alredy been said.
  4. +1 Good lad, knows his way with ULX from the past Very dedicated. Also would be fun to have both MCC be Staff members.
  5. +1 Great guy in general. (Might be a bit overcommiting to CWRP at cost of his own health though, smh.) He's also had access to ULX through EP multiple times and been doing amazing every single time he's been EP. Surely a great pick for Staff.
  6. +1 Ashrea's been impressing me since joining the server, both in Clone, Jedi and in general. He's overall a competent guy, doing his IC duties in best way he can while offering advice and help to anyone in need. He's been top member of 501st since joining them. I've seen multiple times him motivating, coordinating and leading groups of people during pushes in events or joint breach trainings (mix of people from multiple regiments in both situation) better than I've seen battalion do. He creates fantastic atmosphere wherever he's present. I'm more than certain this guy would do amazing as Staff member.
  7. Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity is?
  8. Which Rank/tag do you need: Plat VIP What is your RP Name on the server(only use one): 212th Vice Commander Yvo Evidence (A image of your name ingame with the said rank, or a image of yourself on the old forum. Do not post sensitive information such as emails/PayPal payments please: https://imgur.com/a/5N3VSH0
  9. +1 Extremelly competent person with way too much time to spare and wasting his potential on GMod RP servers. Quick learner, easy to approach, greatly dedicated to whatever he's doing and currently commited to IRP. Fantastic option for Staff.
  10. +1 Danny getting staff would be decent for server. Danny getting staff would be terrible for Danny's health. He's been here lots. Seen everything. Had ULX for half a year and done great with it. His only problem is that he keeps coming back here (and that current IC rank is low but he's slowly climbing up). If he'd be as commited in Staff as he usually is in the regiement, he'll make a great addition to Staff Team.
  11. +1 Competent, done well in positions he's been in this far and just keeps on going, would be a good fit in staff. (Though maybe praising other applicants in part where you are supposed to explain why you deserve staff more than others might backfire a bit)
  12. +1 / Neutral Chim's surely had some ups and downs during her time on server. As a person, pretty joyful but also hardworking. When she dedicates her time, attention and efforts to something, it's usually ending with great results. Theoretically if that was always the case she'd be great addition to the Staff team. She is however prone to being distracted and making dumb decisions and/or mistakes because of that. Also I swear she got voices in her head telling her to minge 24/7 and they sometimes go out into the world in form of all the weird noises she makes. Terrible with money too. TL;DR Bit of a gamble and could go both ways.
  13. +1 (attempt at objective view but take it with grain of salt since he's like my best friend on here) Slav's been excelling in all the server activities & jobs I've seen him do. He's been to nearly all regiments (although didn't go past ET in most), got Batt at some point as well as EXO in 212th. As for Jedi, well everyone knows he's Anakin now so that speaks for itself, part of why Jedi is not completely dead yet, lol. Basically, when he's on the grind he doesn't stop and that would happen if he gets Staff as well. He's also a walking bomb full of positive energy exploding every time he talks to someone. Literally only bad thing about him is that he likes to bully me. Give him a chance.
  14. +1 Tasker's a great choice for the server in whathever he'd apply in for. Has ton of IC experience across various jobs and ranks, as well as previous ULX experience. I bet most if not all of everyone's experiences with Tasker been positive. Reliable, respectable lad, now also a RC. He's been trying for a while. Give him a try and you won't regret it.
  15. Update: IC Rank is now 212th Vice Commander.
  16. Vex's events have always been a joy to participate in in the past. I would love to have a chance to experience them again. Get him back where he belongs!

What is your time-zone: Poland, CET (GMT +1) Can you speak and type English fluently: Yes. Current total game-time on the server (type !time): 2mo 1h 1d 15m IC Rank(s) and OOC Donation Rank(s) on CWRP: 212th EXO, User Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: I own working microphone and I mainly communicate through voice, however I can and do type when needed. When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I've joined the server on 29/06/2022. I take LOAs / ROAs when necessary, they're usually short and I often end them preemptively. Resigned from my 212th job once (September last year) and was out of regiment for 2 weeks before returning. How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: Teamspeak 3 - daily use; Discord - daily use; forums - few times a week, mainly just browsing. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link). Your game time must be visible as well in the screenshot. (Type !time then open warns menu, and drag the menu so chat is visible with the time): https://imgur.com/a/tL55C8X State the role of staff on the server: Staff are on server to help with various claims people might need them and their powers for, as well as being its OOC security and conflict resolvers and behavioral role models for community. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes, I've read them and I know them. List of all previous server staff experience: I haven't been staff before. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I do understand. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would TP there. If situation was still happening, I'd freeze the culprit, tell him what he's done wrong and punish with a warn/ban fitting the situation that occured. If there would be no combat after my arrival, I'd ask the claim maker what happened and then keep an eye on the person while checking their damage logs and confront them once I had the proof and again punish. If the reported person seemed innocent, I'd try to ask the claim maker whether they made claim on the right guy or if perhaps they made a fake claim alltogether. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would firstly ask highest ranked Battalion, Hierarchy of even Admirality member in the base to bring that to NCO's attention using the Republic chat. If noone responded, I'd ask for any people willing to train cadet on their own in OOC. As last resort, I'd start bringing people into cadet area (starting from lower eligible ranks) and tell them to do that myself. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: It is not really a staff issue if it was an accident, it's an IC situation that can happen to everyone, especially to new people on the server. Any form of punishment for that should be ordered by the Battalion and carried out by CG. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: It's another IC situation that I don't need to react to as staff, the rule is not that enforced anyway. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would tell that person that not all instances of FailRP are covered within the rules and they should have a general idea themselves whether something could be considered a FailRP or not. I'd also recommend for example asking about in in OOC chat, for example. That being said, I'd rest my case and punish the person. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would try one more time to explain my view about the situation and my reasoning to why should they be punished. If that wouldn't make it, I'd tell the person to make a post on forums and complain on me there. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Since the last time I've applied, I've realised activity and availability are not unique strenghts when it comes to being a staff member and spent time and tried to discover or develop new ones that would make my presence in staff beneficial for the staff team and W-G community. As a 212th Hierarchy member for 2 months now I've noticed I'm doing a good job helping keeping the regiment organised and resolving issues between the members before they become real problems, as well as making it a generally nice place for everyone. I'm confident that as staff I could translate these qualities and bring them to the server as a whole and staff team itself. I've also noticed I'm having easy time making new, lasting contacts based on mutual trust in each others abilities. I think that would make me a helpful and useful staff team member if I were to stay there long-term. I still believe believe my analatical, logical approach to things would make my staff actions very effective and allow me to support other staff members in tough situations and forum appeals. With my equal treatment of incidents and people involved in them, will to learn all the information I could before making ubiased objective final verdict and personal but professional approach to every case I'm sure that me performing my staff duties to best of my abilities and trying to set a positive example to others would yield great results as well as bring a sense of fairness and trust to staff with my actions. While I've never been a staff member before, I see applying for it as a fun new challenge that I'm very motivated to face, and I'll keep that motivation long after I've learned all the ULX gimmicks. I want to do it because I am confident I can do it well. I'd like to finish this with a quick good luck to all other participants (there's some great guys applying) as well as good luck to SMT with picking the lucky few.

Current total game-time on the server (type !time): 1mo 1w 3d 9h 52m IC Rank(s) and OOC Donation Rank(s) on CWRP: 212th Colonel, User Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: I do own a working microphone and I prefer to speak, however can type as well if necessary. When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I've joined the server on 29/06/2022. I do tend to take LOAs of various lenght to deal with IRL issues but try to cancel them earlier when possibile. I've also temporarily resigned from my regiment in middle of September due to mental health issues, however I've joined it back 2 weeks later and been there ever since. How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: I use the Teamspeak 3 server daily, CWRP Discord as well. I check forums few times per 1-2 weeks, more often when applications for IC/OOC ranks are open. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link). Your game time must be visible as well in the screenshot. (Type !time then open warns menu, and drag the menu so chat is visible with the time): https://imgur.com/a/sqA1oN9 State the role of staff on the server: Staff in general ensure that the server's rules are not being broken, they also help community out by carrying out people's various in-game claims, settling conflicts and generally being a good example for everyone else on the server. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes, I've read them and yes, I am familiar with them. List of all previous server staff experience: I have no such expierence. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes, I understand. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would firstly teleport to the person accused of killing clones and check whether the situation is still happening. If not, I would attempt to determine what exactly happened by checking their K/D, whether there's signs of recent combat near them and by checking the damage logs. If based on that information I'd find the person to be guilty of the accusation (or, of course, if they were caught in the act), I would confront them about it and punish accordingly. If the accusation was false, I'd instead have a talk with Player who reported the act in the first place. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I'd ask highest ranking officer in the base to pick a NCO+ to deal with this task. If none of them would respond, I'd ask if there are any volunteers to do it amongst the higher ranks. If that would fail too, I'd choose teleport someone to cadet area myself while being more inclined towards the lower eglibile ranks. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it really was an accident, I don't see a reason to intervene other than maybe giving a tip on putting weapon on safety and dealing with visual bug that might happen during it. Whether the CT in question should be punished in character depends on judgment of a Battalion / other high ranking officer or CG. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is an in-character situation, so I wouldn't have to intervene as staff. While it is written down as a rule, It's not that big of an offense to not follow it and it's very common occurence for that to not happen. I would still recommend that CT to salute clones with high enough rank as some people might not be as tolerant as me towards it and call that CT disrespectful. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would bring them into a sit and explain to them that while server rules are the general guidelines regarding the behaviour on the server, they cannot cover every single incident. Because of that, even if the said person thought they found a loophole of some sort allowing them to break the rules, I'd tell them that they still commited FailRP and punish them accordingly, as well as give a hint for the future to think twice or just ask whether certain activity is FailRP or not. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would try to explain my point once again to the best of my abilities. I would repeat my thought process, my logic and available information that led me to giving them the punishment. If they however would still be upset about it and thought it was unjust or unfair, I would tell them them that they issue a complaint on me on the forums so that third parties can look into the case and give final verdict. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): While they are not unique, I think my strongest assets are my activity and commitment to the server. I’m enjoying my time here and try to give back to the server in various ways – whether it’s keeping my regiment and it’s members in healthy state and temping for hierarchy when needed, being on Detainment Droid duty, volunteering to train cadets or simply answering questions of people in game or on Discord. I see staff as another way of appreciating and helping out the community and while I don’t have any experience in the area, I’d put all the necessary time and effort to learn how the staff works and how to be an good staff member so that I can give the best of me in yet another area of server’s life. It would be additional method for me to feel useful for the community, and being useful to people keeps me motivated to do more and do better. I’m also quite available time-wise, being online nearly all the time on Discord and spending many hours on the server daily, as well as the type of person to quickly respond to any type of calls, which I think would be useful when dealing with the claims in game or discord pings. I believe what’s special about me is the way I think about things. I always try to take objective, critical approach to issues I deal with and use all available information and logical thinking to find the best, most fair and most acceptable result that’d be satisfactory for all sides involved. I’m unbiased person with lots of patience for people, I can be harsh if needed but will always search for compromise and middle ground to settle conflicts. I also believe that while rules are rules, certain situations require a personal approach to be truly understood. All these things aside, I also simply wouldn't apply if I didn't feel confident about performing the staff duty well. I'd be proving my skills as much to others as I'd to to myself, and I am much harsher towards myself. As a final word I’d like to request all the people who’d want to comment on this application to take the critical & unbiased approach. Also, good luck to other applicants.
