Some of those could be added to the Scavenger Job, others to the Bounty Hunter job and all of them could be used for PassiveRP Coruscant Events or any events that require a variety of space citizens. I won't give an opinion inform of a +1 or -1, as I believe that I am not able to speak objectively on that manner. None the less, I want to share my experience with ACEF. He is a very competent and dedicated guy who has done god work in CT. He always pushed himself to be the best, no matter with. Even at the start of him joining the server. You can easily see that based on minor things like cadet trainings (he has done many). Even outside of the regiment or even the server, ACEF has always been friendly and nice. The things ACEF has done are in no way, shape or form justifiable, none the less I believe that people deserve second chances when they show remorse, are aware of their mistakes and try their best to fix them.

They are not centered, they have a white background and black and white is just boring. This took me like 2 minutes in Photoshop and if you properly crop it and make it without a white background it would look a lot better then the current ones. I know it isn't canonical, but at least there is a system to it, not like right now, where SCO, MCO and all of Admirality literally have the same tag.

I am pretty sure there is, but with the Addon I mentioned in my previous reply, quite a few DarkRP commands get replaced with proper ULX commands ("!" instead of "/"). This would make them usable through !menu and would make it easier to do things related to the server as a whole, for example !addmoney for store purchases, !tellall for (event) announcements or !jobban / !jobunban for blacklists.

+1 As an offensive regiment a weapon upgrade is to be expected. Frontline regiments should have an upgraded main weapon and have extra special equipment compared to CT. If not DLT-18, the DC15-S also seems like a valid upgrade.

No, you have to dedicated a certain amount of money towards the upkeep of the website. I would just ask Harland if he can accept that kind of donation, because on the old Forums there was a separate panel for the website donations.

I found a useful addition of commands called ULX DarkRP Commands which includes an array of commands, aswell as a !setjob command. It basically replaces DarkRP Commands (which can be cancer sometimes) with proper ULX commands.
