What should we pick you for Battalion: There are many reasons why I should be picked for battalion. Firstly due to experience. I have been a battalion in the past and I know what it takes to become one. I also know the role I have and when I was battalion in the past I executed it effectively. I did make mistakes in the past I will agree but yet I bounced back from them and became a respectable member of the team who always walked to the challenge of being better rather than running and hiding like many would.
Another reason is my leadership qualities. I am able to lead a force of many people, as shown in the past, effectively and to great results. This also comes into a part of me being a great team leader and player. I can take onboard ideas and suggestions from others and use them to make a better, more thought out plan, but my main strength as a leader is to be able to think on the fly. Coming up with a plan in seconds to lead others to victory. In my opinion this is what any battalion needs to be good at their jobs.
Lastly a good reason I should be picked is because of my dedication. I have been in the battalion twice. I will grant that I have not always shown my best face in all of it. Sometimes messing up heavily and being told off on many occasions but it should be said I always pick myself up and march to a better point. Improving myself along the way and becoming a better battalion for that.
Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: Out of battles, a battalions duty is to make sure the base runs smoothly. Granting and denying training, tryouts ect. They are also assigned the task of making sure cadet trainers are called up to train the cadets when needed. Battalion are also tasked in making sure their regiment, (Which they supervise) also are up to scratch. Doing 2 training sessions every week with them and keeping them in a perfect, combat position.
During events it depends if they are leading or not. If they are leading then they will make sure to relay important and essential information to the commanding officers of each regiment so that every regiment knows what to do in combat.
Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: I was demoted from ARC Colonel before. Due to stupidity in my past I acted in a childish and stupid manor. That was October 11, 2019 and I have improved greatly from that point in time.
Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes I do
What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? When a battalion is not leading it is their role to make sure to be with their supervised regiment or be at the frontlines helping with pushes and doing mostly what their supervised regiment does. This does not mean leading them however! This just means acting as a sort of extra with them. Taking orders from the leading battalion member
What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?
Execute a standard debrief to an acceptable level
Perform a mandatory training (Mando)
Successfully lead a base attack
What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? As a Co-Leader, your role is to grant and deny requests from other regiments, so the battalion leading doesn't get overwhelmed. They are also to get a scope of the battle and relay it to the commanding battalion so they can make a better, informed position of their call outs.
Anything else: I thank you for reading. I do honestly hope we can look past my stupidity in the past and know that I am only here, applying because I do enjoy battalion and I regret whole heartedly in leaving. Cheers
