Yes. ProtonVPN is recommended by me. But I recommend looking for a VPN from your own region for the quickest connection. This is also a huge risk, but it can be rare depending what country you choose to use.

I remember being TSH and breaching (I think Wallcroft) as 035. He took over a Tau-5 and it was probably one of the best breaches I've created. Yet overall, it's extremely dumb.

Denied. While yes, a good idea to actually add descriptions, the only issue is how the SWEPs are made. Vortix made his SWEPs through Lua server scripts. Meaning in one file, he had it where the SWEPs were defined (how they are made normally) but it acts as a template. Then in another file, they actually register what the SWEP’s name/features do. Even Harland was kinda surprised to know how these work, but it makes sense for Lua code.
