I have been in many regiments and held many leadership ranks across W-G. I have a good sense of leadership and I show initiative when I possibly can. I can show dedication to roles which can be seen with after playing for 2 years I have held ranks for reasonably long amounts of time. I have held high ranks in CWRP showing my upmost competence, skill and dedication. I have been in plenty of Regiments such as CG, 327th, 41st, GC, Jedi, GM. I know my way around regiments and passive and Combat roleplay. I believe it is a vital skill that other applicants do not have. I have a lot of knowledge on how the server works in an OOC matter and IC matter due to the fact that I have been playing for quite some time now. I have applied for the role of Battalion several times which means I have a clear understanding of the Battalion handbook, I know the rules, regulations and responsibilities of Battalion members as I have read the handbook before I have applied for the role each time. (the fourth one) Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: The role of Battalion is to be a role model, showing good behaviour and professionalism throughout their career. They are expected to take a role of leadership on the Main Base and for Regiments. They are also expected to grant and to oversee regiments at the rank of Officer and above. Writing a report on the performance of the regiment and what it can be improved upon. It is expected for Battalion to also lead regiments into combat and debrief them in a good quality and standard. The role of Battalion is only fit for competent minds and people who are dedicated to their role. They all have a lot of different play styles such as defensive and Frontline. CG also has a lot of Passive RP such as arrests and checkpoints in certain events. I believe that Battalion varies in all types of Combat which is why I think I am suitable. Another reason is I have been in the server / community for quite a while. I will explain why I think this is a good attribute, it is because I know a lot about IC and OOC rules, such as things about what certain people can and cannot do. This can help massively as if I know what I am doing then things wont be getting messed up. It is good for Battalion as you are the highest on the base, leading the regiments into combat and if something you do is wrong and you didn't know then there is a problem. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) The role of Battalion is to lead the base and regiments either in Combat or in Passive. Battalion are role models of what everyone should aspire to be, they are expected to be always on the best of their behaviour as they are supposed to represent the base and Battalion on a whole. They are to normally lead the base in combat and to grant or deny people in passive outside of any sort of events. Battalion are tasked to oversee a regiment at the rank of 2nd LT+ and report any sort of progress, any complaints to Admiralty. They can also assist regiments in combat or help other leading Battalion members. Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: (If so, explain why) Never been banned but kicked for AFK . Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes, I completely understand this. What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL) Battalion are supposed to be leading the regiments into battle, also there should be a co-leader assigned to take over if the leader dies or has to leave so they can take over. The rest of the Battalion are to support frontline regiments or even support the regiments that they are supervising if they are Batt 2nd LT+. They are to assist the high vantage if they are able to support it. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? 3 main duties a BOC are supposed to do before getting promoted are to Lead a base attack, Host a debreif and host a training with faces questions and formations. They also have to get GH trained, LAAT trained and Brig Trained in their mentoring session. What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? They are assigned as a co-leader to make sure events are run smoothly if the Leader dies or has to leave to make sure there isn’t a hiccup in leading and are to make it a lot easier for Batt so they don’t have to pick someone they are already assigned before the event. +1 From my personal perspective Rich is a very great person he has a great mindset and attitude which I think makes him a great candidate for staff, his application is well written and when I was in GC he was probably one of the best Commanders I have been in a regiment with, he has a lot of dedication as of his consistent activity even though he has been in the same regiment for ages. Respect to the guy he does deserve a chance

Neutral In CG and Jedi your activity wasn’t good as you were in the Military However you are competent and a good person but you haven’t really had much experience as an SO as you’ve been SO in 212th for a short amount of time already

I’m guessing this was near the time I had left CG, I do apologise that if you think that I act like that all the time I was honestly a lot more aggressive during that time because I was not enjoying myself and coming on as CG VC was like a chore I wasn’t enjoying having to deal with people constantly minging around and it was to a point where they knew what they were doing and they just wanted to carry on with it. however me leaving was a bigger relief and I am not like that anymore as you could as maybe other people in my regiment or my hierarchy in GC or other people in Jedi

I would be willing to stay at the rank of Peacekeeper if meant being able to get into Battalion. I am being mentored by Space as Peacekeeper and CG operate is somewhat different ways and I just want a bit of a guide towards improving how I am as a Peacekeeper that is all to be honest.

+1/Neutral as great as of a candidate you are my main problem is if you leave 327th this early then it will not be good for the regiment seeming as you just got EXO so it would mean multiple hierarchy members in a short amount of time. However good luck though!

Do you meet the requirements: Yes I do Quick summary about you: I am 15 years old, I am currently studying in high school in the UK and I live with my family, my hobbies are playing video games and playing the piano outside of when I go to school. Also I enjoy watching movies a lot as well. I also can play the guitar and occasionally do so. I have been playing W-G for a while and I was introduced to it by a couple of my friends at school one day and I gave it a try. Another reason is that I am a great listener which is good if there is a sort of situation happening on that base. My final reason or point on why I should be chosen is that I am very active on the server in discord, teamspeak and on the actual server itself and I can always be on late night or throughout the day when sometimes there isn't normally other battalion on to lead the base. The responsibilities they have are to if they are supervising a regiment at Batt 2nd LT+ is to make sure that they are fully training to be capable of everything they need to be. They also help the regimental hierarchy with the regiment to an extent by giving their input on what they think. This is to ensure that the battle is going well and to make sure that there aren't a lot of deaths on the clone side. The 3 duties of a Battalion Officer Cadet is to perform a training with some sort of faces, formations and questions, lead an event successfully and successfully call and perform a debrief. What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? The job of a Co-Leader in an event is to help coordinate the the leader and grant/deny any requests from anyone and they are to take over in case the leader crashed or had to leave or is currently busy or dead in a last stand. There should always be a Co-Leader to make sure that there is always someone to lead the men if the current leader is dead, unavailable or had to go. Neutral Your application has definitely improved compared to your first one, however some things lore wise for example you explaining what C24 is in the HL universe was a bit rough and I don't think you really knew about it. Obviously Heinrich has explained that above me but a lot of your answers were very good. You are also a high ranked on SWRP and I have not had any bad encounter with you at all Good luck

However as a person you show promise as you are competent and very friendly which is always good and like Silent has said you are a high rank on Star Wars RP but your application was rough around the edges. +1 I like the application, however there are a few things in minor detail. Fusion has explained to me about his situation with dyslexia and there are obviously a few minor spelling mistakes. Fusion Has previous experience as staff on other servers which makes him a great candidate for staff. I believe he should be trusted with power like this as he has also reached multiple high ranks in SWRP which shows dedication and hard work to the server and community. Overall I believe the positives outweigh the negatives.

I’d just like to clarify that I am going to stay if I do get it as it would be pointless to work on this application for a while and just leave cause of HLRP. Personally I do not think balancing the hours on both HLRP and Star Wars RP is that hard, seeming as many people from NRP are active on SWRP and NRP as somewhat high ranks

+1 From my personal experience with Meep, he has been extremely nice to me and when I joined GC he took me under his wing and helped me throughout the regiment. I think he can uphold the responsibility of Event Planner as of his effort and dedication to GC on a whole seeming as he has a high rank there as a Colonel.
