Being and EP on NRP shows you have experience and getting to SEP shows the commitment you have so that’s good. The plan is good with good detail and I like it when people give orders to each regiment. 10 ECs might be too many but if the player count is looking good then by all means have 10.
The reason I put neutral is only due to the past and that you used to be a minge and not that good in general.
However, look at where I am now lol so yeah mainly +1. Best of luck

Hello Kraz, 
Lets have a look at your staff application. You have some very detailed answers throughout your whole application, you are very experienced IC wise and OOC wise by getting multiple Commissioned Officer ranks such as Gestapo CO, FG CO, 1.SS CO and even reaching SD.
You also have climbed to high ranks in staff and did very memorable things as an event planner such as helping out with the Eastern Front event.
My experience with you has been great, you were friendly and approachable but in terms of discipline with men you were strict, firm and strong when needed. You were a great role model towards the lower ranks in the Wehrmacht when you were in the FG.
I personally think this is a huge +1 from me.

For the past 7 months we have been playing the server together, joining the NSDAP and the Army etc. I have always wanted you to apply for Staff on WW2 and i am happy that you finally did. The application is well written and detailed and shows that you have an understanding of how to Staff a server. I know from talking to you that you know how ULX and other things work, I often come to you for problems regarding my Garrys Mod or my Pac3 and you always help me out which is a great skill to have whilst being a member of Staff.
You are a well known member in the community, known across Star Wars, Half Life and WW2 for all sorts of things. You have reached high ranks multiple times in SWRP and you have reached high officer ranks within WW2 in the NSDAP and the Heer.
Overall this is a huge +1 from me, Good Luck with the application process.
