How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I use ts every time I am on the server, and the discord as well and I check the forums regularly

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: warn them for RDM however if it is multiple i believe MRDM Is a ban

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: NO Cadets but i assum with
the new updates u would ask an ST NCO+ To train the rookie.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: accidents happen
id just tell them to be careful next time.

 

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:  this isnt a staff issue so it would be an in game punishment like a telling off.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: depending on the scenario it  would either be a fail rp warn and tell them not to do it again or if it wasnt fail rp i would ask someone about editing the server rules to add a new rule in if it is a very specific instance.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: tell them to calm down but if they keep arguing i would warn them 
for DTS.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):  to start things off i am in ST Which is a regiment that helps new folks and i enjoy doing that, if i had the opportunity to become staff i believe i would enjoy it as much as ST as i enjoy helping people. i have played on Clone wars RP Since 2020 and have seen a lot of thing staff related so i would be able to understand what to do in different Staff related Scenarios. i may not have any staffing experience however i am Egar to learn and i am a quick learner. i would consider myself to be a quite active member on this server so my activity will not be a problem. i feel like having another staff member in ST would help a lot due to the fact that ST Have quite a lot of new members and a lot of them need help with stuff and other well need punished and if i am staff i can help guide them from right to wrong and hand out any punishments if necessary. My in character role as STVC Means i should set an example for all the other STs, as i do I don't mess around whilst on the job and i wouldn't mess around on the staff job if i got chosen either as i know the severity of the situation. i am also not biased at all, there for if someone has broken the rules regardless if they are a friend or not i will have to take action. 
 if i had the chance to staff on this server i feel like it would be a great oppertunity for me and i would take the role of staff seriously and do everything by the book.  

Edit Note: I Had Gotten Permission from a member of SMT To edit this application due to me not having the required minimum playtime and i missed a few things out, i now have the required playtime and i added in a few things which i needed to add.
