+1 Morty was a solid candidate on clone wars RP when he applied, the only reason I denied him as he seems to lack commitement under regiments. If morty can gain a rank on Imperial and hold it, I see no reason for him to be denied, he is mature and also has some great ideas and plans, which he has presented above. Morty also has held ranks like EXO in DU for a short period of time, and seems to enjoy the ranking up proccess of the server. Good luck morty
