+1 , DU has more unique models than 442nd ( where the models are a recolour of 212th models ) This wont be more by simply renaming the regiment and changing the models, like when the majority of 91st wanted to become GC. Of course change this if majority of 442nd want it

IC it does not even make sense they are not wearing any armour at all. Will make them a lot less tanky and hopefully now they will not be able to go 70 kills with 1 death in future events. This can be done by removing the option of them to buy shields from the vendor, or if you are unable to do that just enforce it as a rule and have staff punish any wookie who buys shields. P.S. Do they really need a GH?

The examples you used CT and RRD are not your typical regiments. CT is not a 35 regiments but a 1000+ regiment as each day they get new troopers, so having SOs helping hierarchy to demote the minges or to promote some good ETs ( useful as when you promote someone after their first event then the chance that they choose to stay on the server and play more increased by a lot. also I do not know if they actually can promote ETs ) . RRD has a very different structure from your typical regiment and also has other troopers in all regiments that they need to keep track of. Nevertheless, as the rest people said you as hierarchy can give SOs some more responsibilities if you trust them just like the others said, like promoting people with or without your permission ( just ping you in discord and say yo can i promote this ET? ), being able to give medals ( medals are entirely up to the regiment and are not regulated by someone else so its up to hierarchy who can do what about them ) or even maintaining the regiment's unofficial spreadsheet if you have one. Other responsibilities like doing activity and performance should be done by hierarchy as it should not take you more than 20 mins per day and anw you are the only ones that have access in the official spreadsheet. Also, NCO - CO - SO trainings should be done by hierarchy to keep it more regulated.

Maybe a better fix would be to reduce the resistance of the shield, if you can do that

So, this tool will be very tedious to work with if you have to give weapons to lots of people since you need to manually add and remove each one of them, so it might not even work for SIMs ( unlimited lives will be possible ) unless a staff or an EP ( for event) put a ton of time on it. Also if the event will be a planetary then it will end up delaying the event as the EP will have to set that as well. But I have an idea where it can be useful which can help with EPs getting ECs. Currently EPs are logging in how many events each EC has participated and is used to give out the EC participation medal ( chocolate medal). We can improve on this plan by doing this: Each Event participation is worth 1 Event Gun Coin An EC can "buy" with his Event Gun Coins a weapon that is not in the ECs normal loadout. The EC will be able to use that weapon during the whole event using this tool. Example of weapons that ECs can buy are: CIS shotgun, RTC, Flamethrower ( might be a bit too op, so it should be expensive), GHs, etc. This will give another reason to go EC and rewarding the ECs that play many events and step up to be ECs when no one else does.

I would prefer Navas suggested map to be added because Space's map Main Base is overcrowded with trees at the point which it does not look good (see image below), but Navas suggested map just has grass textures inside MB. Also, Navas suggested map has some optimizations made to it as well.
