The discussion literally has nothing to do with anything but the hierarchy of the regiment, the part you claim that disproved Barry's point was one NCO who only had 4 kills even though the discussion is about hierarchy not anyone else. Your other point was that Rez is good at combat, This may be true or not but being good at combat doesnt provide you with ≥24 kills, its quite clearly because of the equipment he has.

As loaf said, Jendo summed is all up very well, however
in my opinion the roleplay was broken prior to Zab revealing his presence when there were people in an in character scenario shouting out that there was someone in no-clip, even if Zab were to have not said that he was there the roleplay would have already been ruined by said people who at the time were currently roleplaying to then shout that theres an invisible man floating in the room.
Other than that though i completely agree with every other point you made
- he shouldnt have been there
- and he violated the staffing rules
(edit: spoke to Jendo on discord and he made me come to the realisation that the RP was broken before even the RRD was shouting it as it was ruined when they thought he was watching over them, if they didnt realise he may have been watching over them then the RP may have gone differently.)

You have a low playtime and haven't had much experience in a higher responsibility rank, go for something like the others said ARC/Hierarchy and prove yourself.
Try add as much detail into your answers aswell.
Age is meh, some people may find it difficult to listen to but it shouldn't restrict you so long as you are mature enough.

-I think you´re a bit new for the server but the high playtime for the amount of time you´ve been on the server shows that you´re active. 
-I don´t think his age is an issue due to people being concerned about the fact that I was a girl and I was going to  get harrased which hasn´t happened in any major way. I also don´t think CTs care if they´re getting banned by a 18 year old guy, a girl or a 13 year old boy. You´ll get comments but it isn´t major. 
-He´s a good guy but I don´t know how well he would do if a CT started arguing due to the fact that it seems like he has a short temper but if you get in, good luck mate. I wish for the best.

Just try going for something in the server such as Hierarchy, ARC, Battalion anything along the lines of that to show how mature u are with your young age. You're a good lad but just need to dedicate yourself towards something to show that you are willing to stay and that you are mature enough to hold that position.
You are also pretty new to the server but still have good playtime for how long you have been here, just get used to the rules of the server and get your playtime up.

Good lad, considering you joined on the 10th of January you have decent playtime already. I would suggest Either going for ARC or getting temp in hierarchy so it shows you how mature you are, if you've already had it then all the more better to be honest. Age is also a bit of an issue but not that big of a deal, also some good answers to some of the questions the last question you could have read a bit more carefully as in the scenario you've already dealt the punishment. In short what you're doing is good i'd just keep the server image of you positive and keep getting more playtime. Good luck!
