Pirates? In my SCP? Unlikely but hey, gotta happen. Since there's no template I guess  just gotta improvise, huh.
 
"From the void we come
From the void we go."
Pirates show up in from a predetermined point, marked by a large black pool of water. The goal of the pirates is to make as much profit as possible within a selected timespan, with dfferent alternatives happening if a sufficient quota is fulfilled. The ways of making money could vary, from extortion to outright raiding, with SCP files and SCP data being a priority.

After a sufficient quota has been reached within a selected timespan. The pirates meet up at the pool of water and drop all their earned treasure into it, while reciting shanties or something similar. The Pirate King rises from the pool, attempting to lead the pirates into the most profitable raid in their cycle-time; The Foundation. The Pirate King is alot stronger than the ordinary everyday pirates, guarded by a relic that can only be deactivated by hearing a specific sea shanty, one which can and should be discovered by the Foundation or a Group of Interest. It should be noted that the Pirates will only conduct a raid upon the Foundation once, after gathering SCP files and whatnot.

After the raid on the Foundation, the pirates linger around, doing whatever they wish until the Pirate King call them back to the pool of black water. After all the pirates and the Pirate King has reached the black pool of water, they will sink into it and leave a random item SCP for the rest to fight over.
 
 
It should be noted that the entirety of the second phase can be avoided if the quota is not fulfilled, skipping straight to the third phase.

A general overview of the event:  The Esoteric Order of the Red Grail. Regarded as madmen to some, saviors to other. The Esoteric Order of the Red Grail often indulges in cult-like behavior, including but is not limited to; induction rituals, ritualistic sacrifice, prayers and fasting as well as multiple others. The ESORG, henceforth referred to as GOI#0521 has been confirmed to use anomalous entities or individuals in their rituals. Many similarities of GOI#0521 has been found to Proto-Sarkic cults, although no connection has been made and all supposed links are purely speculation. GOI#0521 has proven to be extremely hostile to any other cult-like Groups of Interest and has been observed to attack them without mercy, often using the prisoners for ritualistic killings or consumption.
How long will you expect the event to last?: Greatly depends on how long the playerbase can actually roleplay without going chaotic, I would say about 3-6 hours.
How many members of staff will need to be involved?:  Depends on how many want to be involved, as described in the Step-by-step most of the members are intended to be the playerbase.
Will any SCP's need to be breached?: While it isn't planned, it should be anticipated that atleast one SCP gets breached.
What weapons, NPC's or abilities will be used?:  The ESORG will be armed with simple weaponry(such as knives and pistols), and the High Priest equipped with a Damascus sword.
Step by step process describing what will happen at each stage of the event: 
Step 1. Initiation
The ESORG will arrive, make their presence known then will hold preaches and attempt to induct players into the cult. To successfully be inducted into the cult, a player must complete an objective which varies based on the job of the player. An objective could be anything, from breaching an SCP to picking up the litter near the club. After that is done, the player will be marked with a specific symbol via PAC, allowing easy identification of cultists and non-cultists. After the High Priest and the original members decide that enough players have been converted to the cult, they will advance to Step 2.
 
Step 2. Frenzy
The ESORG will attempt to pull down and cause havoc across the sea, fueled by a maddened desire to capture. The ESORG members will run rampant with the converted players, hacking and capturing all unfortunate targets in their path. The ESORG will attempt to raid any base they come across, taking a tour around the city eventually ending at the base, where they will put all unfortunate victims up on an altar and promptly make the converted devour them one by one. The converted players should get a playermodel change to signify how the atrocious acts have pleased the Red Grail, and has rewarded them with a better physique(Note: No extra HP will be given). Whereafter Step 3 will take into effect.
 
Step 3. Summoning, worship and the last alternative.
All the converted players will be targeted with capturing anomalies entites, people and objects. Eventually rounding them up at the altar whereafter the High Priest will consume them(Britannia SWEP?) and promptly transform into a large monstrous beast of immense power. This creature will be worshipped by all in the ESORG, eventually devouring all the original Members of the cult. The converted players get set loose to wreck havoc before the Foundation deploys a nuke to destroy the beast, only succeeding in repelling it, leaving a red 016 anomaly in its place.
What RP groups (if any) will be used during the event?: Any and all RP groups are allowed and ENCOURAGED to join or hinder the ESORG.
Will any SWEPs such as C4 need to be used?: Britannian SWEP(forgot the name of it tbh), Damascus Sword and possible Conversion SWEP?

I'll be using pac3 for most things detail wise, and will rely on mine and others words to create a story. I'll be using weapons appropiate for my character, such as old-fashioned fists and the good old thompson. I've created a TCS character simply because of my liking towards the group itself, the fashion that comes with the characters and theme, and roleplay that comes with it. 
As stated in the (rp) document, friends will mostly consist of other criminals and MC&D, whilst enemies will be government organisations like the local police department and UIU.

You were given a second chance and threw it away. Maybe next time think about your actions before you actually do them.

I'd heavily recommend against unbanning Willrick.
Even before Ash had resigned, Willrick had a lot of influence due to his RP Group positions and longevity on the server and would more or less outright bully staff members into either letting him off punishments easily, not punishing him for rulebreaks, or making them side with him in sits. You can see this by accessing the old forums and checking the massive threads he'd make regarding warns/bans where his friends would immediately back him up and insult the staff member who didn't side with him.
This would eventually lead to staff members simply not ever punishing Willrick in fear of backlash, meaning he had free reign to do what he pleased and be toxic to whoever he wanted. This was further worsened by Willrick managing Beta-1 and (Quite literally) turning it into a group of (Literal) Nazis (Check the google docs he made with literal Nazi symbols on it) who now had the power to pretty much remove whoever they wanted from in RP positions.
Around this time group Discords were being shut down due to them being toxic drama hubs. Willrick, of course, decided to ignore this and set up his own group Discord in secret despite being told he'd be banned if he did so. He got banned as a result. He then wrote some unban appeal that I didn't read involving him equating being banned from an SCP RP server to Poland being invaded during WW2.
He then decided to start player pulling for a startup community that failed to have any sort of impact.
 
I'd recommend unbanning Puggo over Willrick, as Puggo is going to do something braindead within a week of getting unbanned and get re permad anyway. Willrick will just slowly worm his way back into positions of influence and start undermiming Staff and bullying players he doesn't like off the server again.
