Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): The reason I believe I deserve staff on SWRP than others is because I know that as staff you must do a good job of helping maintain a server and making it fun for the players and I know that as a staff you must be 100% not biased on any nonrp situations no matter who it involves. I have been staff on servers before and I have read through the rules thoroughly and understand each of the rules, and I know that I can help other people in the server if they do not understand the rules and I can balance between school and staff very easily and I can be on almost everyday and if I ever can't be I will let the staff team know. It would also be beneficial because I would be a staff member in a separate time zone and could monitor people's actions on the server later at night than others. I would communicate with the players and the other staff members to help make the server better, I would also spend a lot of time on the server and make sure that the players enjoy it. I will also treat everyone as an equal, not as an inferior just because I have staff. I will not abuse my power as a staff member and I will respect everyone on the server. I will give the server as staff the best I can so I can further help the server grow and prosper. Newer players I will teach them if they need help and of course enforce the rules. I will also give people punishments no matter who they are or what rank they are on the server. I think that I should join the staff team so that I can help make Werewolf Gaming SWRP Garry's Mod server grow and prosper for ages.
