This believes me to think you are talking about a completely different situation. Which is why I think you made an unban request.
Let me start by saying when you asked to see the video as well I immediately asked the user to upload it and he did not reply (but when I sent him a message again earlier today he did reply) so that is why you have not seen the video yet. However not seeing the video yourself does not mean the ban is invalid. (Me asking him: http://prntscr.com/t2cj07)
I'll explain what is seen on the video though.
A red car was turning towards the court house/MOI.  1 OrPo member that was guarding the PD tried to stop the vehicle as he was instructed, he was not close enough to use his voice to issue commands so he opened fire to try to pop the tire You were standing behind the PD wall and when the OrPo member started shooting the vehicle you countered the OrPo member The 2 men in the vehicle were not part of the same anti reich group as you, you did not have an IC connection with them and therefore you had no reason to counter the OrPo member as he was shooting at the vehicle. To better illustrate here is a drawing (http://prntscr.com/t2cle9) on which you are the black square, the orpo member is the red circle and the blue square is the vehicle.
In your version of events you say
The car was turning towards gas station That you were walking in town square  In the video I saw this is not what happened so I assume this is something that might have happened before or after.
"I got 2 warns for basically the same reason", no you got one warn for countering without a valid reason, and one warn for the RDM.

ARDM means "Attempted Random Deathmatch". The Staff member who banned you will be replying to this topic as soon as possible to write down his side of the story until then all you can do is patiently wait! Continuously replying on your topic will not help your case please be patient.

Doesn't really matter that much but you do not need to be an NCO to get interviewed for FG. (Obergefreiter+)
I would recommend always giving the person a Tier 1 warning. (Unless the player has <1h playtime)
I don't know where you got the "stop asking for a rank"? Little confused about that since the scenario does not mention it. As for the rest of your answer, I do not know why would only warn or ban the person if he was an EM. If the person was an NCO+, he should get warned as well as they are the more experienced players. 

Now, as to you being fit for staff; I do not think you are suitable for to be staff, you have previously been blacklisted from the Wehrmacht for "causing drama" according to the sheet. You also have acted extremely immaturely, which is obviously because of your age. Furthermore, your application is full of grammatical mistakes. As someone who has spoken to you on TeamSpeak, I know this is not only in your written English. I think your level of English proficiency is not sufficient. I just do not think you spent too much time writing your application or have put that much effort in to it.

You were banned on January 30, 2020 by Syn (Co-Founder).
So unless he is going to reply himself giving you another change it is unlikely you will get un-banned. Syn himself holds a very high standard when it comes to the role playing aspect of our server so if he permanently banned you for minging I suppose there was something else going on (more than you mentioned).

I'm just going to start by saying +1 I have not interacted with you a lot in-game only occasionally in NSDAP. A couple things have been said already by other staff members but I would like to add;
I see people mentioning that you are young, which is indeed true but you have acted mature during all our interactions.
All in all a well written application, just one thing I noticed was for the prop spam I would always immediately kick the player and then ban him to not have it impact the server since players who are actually prop spamming (spawning as many props as possible in the littlest amount of time) have no intent of listening to you in a sit 9 out of 10 times.

I saw a group of FePo who I thought was minging with a citizen while I was standing at the PD and you and the FePo were at slums. I went in no-clip and flew over to the slums, only to find FePo gunpointing you and telling you to show your ID several times. They then surrounded you in a prisoner diamond formation and you were told yet again to show ID. 
You then indeed like you said yourself jumped out of the prisoner diamond on the ledge of the building in slums and proceeded to walk away. I did immediately pick you up as you were asked several times already to show your ID.
When I put you down on the RS roof you stated you didn't ignore gunpoint "because I was messing around with them I'm on TeamSpeak with them". Just because they are your friends and you are on TeamSpeak with them it does not mean that you have a reason to break the rules. 
Therefore it will be a -1 from myself.

The tip jar currently is a huge jar that is constantly spinning, I would like to suggest for it to be changed to a box (example) much like a money lock box that people use at a market. I would also like to suggest to have it stop spinning and instead of having the text floating above the box it would be nice if it is on the actual box.
Reasons for this suggestion:
Because the spinning big jar doesn't look very realistic and is hard to get in certain places

Hello, I was the staff member that banned you and I would like to start with quoting some parts on your appeal. Below you will read my version of what happened.
There was an Ordnungspolizei patrol that stopped to move the ammo box of the streets (this is an IC area unlike spawn). You then walked up to the OrPo and snatched the ammo box away right in front of them, and walked into spawn. As soon as you picked it up you were carrying rounds of ammo and OrPo was going to deal with this IC but you ran into spawn. So for some reason you omitted the fact there was 4 OrPo standing around the box when you picked it up and ran into spawn. Oh and not to forget (the reason you were given the DTP warn) as soon as you walked into spawn you said "Haha you fucking retard out of character".
When I teleported you the first thing you said was "Oh please don't ban me" which to me implied you knew what you had did wrong, I then asked if you knew why I teleported you there. You kept begging me not to ban you and kept moving around you then also said (while looking at the RS roof door) can I check what that door leads too and kept walking away from me. I then told you to stop walking away and froze you. You then proceeded by asking me not to ban you and tried bribing me by dropping your money to which I replied that I wasn't interest in your money. You then instantly made a admin sit saying I was STEALING YOUR MONEY!
So then now my version of what happened:
A sit was made by another user against you, video evidence was showed to me via discord screen share. The evidence showed you ignoring GP commands and then shooting the OrPo members chasing you but it also showed the whole ammo box ordeal which I then acted upon as well. I teleported you to the RS roof, confronted you with the information. You then started saying how you were in spawn when picking up the box (which you weren't) so I verbally warned you that you would get a warn for Lying to staff Then you continued by saying you didn't ignore gunpoint (which again, you did) and a You kept walking off and asked if you could see where "that door" (rs roof door) leads. I froze you and warned you verbally not to run away from the sit. You still moved so I froze you just in case you tried running. You then dropped money and said here take all my money now I have no money left please don't ban me. Basically trying to bribe me. I said I was not interested and was about to ban you (Just for the FailRP/RDM)  You then said now I have no money can I please have it so I realized I would let you pick it up so I was in the process of closing the xban dialog which is when you started making a sits saying I was stealing your money. Which is not only again, lying to staff. I then unfreeze you, you pick up your money, I continue with the ban and you run off AGAIN and you jump off the RS roof and start attacking the French Embassy (event) which had the whole 1.SS in front of it. So you ran away from the sit and attempted to commit mass RDM.  After those events I decided to change your ban to a NITRP seeing your behaviour that led up to your ban and also what you did during, and after the sit.

Hi there, we had a surrender SWEP for a week on NRP and it was causing numerous bugs. (Being stuck in the animation, players not being able to get demoted, and the player model just completely getting messed up)
I know I'm not on SCP but I can say the SWEPs can get buggy so if they do at this for you guys I hope it's not the same one 🙂

I'm pretty sure there is a perfectly fine tool on the workshop that just puts your hands up In the air and that's it no clicking no fancy stuff just plain ol' equip and thats it, but I do understand your point on the bugginees but then again nothing is perfect (also I dont know what the tool is called on the workshop all I know is that it's used on a DarkRP server in america somewhere)
