+1 I would probably have put this at a neutral and I can understand why others are hesitant to let you back as you have reached max warns which isn't easy to do, and many of these warns weren't exactly great. However, Not only have you waited 2 years, but this is also your second unban appeal, your last one was after just over a year of being banned, now you've made another. You seem genuinely interested in coming back so Id say letting you back on a 1 strike basis is an option that should be considered as some have been banned for the same reason and have been unbanned, so I believe you also deserve a chance.

+1 As a person, Gorilla is very friendly and would fit in well with the staff team. Gorilla is a very competent person and I don't believe he would have any struggles in the staff team, given his previous experience with ULX Aswell The Application is self is well written and good points are made throughout, Gorilla has good strengths that compliment the staff team. The questions are answered to a very high standard showing his understanding of the role of a staff member. On the server, Gorilla is highly active, shown by both his playtime on the server Aswell as the rank that he holds. His rank is very trust worthy Aswell as his previous ranks show that he is consistent with his performance and that he is trusted. Previous ULX experience is always useful when joining the staff team, it will mean Gorilla already has a very good understanding of what he can do and how to do it. List of all previous server staff experience: I was event planner for around 11 months, resigned without any strikes or demotions in october of 2022 Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Of course Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: To start, I would teleport to the individual accused and check if this was continuing, if it was, I would teleport the player away from the area, into a staff Sit and explain what they did wrong. I would then check logs to see how many people were killed and that would inform me on how to punish them. If when I teleport to the individual they are not currently killing clones, the only thing I would do differently is I would check logs before I teleport the player, to ensure that it wasn't a false accusation, or the person was mistaken. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would start by informing the cadet that I will get them a trainer ASAP. To start I would contact battalion to send someone IC. If this does not work, then I will ask in OOC if anyone is willing to train the cadet. If no one takes this offer, I would teleport someone at the rank of NCO ( or lowest above rank if no NCO are present ) and inform them that they will need to train this cadet. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: This situation can be handled in character as it was an accident, however if this becomes a regular occurrence for this person, I would speak to them to find out why it is happening so much. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: As a staff member, I would not act upon this as it is an IC situation, not OOC. If I was on my IC job, I would give the CT a reminder to salute all those 2nd LT and above, as a friendly reminder. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: In this situation, I would state to the individual that they should read the rules properly, as under the FailRP section, it states 1.5.1 Not all situations can be listed and it is down to using common sense and for non-listed situations, it is down to staff members to decide. If the individual still wished to argue their warning, I would direct them to the forums to argue their case, as the staff member who gave the warning, I would feel it important for me to then reply to this request on the forums with why I gave the warning. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would start by saying that if they feel I have unjustly warned, banned, or punished them, they can go to the forums to make an Unwarn/Unban request. Aswell as this, I have shown my maturity throughout the course of being an Event Planner for almost 11 months also showing my reliability also, this would not differ if i was chosen for the staff team. As a previous event planner, I know the server rules well and have had to refer to them multiple times to ensure that I was correctly punishing someone. I have had a high amount of staff experience by playing late at night when no staff were online, where I had to deal with claims and issues often. I believe this puts me above other applicants as I have shown my ability to deal with these situations in a professional manner and i believe i still hold this professional manner. My activity is also a strong suit, I regularly play throughout different times of the day, putting me above other applicants as I would be able to get on when others cannot and ensure that rules are always followed and that the server runs smoothly. +1 People have had 30 warns and been unbanned in a shorter time, those warns were also over the span of almost 4 years. Yes using Alt's to bypass isn't a good look, but it was a year ago. The guy has gone through the effort of creating an account and post to be unbanned, doesn't really seem like its worth all the effort to fuck around, seems to want to come back and actually RP. He also isn't trying to argue the ban in any way and has waited for another chance. Worst thing that can happen is the guy gets unbanned on a 1 warn basis, he fucks around, and hes re-banned. -1 Nevermind, I read the replies after i typed that..... If you had made the unban request before using an Alt recently, I could have seen you being unbanned. But now I don't see anything happening soon

Upon taking it back to their camp, they discover what they believe to be evidence of the supreme chancellor playing both sides of the war. The Supreme Chancellor has ordered the Execution of the local Village, branding them as “terrorists”, The Order Is direct and must be followed to the point, Kill them all. Special Forces will have the task of retrieving this data and returning it to the Chancellor Event Announcement for your story: The supreme chancellor has summoned you! Follow his orders, no matter the cost. Destroy the local “terrorists” and strike victory for the republic once again! The civilians will eventually move to take the Republic Outpost, where the Special Forces will then break off and enter a locked building, in this locked building there will be a lot of technical EQ, and a hidden disk, this disk will need to be found on site and returned to the chancellor in one piece, it will also require SF to stop an upload of the data by hacking into a terminal to shut it down. The republic will remove the civilians from the RO, taking no prisoners, giving no mercy. Upon returning the data to the chancellor, SF will have a “private moment” will the chancellor, as the event has come to a close / is nearing a close. Event Character outline and execution: All EC’s will be dropped at the Scav camp with a tank, one AA turret and some basic walls to defend, they will await the republic's arrival to which THE REPUBLIC WILL BE THE FIRST TO OPEN FIRE. In retaliation, realising what the republic wants, the civilians will protect the stolen “data”. They will eventually move to take the Republic Outpost, where the Special Forces will then break off. To be able to read the book, souls must be given, as these souls are given, the pages will begin to gain ink, allowing the Sith Apprentice to Read and Complete the ritual. The Sith will fight the Jedi, and attempt to re-gain his masters approval. Once all pages are complete, the Sith will have a form of "force bubble" around him, preventing jedi from stopping the summoning of the sith Lord! Upon doing so, the apprentice will become injured due to the power of the ritual, and the Sith Lord that has been summoned will attempt to abandon him. This will lead to the Sith Apprentice wanting to atone, whilst he cannot join the order as of his sins, the Order may Purify him before he is sent to prison. Sages will need to act quickly to save the man ( Masters/HC if no sages ). The other Jedi must then focus on defeating the sith, if this is managed, the Book that performed the rituals will be dropped. Masters can then allow ( if they would like ) the different respective paths to take research onto the book, to find out its connection with the force. The apprentice will be purified ( as long as sages save him ) and he will be imprisoned. During this time of passive RP, a second EC ( Sith Lord ) will be fighting Jedi, having a high powered Saber to do this. He will fight and attempt to escape, leaving his apprentice behind. If he can escape, then he is free. However, if he is killed, the book will fall in his place. Anything else?: W-G E-Planner I also think its important to mention, whilst i am not a "Jedi Main" nor do i currently have a Jedi Rank, I believe my creativity and effort would be enough to counter these points. I feel with jedi events there is alot more freedom for creativity which is what i enjoy and what i am good at. I would also be happy to assist EP's with clone events where needed, i would just prefer my focus to be with Jedi and improving the quality of their events.
