-1 I was one of the 501st at the sim room so i saw the prop kill on a 501st LCPL and you then leave. Your original ban was completely justified. The perma ban was obviously for an alt account which you claim is not yours, however, considering the account was made so close to the ban it is awfully coincidental. You buying alt accounts for things such as rust leads me to believe you would be happy enough to buy one to try and bypass the ban. If you really want to be unbanned, as vengeance said, wait a few months and re-appeal as right now your ban is very recent.

+1 Dommo can be trusted, he is a good guy, and i know this app means alot to him. He is friendly to most people on the server and gets along with anyone. He is also someone i can count on to punish people when i cant (within 501st). Dommo can take a joke and can deal with idiots very well. He is a good pick for staff.

Neutral I think you would do well as staff however, you were just put on pending for EP. Maybe give EP a shot first and then try for staff.

I have lost 50hp out of my 950 bringing me down to 900. I can only get stimmed to 1260 instead of 1330. For any normal person this may seem insignificant, however, for someone of my skill, and even with the having 950 managing to go 2-12 in an event, it makes a big difference! I have brought this up with Lewis!! But the hale storm will not allow my HP to be back to the way it was! I miss my wonderful HP, please +1 so i can kill more EC's and be awesome like usual. Nah but on a serious note can i get my hp back. Kinda ruins the point of being 501st if i dont get the bonus HP.

Right, so for starters, there is no form of admin abuse here. Hike did what any staff would do, delete your ship, take you away from others, and warn you for fail RP. The aircraft you entered was possibly one of the smallest on the server, there were two dropships right next to the ship you entered with people shouting "Get in" I agree with you that maybe hike could have been nicer about it when he took you into a sit. However you need to understand that staff have to deal with a lot of idiots who try and steal ships so it does annoy staff after a while. I was about to say that I could see you getting the warn removed as you didn't actually take off however, this is no way to go about getting un warned.

-1 In the first place, you shouldn't shoot someone to see if they are there, simply ask in chat or talk to them. Anyway In my TeamSpeak channel at the time, 2 people said they had just been shot, I opened the logs and one I could not see due to him having shields, the other, you had shot a few times. This was inside of the spectator box, I was about to say something myself until Hike dealt with you instead. I can only assume that when hike looked into the logs he found you had shot more than just the two that I knew of and he banned you for this. The event area wasn't empty, this was at the time when we were swapping from cutscene 3-4, no one was teleported however it was said multiple times for people to walk to the other side to see the next scene. During this time, it was also placed in chat, with a bind that most staff have, for people to "make a claim using the @ symbol if you need an admins help" Good Luck - Nox

+1 This may sound stupid, but hear me out. Archer has spent the last 2 years in CE, in doing so, he has created countless documents for not only CE, but Medics. He is extremely dedicated when he wants to be. Archer overall is a good guy. He is a competent leader and knows how to properly strategies. His activity is through the roof and his effort is always 100%. His brother is part of batt Command so it would be easy for him to ask any questions and get help, plus he has past experience as batt. Well we all know what happened last time in Batt...lets just say it wasn't very good. However, I'm going to use jack as an example here. He was perma banned now look at him, Rear Admiral. If his faults from the past can be forgiven and jack can be trusted with a rank, why cant archer. Archer can be "hot headed" and can have strong opinions, but there have been plenty of good batt with these qualities too. Archer has wanted to leave CE for a while now, this is the perfect opportunity for him, I think he should be given a chance to prove he knows what he is doing and you can go from there. Everyone knows archer, so people would feel comfortable following his lead. I really hope this isn't denied based on any personal opinions or his past experience in batt, as I have just proved both of these points to be wrong. Best of luck archer, - Nox

+1 I asked for this the day the map was added. Reason it wasn't added then was because none of us could figure out the correct command for it. If the command can be figured out then i don't see any reason to not add this. It saves cluttered cells and makes it easier on staff to see who LTARPed as they won't all be bunched together. Plus them being in 1 cell makes them more mingey so it doesn't ever help.

-1 High rank in 104th. To start with, playtime is awfully low and doesn't reach the requirement. The event itself is very dull and the same as most other events. Jedi event is very samey as the usual jedi event. More time is needed to plan out the event as a whole. Also haven't put amount of EC's. Best of luck pennington, Nox

-1 The Clone event looks very unique. You have the creativity for EP. However, your previous time in EP didn't go so well, yes i believe in second chances, but i don't think it has been long enough just yet. This event looks very difficult to reach the 35 Minute time for an event. I believe something that assisted you in getting EP last time was the Order 66 Trailer, however this time you don't have that to support you as much. Jedi event seems as boite said "stabby stab" and over in a few minutes. Event also seems really boring for the EC's having to wait for so little reward. Best of luck Ownzar, Nox

-1 The playtime isn't met. Age isn't met. The event itself has little-no effort put in at all. Its a basic base attack, no dupe, no cool story. There is also no Jedi Event. Havent told us how many EC's unless you want 2000 but i assume thats the HP. There are many more responsibilities to an EP than just the two you listed. Best of luck Pumpkin, Nox

Neutral / - 1 You are a very active member of 501st and have been doing well. You've used a unique map which helps with the creativity. The event itself is decent, the EC's seem very balanced. The event is very creative. I like the idea of the beast in the jedi event, very unique and cool. However, I have a few issues. The first is if you are going to show us a dupe, don't make it a bunch of dupes you have in a folder added together, yes you made the camp however, that doesn't take too much effort if you have a physgun. Make dupes unique! Second, the event itself is a bit all over the place, to me i don't see why the banking clan's rogue members would meet with battalion and not just take the area when the republic aren't there, plus i don't know how big the coup is within the banking clan but them being able to take out the republics supplies would take a lot of effort. . As well as this, the jedi event feels like one of those jedi events that are there because they have to be, try to incorporate the jedi event into the clone event, it helps alot. +1 This is a nice event plan. Its simple but effective. The jedi plan has a really nice story to start off. You are both a Clone COL and a Jedi Knight meaning you have played a lot of events on both sides so will understand what makes a good and bad event. Your EC's seem balanced with a nice amount of HP. You are also very active in 104th from what i hear. I think you would make a creative EP which is always good. Plus this is your second app which shows your dedication to EP. I cannot comment on you as a person as i dont know you very well. (this is my fault as i dont leave my own channel) I have very little issues, none are major, with the event plan, however, one of them is that the jedi event, whilst it has a cool story, it turns into another "Sith Kill Jedi". Maybe add a small amount of passive other than the mocking and leading to the caves to really add to the story. Finally, possibly showing a dupe would have been the cherry on top for this event plan. In all seriousness, most has been stated before me, however, every time you are arrested you complain, whether its in OOC, General chat or in claims, people get sick of it and it's just boring. Maybe take this time to think of some new ideas and become original instead of being a mong.

+1 First off, you are a brilliant guy, reaching ARC COL has shown your dedication and your skill, you go above and beyond with your mins in 501st and just overall do a great job. You are liked amongst people and do a great job at everything you do. This event seems like a load of fun. Loads of effort put into the story (it's pretty fucking awesome) and making an awesome document to go with it. Balancing seems solid and that it will be a nice challenge for the clones. Drawing medics away is very unique, i'm unsure how it will play out, but it sounds fun. This is one of the best apps i've seen in awhile. +1 Where do i begin, first things first you are an awesome guy and would fit in great with the EP team. You have been EC so many times that i can't count. You even do your own weapon testing, if this doesnt show dedication, i don't know what does. Jedi event is top notch, one of the best i've seen in awhile. A nice clone event story to go with it. The event seems to be balanced pretty well as to counter for the low number of Heavys, you have given the commando droids the Z-6. However, if i were you, definitely up the HP of your sith otherwise they will be destroyed, i rarely ever go under 100k HP even with 5 jedi on. Best of luck Vandori - Nox
