Any previous or current staff experience: Yes, surprisingly I used to be staff on several DarkRP serves (I know, cringe.) And one SWRP server. My highest rank was Senior Admin which is the equivalent to Super Admin on the server. Yes, I am quite familiar with ULX commands unless the server has it's custom ones then I would not mind learning those too. 
Why should we pick you?(200 Word Min): Personally. I think the experience that I have staffed on several servers, and my creativity as a whole could be a good addition to the Event Staff team. Since I have first joined the server (2017ish) I have met many great people, made many new friends because of Werwolf Gaming. And that I'm still playing today, means I have quite enjoyed my time in there. Of course, there are negatives to everything but that's normal, nothing is perfect. Since then, I haven't had the thought of becoming any sort of staff till recently. Helping the server out with making new Events, rather than the boring pew-pew ones and shining light on the underrated GOIs on the SCP Page, and bringing those GOIs alive in the server sounds really like a fun idea and interesting idea for me. Not only would the players experience something quite new, but it would bring also new sorts of RP depending on the GOI. Besides the fact, since I am a European player. When the server count is sort of low (20-30 players) I could host a small event so I can entertain the players and not make people just go AFK and leave because it's boring. Something that I and a friend have noticed is when certain GOIs 'flag up' such as UIU and have no purpose on, that just leads to them either flagging off or being AFK. I would personally make a small event around UIU, only UIU so they have some sort of roleplay other than interacting with the skipper or just containing anomalies. Sure, my events won't be as amazing as the other staff team considering I am new to making events but I'm not afraid to take any critique from the players or any guidance so I can improve myself. As much as I hate ego-boosting myself, adding me into the event team would be a good idea considering I do like including everyone if it can in events, helping people out when they're bored, I'm an early player, and join around when the pop is like 20, etc and just overall making people have an entertaining and joyful time on the server. And that the server is its players back up to 70-80, I'd be more than happy to help the Event Team.

RP help/improvement: As before, unlike majority task forces, Vestus-12 is generally more oriented to Research/handling/advising ( similarly to Alpha-9 "Last Hope" ). Especially due the whole Vestus-12 deal, you are generally more inclined to find less "messy" solutions to problems. Generally Vestus-12 requires teamwork with other members of foundation in most cases. This time I decided to give Operative Sight "Resource Advisor" background to give that bonus incentive to work with Site Administration more.

What is MTF E-11?: MTF E-11 or mainly known as "Nine Tailed Fox" are the main Containment units tasked with the containment of any of the Foundations breached Euclid or Keter SCP's. They consist of 9 members and when they do not focus on the containment of SCP's, they do assist in the defense of sites against any Groups of Interests that do end up to start raiding the site. Deployments that they are usually apart of is when their is a mass breach of SCP's within a site that is currently causing chaos and havoc and all of their operations  are overseen by A-1 "Red Right Hand".
What does MTF E-11 do on the server?: There are different roles that fulfill different roles. E-11 Containment are the main embodiment that responds to the breach of an SCP that they are able to contain with their containment cuffs. 096 breaches are usually dealt by containment units as this is an SCP that cannot be terminated so does need to be effectively contained. In short terms, E-11 containment are mainly responding to breaches of SCP's that have the possibility to be contained without there being the option of termination of said SCP. E-11 Specialists are similar to E-11 Containment but mainly specialize in assisting with armed combatants within the site and also the best reaction force in dealing with SCP-035 if this SCP does end up to either breach or controls an armed host within its containment. Their Riot shields allow them to protect units from weapon fire and when dealing with SCP-035, to protect the armed personnel responding to the call for terminating its Host. E-11 Flamer within the "Nine Tailed Fox" can be used effectively in dealing with a multiple spawn SCP that can infect in large numbers, More specifically SCP-008. If used correctly, the Flamer is able to coordinate with Containment units and Specialists in flushing out the infected 008 hosts and swiftly terminating them. 
Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?: I wish to become apart of E-11 because after getting back into the server I have enjoyed my time when being E-11 in itself. The reason it made me enjoy it as no matter what you play as within E-11, there is always something that you can be doing as ever role within E-11 is useful. Furthermore I know I have the capability to be this job as I know the procedures in containing basically every SCP. With that knowledge and my coordination I believe I would be a great person for the role and become a great benefit within the job category.

As you can see Yakuza 0 was truly a masterpiece in game design
