The second clip is only a few seconds of no video and has not been edited more then slightly. Enjoy a tiny bit of terrible singing but this will loop around in the last seconds me going back to the checkpoint for LCZ/HCZ to essentially give the d class my keypad cracker (which was not out) where you can see Jim Slever as now a security guard in very close proximity to the area he was just killed in. It would possibly fit in the theme of the Task Forces where every slot is unwhitelist except the commander slot, *Exception: Nu7 which is full whitelist*

Its a steam64 ID, while garrys mod utilizes a different type of ID the ID he gave is technically a steamID 

-1 | For this reason alone: To do that, the cuffs would have to be either A: Edited to somehow only allow 096 to break them, or B: A different set of cuffs that can be used on 096, reason: The cuffs are used on 173 as well (Cage for him with the cuffs but), the next reason: Abuse. 
Simply: This is going to get abused, you can say it won't be or you can say "just remove the whitelist if its abused" but its still going to get abused, ex: 096 is being transported back, breaks cuffs causing people to look at him, murders them, repeat until whitelist is removed, user is banned, etc. So for those two reason I will be giving it the firm rating of -1.

Explain what Omega-1 is and it’s purpose. - Omega 1 is the Guards of ECM and law upholders for ECM. They follow orders from the onsite ECM enforcing laws, and detaining members that have done anything unethical (Or believed to have done anything unethical) by the onsite ECM. 
What would you do if there’s no Ethics Committee Member on-site? Follow the orders of 05/SD and patrol the Site for anyone violating Foundation laws. 
An O5 member is ordering you to detain an ECM while the ECM is ordering you to stand down. Who do you listen to and why? The ECM as I am most loyal to the ECM as Omega -1 
Why do you believe we should accept you into Omega-1? While I do have prior warnings, I learnt from these mistakes, I learn from my experiences to better myself, this is most obvious in terms of warnings, I work to improve myself and I am always open to trying and exploring other things to do, I believe Omega-1 is a good way to learn further into the server and wish to join so I can improve myself while learning all that Omega-1 has to offer me RP wise.

Form up with Fellow Omega 1 and begin planning the best way to get the 05 Council member, drag in A-1 if needed to inform them WHY we are trying to get the 05, if they cooperate its best, if not then it would be wise to detain them until the 05 Council Member has been succesfully detained. if A-1 cooperates they can assist with the detainment of the 05
