Why do rich people care about making money? The poor, certainly, need to care about doing so. When one's resources are only enough to scrape by, money is all that matters. It is important for the middle class as well. Looking after their spouses, their children; there is a culture of dependence that weights them down. The rich want to make money because they can always become richer. There is always another echelon of wealth to rise above, some degree of opulence that is beyond their grasp. They drive to even further heights, seeking to slake their thirst for coin. They care about making money simply because they can. To do so, the rich exploit people far below them on the social ladder, the poorest of the poor. To the oil magnate, to the harsh dictator, to the kings and queens and lords and ladies, the common people are specks of dirt. To Marshall, Carter and Dark, the rich are unto ants. People, regardless of social standing, are all the same. The poor may spend their savings on worthless yet treasured trinkets, sold by the middle class. The salaryman may splurge on a pretty ring for his wife, the profits of which go into the pockets of a wealthy mining boss. In the same way, the gullible rich will burn millions of dollars on a single impossible object. Everyone is willing to waste their precious, precious money on something out of the ordinary. But value is artificial. The poor spend their pennies on mass-produced china, convinced that it has some worth to it. The rich convince the middle class that diamonds are rare and valuable, despite the stones being retrieved in Africa by the billion. Marshall, Carter and Dark convince the rich that the impossible is invaluable, while any anartist on a street can twist a die into a hypercube. The methodology of such a scheme is quite simple, but the critical step is to gain a market monopoly. If you are the only seller in town, you can set the price at any level you desire, so long as you can drum up demand. In this regard, Marshall, Carter and Dark have the advantage: for hundreds of years, they were the only peddlers of anomalous wares in the world. They had the time to gain the capital, and with that capital they can now outprice even the most competitive upstart. While organisations such as the Foundation, the GOC, and the Horizon Initiative resent the company's existence, they are unable to deal with such an unassailable economic powerhouse. With a glance, Marshall, Carter and Dark could level a city, bankrupt a country; with a single call, they could plunge the planet into a thermonuclear war. Yet, to the eternal relief of all, they are the least volatile players in the anomalous field. After all, if the veil of secrecy were to break, their trinkets would become worthless; their business would crumple and dissolve. While this may cause some to think of Marshall, Carter and Dark as a massive, faceless corporation, their workforce numbers at most in the order of one hundred personnel. Their operations are directed and streamlined, maximising efficiency and minimising cost. Further manpower, if necessary, is outsourced from other organisations. Those in the highest positions of power are perhaps the most mysterious. Wild stories abound on the subject: depending on the source, they may be ghosts or demons, old men sending messages from beyond the grave, faceless monsters from another world, or even shapeshifting lizardmen. A major part of their operations is establishing supply lines between various anomalous groups. Marshall, Carter and Dark purchase directly from groups such as Doctor Wondertainment and The Factory, reselling their goods at exorbitant markups. Prometheus Labs gladly supply the group with their latest research, in exchange for samples of exotic and complex anomalies. They often host anart exhibitions, exerting notable control of the artistic marketplace. Similarly, they host various social functions for the most rich and powerful people in the world. With hooks throughout Europe, America, Russia and China, there is never trouble finding a market for a given item. They are, of course, willing to sell to any buyer; groups such as the Chaos Insurgency are some of their most valuable clients. Perhaps the organisations most opposed to Marshall, Carter and Dark are the Manna Charitable Foundation and the Serpent's Hand. Manna Charitable often attempts to sabotage their operations, due to their restrictions of anomalous goods to the upper class. However, their limited range and resources makes them more irritating than threatening. The Serpent's Hand, meanwhile, are directly and openly antagonistic: caring neither for the veil of secrecy or the company's continuing practice of anomalous human trafficking, and impossible to economically intimidate, they represent the only pervasive threat to the group's operations. Without question, Marshall, Carter and Dark are one of the most important pieces on the chessboard of the anomalous world; occasionally putting other players into check, but never into mate. For Marshall, Carter and Dark, the planet is an intricate network they have secured safely beneath their thumb, where winning and losing are meaningless terms. There is no need to move pieces when you can move the board. When you can end the match at any time, there's only one reason to continue. It's all about playing the game..

     THE GLOBAL OCCULT OVERVIEW

The GOC was created in the aftermath of WWII, from the remnants of defecting occultists, psychics, priests, and scientists from Nazi, Soviet, and Allied states, brought together and formed by the Allies. As the world stage broadened, so too did the number of countries that had their hands in the GOC, until it became what it is today.
The GOC are a largely political force, seeing themselves as the police of the paranormal world. They pride themselves on destroying supernatural entities, and make use of the most high-tech experimental technology possible, obtained from their benefactors. Many potential SCPs have been destroyed by them before the Foundation could obtain and contain them.
They have been both on the side of the Foundation and against it at times, depending on the situation. They largely hold the Foundation in contempt for their use and containment of SCP items rather than their out-and-out destruction. The GOC has respected the Foundation's formidable might enough to leave it mostly alone, although there have been some questionable incidents with which the GOC have strictly denied involvement.
             THE FIVEFOLD MISSION
    ________________________________

    Survival
The GOC has to protect the human race against all paranormal threats, and this mission take priority over all other four.

    Concealment
The GOC has to keep the knowledge of paranormal threats secret, as exposure of said threats could lead to mass panic and, eventually, massive casualties in the wider civilian population.

    Protect
The GOC always tries to protect individual humans, both operatives and civilians, whenever possible, as long as it does not go against the first two previous statements.

    Destruction
The GOC should not take any risk with the survival of paranormal threats, as the very existence of the anomalous could be a risk to the human race's survival.

    Education
The GOC should always expand their knowledge of paranormal threats, and study said threats, as long as it does not go against the four previous statements.

    Chicago Spirit
In 1873, Chappell immigrated to Chicago with his parents at the age of two. The first record of his anomalous capabilities was an incident in which a passerby witnessed Chappell — then 11 years old — anomalously exsanguinating a rival newspaper boy. The boy's body was recovered from the Chicago River the following day, but the local police did not pursue the case. Chappell would, in later years, claim that the boy's death had been an accident.
In its original incarnation, the Chicago Spirit was a legitimate business. Founded in 1893 and located on Chicago's South Side, the Spirit operated as a typical bar, providing patrons with alcoholic beverages and occasionally offering live musical entertainment. After two years of making little revenue, Chappell had the idea to start a second line of business on the Chicago Spirit's second floor: a secretive trade of "unnatural novelties". During the subsequent years, Chappell sold over 600 anomalous artifacts to buyers in Chicago and outlying areas. Many of these objects are believed to been created by Chappell himself.
This new venture quickly attracted a number of wealthy collectors and prestigious members of Chicago's elite, which in turn had the added benefit of greatly bolstering the popularity of the establishment downstairs. Still, Chappell remained largely secretive about his anomalies, adamantly refusing to acknowledge the anomalous side of his business in public and never utilizing his reality-bending capabilities in the company of others.
As the Spirit prospered and grew, Chappell expanded his practice to include criminal activities such as extortion, planned robberies, and attacks on rivaling business owners. By 1899, approximately 410 men were working under Chappell. It was around this time that locals began to refer to Chappell's organization as the Chicago Spirit, taken from the name of the bar that served as the group's headquarters. They've dwindled out after a raid conducted by UIU / Foundation

Structure: Ranking is much familiar to Mafia although with unique Rank's there and there
Resources: Their Primary source of resource's are conducted via Bank robberies and mugging's and other petty crimes also with the Smuggling of anomalous drug's and the selling of weapon's
Standing Orders: Engage as soon as possible. Members of the Spirit are to be considered KTEs, Response Level 3 by default, 4 if actively aggressive.

      Oneiroi Collective
The first known mentions of the Oneiroi Collective can be found in Classical Greek mythology where it was a dream-related entity. Since then, it has been found throughout everything. It got into everything before we even knew about it. There are many contemporary organizations with members participating in Oneiroi, and a few of them are even aware of it. There are many negative consequences to these and your interactions with the Collective. If you suffer from its grasp, that sounds bad.
In 2014, the Oneiroi Collective was nominated for the 121st annual 'GCCX' Award given for absolute fucking pointlessness.

Structure: The collective has no higher up's only a big herd's called 'collectives'
Resources: No information is available regarding their sources of funding, membership, and resources at this time.
Standing Orders: Minimal engagement.  to be considered PTE's, Response Levels 2-3 by default. Active members in progress are to be opposed when discovered, with maximum preservation of enemy material for proper analysis and disposal.

    The Chaos Insurgency

The Insurgency is known to have its roots in the Foundation, but the details of their relationship are sketchy - it is not clear whether the Insurgency is a rogue organization spun off from the Foundation, or it serves as a cover organization for Foundation "black ops" operations. The Insurgency possesses fewer parathreats, but is known to use them more publicly and less restrictively.
Structure: The Insurgency appears to be bicameral, with one wing devoted to internal and external military operations and the other to research and implementation, unified under the control of unknown authorities.
Resources: No information is available regarding their sources of funding, membership, and resources at this time.
Standing Orders: Minimal engagement. Insurgency Operatives are to be considered UTEs, Response Levels 2-3 by default. Active operations in progress are to be opposed when discovered, with maximum preservation of enemy material for proper analysis and disposal.

    Church of the Broken God

Members of the Church of the Broken God claim that Threat Entities are fragmented manifestations of a pantheistic demiurge, whom they seek to reassemble as a means to their own deification. Whether successful or not, such an event would necessarily constitute a massive Threat Entity Emergence via hybridization, and may also initiate an Eschatological Event Sequence, either of which would require immediate execution of Procedure Pizzicato.
Structure: The Church is organized in a hierarchical structure nominally led by a man named Robert Bumaro. Each office communicates only with those directly superior, equal, and subordinate to their own. The basic office is that of the chaplain, who directs the activities of a chapel of no more than twenty individuals. Higher orders are responsible for equipment production and Threat Entity storage.
Resources: Church funding is drawn from the resources of its members and used to fund all internal expenses. Church operatives may be equipped with either conventional or TE-derived armaments from their chapel's armory, and are largely unaffected by cognitive-class Threat Entities.
Standing Orders: Engage as soon as possible. Operatives of the Church are to be considered KTEs, Response Level 3 by default, 4 if actively aggressive

    The Foundation

The Foundation is one of the oldest, most enigmatic, and most dangerous organizations involved with the paranormal. The Foundation's mission is the containment and storage of paranormal objects, and they maintain a network of containment sites hidden across the world for this purpose. Although they have similar goals of preserving normalcy (in line with the GOC's Second Mission), their unethical methods and focus on the containment and study of parathreats, even at risk to their own personnel and civilian bystanders, makes them incompatible with Coalition directives.
Although there are no official diplomatic ties between the Foundation and Coalition, the two organizations have carried out several "unofficial" joint operations, as well as having multiple unofficial ties and agreements to help facilitate smoother relations.
Structure: The Foundation consists of a loose conglomerate of researchers and field agents working independently under the direction of an "Overseer Council" of thirteen anonymous individuals. The Foundation's main unit of operation is the "site," or distinct location housing one or more parathreats. Little else is known about the internal organization of this group, except that they make extensive use of condemned criminals as expendable personnel in their experiments and operations.
Resources: Little information is available regarding their sources of funding, membership, and resources at this time, but they are believed to be extensive.
Standing Orders: Do not engage without authorization from High Command. Foundation Operatives are to be considered Potential Threat Entities, Response Levels 0-3 based on level of hostility. Operatives are encouraged to prioritize the destruction of any Threat Entities before they can be captured by the Foundation.

They've dwindled out after a raid conducted by UIU / Foundation

an alien civilization in the last few thousand years. It's cleverly leaked, downplayed, shuffled and muddied by The SCP Foundation. and governments from across the planet until the time when the public is ready for admission of the event, almost a full century after the incident first began to encroach on public imagination. Five hundred years before Space Station 13 is built -- July 6th, 2050 -- the United Earth government With Help From the SCP Foundation  provides complete and frank proof of extraterrestrial life in the universe. They also provide proof that, as far as a human mind can understand one so completely foreign to its way of thinking, this life is hostile. Mankind is no longer alone. Mankind is no longer supreme.
The Chinese-dominated United Earth forces focus the many resources of the polluted and dying Earth to flee into the cold void. The larger Dwarf Planets are colonized and generational colony ships are launched into deep space. Research is done into fringe physics, most of the secrets of the Universe being turned towards terraforming or "defense" from xenos species. Compared to most sentients human beings breed like rats and the plague of new life they bring with them everywhere they go tends to blight out that which was. In this new infinite sea religion does all but disappear and the vast distances humanity spreads sees a return to defacto autonomous feudalism. For the next two hundred years the forces of Earth spread like wildfire across the Milky Way, stretching farther down Her spiraling arms with each generation of both humanity and technology.
A few generations of humanity war between themselves for dominance and other alien species for survival. Most xenos encountered during this time are wiped out entirely, genocide and planet cracking having become a staple of human warfare. There comes a time when even nostalgia has been lost for Earth and the yellow sun she circles and any resemblance to a united species is gone. When there is so little little external threat anymore humanity faces its wrath inwards again. Records from this time are sporadic and first-hand accounts muddied by rumor and propaganda but it is clear that this is no golden age of peace.
The reasons why are lost to time, but it was not a xenos threat that shook humanity down. It was that which shook humanity since time immemorial -- war. The vast wormhole highways that kept humanity in contact with itself were bombed on both ends. Humanity was lost in the void and ravaged by hellfire and slaughter from all sides; from all fronts; from all faces. For many decades technology and history are lost and bastardized in a vast anarchy. Different sects of humanity, separated by unfathomable gulfs of empty space, take different approaches to restoring order. In this time several xenos species encroach on space previously held by humanity, even those systems closest to Sol. Far from this center, in the fringes of inhabited space, it is not traditional government but megacorporations that rule. Far too vast for oversight they are interplanetary nations onto themselves, ones without borders and without scruples. For two hundred years they have fought for space dollars and intellectual properties, content to let those old portals to humanity far gone lay derelict in the vacuum.

    [History]
On July 6th, 1948 Earth gets its first contact with
an alien civilization in the last few thousand years.
The harden walls that surrounded him felt like prison, a prison that wanted to consume him for his action that he cannot even begin to comprehend, but the blooming lights kept him at ease yet uncomfortable to look at. Sitting on a chair next to a metal table, arms crossed, he had an urge to look around the room until the hinges of the door opened and kept him glued on the chair.
It was a woman who appeared at the door and seemed to have carried a folder of some sort. The woman was 6'1, younger, and green eyes that glared at the man sitting. She placed down the folder on the table as she sat down to look at him with content of knowledge. She clicked her tongue and opened the folder.
"So you appear to be a military serviceman yourself. You were recruited back in '84 as and became a Corporal for the 23rd Special Air Service Regiment. You                                                                                    then retired to become a case officer for British Intelligence Service, am I right?"
The man leaned closer and replied.
"Was a case officer. I was transferred to British Security Service since I apparently fit the bill and had experience back at Afghanistan. It was alright over there, but                           I grew annoyed of the Afghanis' since they barely had any intelligence structure and we had to rely on the Americans at that time."
The woman didn't reply, it was quite clear that his background wasn't as interesting as the second folder that the woman had taken out from the stacked folder.                                                  She opened and flipped through the contents of the second folder as the man continued to briefly explain his background.
"I'm sorry— I didn't catch your name?" The man curiously asked for the woman's name.
"No. You didn't." She said as she glanced at him and back to the folder that she opened. "Now, is it Davidson or David?"
    "Either of which is fine."
"Okay. Mr. Davidson, I was expecting someone with a more interesting background than what previous candidates have to offer." She adds as she pulled out a document and handed it over to him.
"This document, can you confirm this is your handwriting?"
"Yes, it is my handwriting." Davidson nods at the woman.
"What can you tell me about an incident on the 8th of August 2008?"
    "Am I required to—"
"Yes. I simply want to hear from your personal experience than what the documents have provided." The woman interrupts Davidson.
"On that day, I infiltrated a suspected criminal organization working in Afghanistan that had been alleged to profit off of copied-replicas of the British crown to be sold off to the black market. We had the cooperation of the local Afghani government and support from British forces. But at the end we successfully prevented an illegal sell."
"Interesting. Now, what can you tell me about this then?"
The woman then pulls out photographs with stamps labelled as 'classified' on the table facing towards Davidson. He glares at each photography until one particular photo stood him still for a second.
"It .. it was, um, a statue that they've been trying to sell." Davidson leans back a bit and continues to glare the photo.
"Or was it?" The woman fists her hands together and places them under her chin as she squinches her eyes with doubt.
"Let me be honest with you Mr. Davidson, we live in a society that has odd occurrences everyday. People often see or hear things that they should have not, which, I am of course referring to the paranormal.
"What? Hold on. You mean to tell me that the British Government has some sort of secret agency that handles the paranormal?" Davidson scoffs and looks at her with disbelief, but was met with silence from her.
The woman sighed and began to compile back the file into a stack once again. She stacked them back together and places a letter on the table for Davidson.
"My superiors above would like to thank you for accepting the transfer for this department. If you have any inquiries, all will be answered in that sheet in front of you."
The woman stood up, grabbed onto the folder, and walked towards the door that she had walked through earlier.
"W— wait. What department am I being transferred to?" Davidson asked curiously as he grabbed onto the letter and too stood up.
The woman opened the door and stopped to look back at Davidson. "Well, Mr Davidson. Welcome to Monarch Security, or Her Majesty's Military Intelligence Section 13."

This Group won't focus on Combat that much and the fact that the 3 Slot Security Slot is a Donator Job will make sure it won't go inactive. This Group will focus on aiding the GOI's on the Surface fighting their enemies and giving their advantage, take the SQM as an example he has no purpose than supporting the Foundation Units. We will only go to Combat if neccessary
