with event planner the events i could do often booked faster than i could get them leaving the event times i was unable to do thank you for your other criticisms i will defo take those into account for next time if i dont get it this time

Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I am a previous event planner which sets me ahead from some applicants with knowing the commands and what they should be used for (!... ^ * @) Due to my previous work as EP and hafting to deal with Sits and such in the early mornings or if i see it first hand i have learned the staff guidelines from the sheet and speaking with staff which makes me a strong potential staff member due to already knowing how to deal with situations and how staff should properly act in sits and when dealing with situations I'm a very active member in the community being on most days of the week in those early hours when other staff may not be online is a big point for activity as it allows me to pick up the weaker areas that staff have Since my last Application i have become a better person and more mature and my behaviour has improved overall Although i am currently in school the course i'm doing gives me the time (i'm only in 3 days from 11am - 4pm) to continue to play and be active which allows me to guarantee i will not being going anywhere anytime soon I am a very chill and understanding person it takes a fair amount to get me angry or annoyed this allows me to not care for peoples opinions on me which i believe is good for a staff member due to some of the abuse they may receive for decisions or during sits

neutral Shade has shown himself to be a very capable person when leading he has been temp exo many times showing he can be trusted with the responsibilities that come with such a rank throughout my time at CG supervisor i have seen nothing be the best from shade with him being able to lead with a great skill in doing so Activity has gotten very bad and well its not what we need in battalion his warns were back in February and well he has defo improved and i believe is capable of taking on the roles and responsibilities of battalion (his brother is phantom so i think that would be funny) Best of luck - Battalion Captain Tay

Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I would be better than other applicants due to my activity (especially early in the morning when I usually haft to take claims due to no staff being present) I can be on in these weird hours where staff usually are not furthermore with my departure from school and not going to college until September I only expect one LOA during the summer break for 5 days this further implies my activity also I often pick up where the weak areas of anything I do are to ensure a better time for people involved secondly my staff experience on the server as EP I have had to warn ban and deal with situations a staff would regularly deal with also I have become quite well known with the commands that a staff would need to know (!xban, !warn !give !slay) and how to target players (^,*,@ <name>) with this experience I believe I am already one step ahead most also as an EP I have proven myself to be trusted with the ULX perms on the server Finally I'm a mature person that takes the rules to heart I understand why they are in place and why they need to be followed this is obv so that the RP which the server does can be allowed to continue without interruption I would describe myself as a calm and collective person with no personal judgement towards anyone I don't hold grudges and accept things for how they happen and see how I can improve moving forward I believe these traits are needed in staff as to stay calm analyse the situation so you can make a fair judgement without bias
