Not been SO+ in a while (rules state you must have been an SO+ within the last 2-3 months to still be eligible)
I feel you won't be accepted this time for the reason in red however if you don't please reapply when you reach SO+

I use the discord and TS everyday however the forums mainly for checking on Battalion Applications however i am aware staff should check the forums quite frequently and am willing to do so if i receive the role

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: i understand this yes as if ive done something wrong it needs to punished no matter my rank IC or OOC
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: i would do !blogs and look for deaths caused by the reported player if its found they have killed people i would pull them into a sit explain the situation and warn them for RDM/MRDM depending on many people they killed and ban if necessary
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: i would first go to a Battalion Member and ask them send a trainer if no one turns up i would type in OOC // Need a cadet trainer someone go or i'll randomly tp someone to do it
3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: i would do nothing it was an accident and if action would be taken it would be in IC
4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
Inform them they should Salute 2nd LT+ however personally it's not that big of an issue to i would often just leave it (this should always be dealt with IC)
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: i would point to rule 1.5.1 (Not all situations would be specifically stated and it's down to common sense and for no listed situations it’s for the staff to decide) however i would also say if they have an issue or wish to appeal they may do so on the forums and i would send them the link and direct them to the section they need
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would direct them to the forums and say if they wish to fight the warn/ban they can do so there if and direct them to the section they need
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):
I am a previous event planner which sets me ahead from some applicants with knowing the commands and what they should be used for (!... ^ * @)
Due to my previous work as EP and hafting to deal with Sits and such in the early mornings or if i see it first hand i have learned the staff guidelines from the sheet and speaking with staff which makes me a strong potential staff member due to already knowing how to deal with situations and how staff should properly act in sits and when dealing with situations
I'm a very active member in the community being on most days of the week in those early hours when other staff may not be online is a big point for activity as it allows me to pick up the weaker areas that staff have
Since my last Application i have become a better person and more mature and my behaviour has improved overall
Although i am currently in school the course i'm doing gives me the time (i'm only in 3 days from 11am - 4pm) to continue to play and be active which allows me to guarantee i will not being going anywhere anytime soon
I am a very chill and understanding person it takes a fair amount to get me angry or annoyed this allows me to not care for peoples opinions on me which i believe is good for a staff member due to some of the abuse they may receive for decisions or during sits -

Shade has shown himself to be a very capable person when leading
he has been temp exo many times showing he can be trusted with the responsibilities that come with such a rank
throughout my time at CG supervisor i have seen nothing be the best from shade with him being able to lead with a great skill in doing so
Activity has gotten very bad and well its not what we need in battalion
his warns were back in February and well he has defo improved and i believe is capable of taking on the roles and responsibilities of battalion
(his brother is phantom so i think that would be funny)

I would check !blogs for any damage the player in question has done if it is a small amount and could not have killed someone with this amount of damage i would go on to spectate the player and see if they are RP correctly and not randomly shooting people
if the player has been killing i would bring them aside for a staff sit in where i would explain to them the situation and see if they have any defence if not i would explain once again why they are here and why i am going to be warning them for RDM/ARDM i would then do this with the command !warn <steam id> <reason> then returning them and keeping a close eye on them to see if it happens again in which i would ban them for NH2RP and add one extra day for each OCC offence2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
I would tp to a battalion and ask them to send a trainer if no arrive i would ask in OOC saying "can i get a trainer to cadet room or ill TP someone at random

this is to be classed as an attempted bypassing and i would inform them that what they did was infact fail rp and perhaps point to some rules that do say it is fail rp and tell them if they wish to argue against the report they can do so on the forums which i would grab a link for them

i would tell them the rules they broke specifically pointing to them by there number and perhaps bring a second staff to come and explain that i am indeed correct and i would then inform them if they feel it is unfair and wish to argue it to head to the forums and make a claim on there

I believe I would be better than other applicants due to my activity (especially early in the morning when I usually haft to take claims due to no staff being present) I can be on in these weird hours where staff usually are not furthermore with my departure from school and not going to college until September I only expect one LOA during the summer break for 5 days this further implies my activity also I often pick up where the weak areas of anything I do are to ensure a better time for people involved secondly my staff experience on the server as EP I have had to warn ban and deal with situations a staff would regularly deal with also I have become quite well known with the commands that a staff would need to know (!xban, !warn !give !slay) and how to target players (^,*,@ <name>) with this experience I believe I am already one step ahead most also as an EP I have proven myself to be trusted with the ULX perms on the server
Finally I'm a mature person that takes the rules to heart I understand why they are in place and why they need to be followed this is obv so that the RP which the server does can be allowed to continue without interruption
I would describe myself as a calm and collective person with no personal judgement towards anyone I don't hold grudges and accept things for how they happen and see how I can improve moving forward I believe these traits are needed in staff as to stay calm analyse the situation so you can make a fair judgement without bias -

Archer has demonstrated maturity (on most occasions) he has shown dedication to CE and medics for a very long time has very strong opinions on leading which leads to some great ideas i think a great fit for batt
my only issue is you get rather hot headed especially mid events i often hear you screaming often towards someone

honestly i hate doing +1 in list limits what i can say so here Panzer/poof great guy loads of fun took his role as SPL seriously i would love for him to get batt i think he would have great ideas for improving batt just like he did with warlock
to anyone wondering rules for rank transferring out of batt rules been changed so if he was gonna he would haft to be in batt for a little while

what the others have said with the reg hopping and a few mistakes make me think you're just going off what you believe from seeing us or over hearing things and not properly read the batt handbook
something I've not seen mentioned is when i see you, your often playing jedi as a TG and battalion isn't the place for a jedi main
Preence you can be accepted but it's going to probably need some work and most likely a denied this time what I suggest is that you play your regiment for a while and start playing clone a lot more obviously don't play it if it's not something you enjoy but if that's the case how can we guarantee you will enjoy batt
