Not just for ulx, But i would then be able to have a positive effect on the server and the people within it. From simply helping them with little things like giving weapons, but been able to activity ensure that people enjoy the server, stopping rule breaking and minges that can ruins someone's time on the server, Whether they just joined that same day to long time veterans, Staff ensure that there time on the server is void of minging and rule breaking, to helping them in the others ways i have mentioned such as setting hp, to helping new people round with rules and ooc issues. This is something I could dedicate myself to par from in game ranks. Like others a lot of my time is spent on peak times and later at night when staff are most needed. With staff fitting my schedule within life well. I have a good amount of community engagement that you want to see in staff with both my time in jedi and clone. I believe I can bring both past experience with ulx on the server with my time in ep and former experience on other servers with staff will come in useful to help me quickly adapt to staff on werewolf. From this experience, I feel like I have an unbiased opinion and can come to a fair and reasonable judgment in situations in which I feel is vital to a good staff member. As well I can show professionalism and try to follow every rule to a tee, which is important for a person who is enforcing the rules. Furthermore its something I know I enjoy, and is something i am eager to join and do it to the best of my ability.

While adding more chance for the use of tactics such as the use of multiple choke points meaning the team which won the battle was often what I did for many events but it worked especially well within this event as the dupe allowed for no just sitting back and shooting from a distance the multiple tight entrances allowed for teams to take advantage of people sitting back on the cover or if they pushed the wrong way them to be killed trying to flank. This meant it was not just an all-out brawl but allowed both sides to take advantage of the use of their own mind and teamwork—something i wish to push into my events if i get accepted. Overall, I believe it led to a fun event for people, especially in a server where people really cared about skill and kills. Do you understand the responsibilities a event planner has? What your suggestion is: I dont know if this is even possible but currently voice amp goes to everyone in the server. People brand new to the server as a cadet to ec's and event planners during events. A change to this could be made either limited who it goes to eg: anyone who holds republic comms to even further Possible Changes?? 1. Anyone with Republic comms will be able to hear voice amp 2. be able to switch between just clone and clone and Jedi. Allowing battalion to talk to Jedi if needed but also been able to cut it off switching modes such as can be done with the rpg. ( stopping interruptions in jedi events in a planetary but been able to contact them if needed ) 3. cut voice amp for cadets. with people joining mid event in can be disruptive and annoying. even off putting to new players. This would also make it more intresting for both clone and ec. with tactics been used by battalion been shouted to the ec's takes away the effectiveness of things like flanks such. Starting from leading events giving clear orders to troops in both base attacks and planeteries. Looking over each regiment within this giving orders and orchestrating a strong defense and or attack allowing each regiment to work and help one another to come out with the best possible result within the situation and making sure all regiments have a goal within a firefight. Another responsibility within battalion is to run the base during defcon 5. Such as granting or denying requests helping the running of the base ensuring everything is running correctly and smoothly aswell as hosting training for clones to keep them occupied during down time. Aswell as leading the base Battalion should also host training for regiments keeping standards of troops high and keeping well trained as well as hosting fun events for the people involved. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): From Joining the clone wars server i am still fairly new but have shown leadership within the 212th and i feel am ready for the challenge of Battalion. Leading the 212th during many events, helping new people to the 212th during events and effectively being able to lead during these events coordinating effects tactics to allow us to be the most effective during events and ensuring that our regiment is effective and helping the war effort. This has been within the Regiment itself and it would be a step up for multiple reasons but something I feel I am ready for. I have also had previous experience with leading and have become accustomed to being able to lead a group as well as supervise a regiment with some previous experience with this and may come in useful if I was accepted within battalion. Furthermore I feel I would be a good fit within Battalion due to my high activity, being very active within the 212th, being able to get 28 event logs within a 25 day period showing high activity and past ability to lead the 212th during events. Another reason why I feel I would be a good fit for battalion is I understand that is a game for fun and is a key aspect for players and I feel I would be able to bring this aspect within while holding up high standards of battalion that are necessary and that would be a factor that would be taken into mind. Another reason is things such as grudges or friendships would not affect my judgment within this making sure that all people have a fair chance and fair equal playing field making sure that the decision made was best for all not just a single person. A Final point of why I would be good is my determination for the best possible results for me and the server as a whole in which I would try my hardest to be the most effective battalion member I could be.
