To be fair, Jedi Events are majority metagaming. In my opinion you can't do ANYTHING in the temple if the EC is around an area doing Advert without being warned or accused of metagaming. That's why redoing the adverts is something great when it comes to doing adverts is to actually not to adverts! Simple as that, there is /me for a reason or /event (for the EP of course). No need for the whole server to know you are doing naughty stuff behind an aisle of a Library or a Holocron Vault. Anyways, with this information I do agree with you. As a Temple Guard, your main priority is to defend the Temple, Holocron Vault and the Library. You asked a different Temple Guard, in this case James, if the Holocron Vault has been checked out and it was not. The most common sense is to check it out and you found the stranger which I believe is nothing wrong. Jedi Events are difficult to understand as I said before and I do believe it was just an unfair warning. However, as Breatoking said. He spoke to three different people including James. I rarely believe if he actually told the truth as I was not there but based of your description and clips; I agree with you Ebaleiz/Yollo and I do believe that that was not in fact Metagaming which on Jedi Events are extremely difficult to read if it is a mild or severe Metagaming.

+1 Really great guy and trustworthy in person. Very experienced within the server with 3mo+ of playtime. Battalion Captain as IC rank which is high and also a massive plus. No staff experience unfortunately but I do believe he will learn swiftly as he is comfortable with the server/community

Neutral/+1 Well made application, took your time making it. Seems like a great guy. Your IC rank is very low for you to build trust within players in the community. I do believe you joined back quite recently which is not ideal either. 3w 2d of playtime in the server is alright but not great.

After what I have thought over a couple hours, it was a bit "too much" over the decisions I made - to give you a warn. Maybe a verbal warning could have been better instead of a warn and I do understand that it was tame as you said. It was only one sentence that I have seen in Billy's Logs which to be fair is a bit too harsh for a warning. I must say that in a scenario like this was difficult to put a judgement on. Also as I have seen on Cameron's reply, players do say worse things and gets away. But I believe all that takes in a roleplaying scenario such as AOS for disrespect.

I agree, there is people saying negative stuff around the server. Not just common negativity such as experiencing bad events or friendly fire. But around the same thing as you said, but the thing is that they might not mean it or if it is a joke. It's difficult to understand you know and of course I agree that there should be multiple warns for DTP. But this was just straight up I would assume. If you felt like I added everything that it was against you, it is not. I am trying my best to be as impartial as possible and it is one of my first ever sits I am doing. But that is what I handled so I am sorry if it felt like I was on the other player's side, but I was not. I also mentioned that I have spoken to the other player over the things he could react in one of those situations. It is difficult is what I'm trying to say.

I understand it may become frustrating of getting a warn for disrespect to player but the situation you were sat on was a bit odd. You entered the JT without announcing it and did not drop your weapons (/me drops weapons) at the entrance which speaks for itself that you did not follow the rules of the JT. I know you Tasker have been on the server for a while (at least 6 months) and also in fact you are an ARC Colonel for DU, I would assume you should have recognized the rules of entering the JT. Even though some maps have not updated their text screens saying, for example only "Clearance level 3" does not mean the rest of the rules does not apply. I know that this specific map (Balmora) is not used frequently as a base map and as mentioned before, the map has probably not been updated since months/years ago. I have spoken to a player you had an "argument" against and said that he gave you multiple verbal warnings for disrespect and to leave the Jedi Temple (Screenshot below). And later on you have been telling him to shut up over the things you were suppose to do (as you can see below) To conclude this reply is that you shouldn't have made your situation worse than it has been in fact that you are VISITING the JT and is not your base to do whatever. As a result, you made it worse and got your warn.

So in that case, the player will be warned for FailRP. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would tell him kindly to accept the error the player did and move on. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I've been aiding lots of people recently, both in the server but also in the real world. I really feel that I could actually be part of the staff team not to just be there and help the players, but also to help rest of the staff team. I truly believe it's a huge responsibility on the server to become a part of you guys and I have the confidence and commitment to do so. I have been playing on the server for quite a while now but not too long (less than a year) and I have gained lots of experience over those months. I do understand that I acted weird OOC in the beginning of my journey and also quite recently, but I do feel I can change my performance and actually take things seriously OOC. Luckily, I have been promoted to an elite unit which I am proud of and shocked at the same time and it made me feel that people on the server can trust me within certain situations and may have a different view on me than I expected. I do like the server a lot and it has been part of me. I have been engaged towards the server over the past 2-3 months and I start to feel I can do more to help. The server has lost some important/famous players towards the server and maybe additional changes towards the server can make it even better for even more players to join. At the moment, we have gained lots of players for the past week and it is a shock of how many there are. Despite if I have or no chance of becoming a part of the staff team, I would still appreciate all the support I give towards the players and that really makes me happy!

-1 Firstly, I don't understand that the whole event (25+ minutes) will only be attacking the GR, unless you make it nearly impossible to retake. Secondly, you didn't choose a map for your base attack to happen although you gave examples in Rishimoon. Also unlimited B1 Battle Droids? Thirdly, it seemed that you wrote this in a rush.
