I suggest that the higher ups of the regiments have just a bit more power to help put the Hierarchy. Some things like Recruitment, a CO+ should have the power to recruit people to the regiment. A SO+ Should have the power to do special training like Flying training for CE. The system that we have right now is a bit too harsh on the COs they have the power to conduct trainings but other than than the promotions and stuff are falling into the hierarchy which makes everything way harder to them. Rock 42 Share Posted December 21, 2020 (edited) -1 COs do Trainings SOs do tryouts RC does promotions / demotions It wouldn’t make sense as once you get SO you are trusted as you have probably spent at least a month so they can trust you not abuse the fact to recruit troops. COs do trainings so they can show their dedication to the regiment and they can also show their performance in Trainings. So there is no point in switching it around. It would confuse a lot of people if this happened so no. Also Having CO's do tryouts would be awful for many reasons I won't add. + What rock said.
