I have loads of interests and bizarre things on my name for example I have a A Grade in horticulture and that’s plant care and gardening. I enjoy reading and enjoying the music of the past to be precise. I also enjoy building PCs and fishing and creating projects for my journalism course.

What should we pick you for Battalion: My time may be a slight look of confusion due to me having 1 week 5 days? But I'm sure I can prove myself in always possible to prove that Battalion ‘s standards are shown. My experiences with my line of work and education have provided me with a mindset of being focused and a helpful team player giving advice to those who need assistance and a capable leader & coordinator. I can adapt to all situations needed This will and can be shown within events when leading the regiment Galactic Marines and making sure all members are alive and well as well know where and what is occurring around the MB. I am a very friendly and approachable person. I listen to orders and know where the rules are and what is needed and what is not. I may not have experience in places such as hierarchy etc... But I am positive that I would not create doubt between the members of the battalion circle and High Command. I aim for results such as the quality of it rather than the quantity. While Skills can accommodate the position. Overall, I believe that my abilities and aims are capable and deemed fit for a battalion member. Lastly being able to properly succeed with orders and dedicate myself to the tasks of a battalion member by giving more than the minimum effort and giving my absolute all in all and any situation/order given to me.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: Starting off with the PassiveRP side of battalion is maintaining the flow of the base this is done by giving all attention towards the requests of the clones/jedis within their duties when it comes to asking for the permission of many tasks such as asking for parts of TRs or FL out of MB for example . Also, as a Battalion member this is key to focus on these requests and grant and deny within reason and at quick pace to keep the fluency of Main Base as well as that keep the act of yourself up as well by providing a sense of calming around all lower ranks and professionalism with addressing by certain methods such as Rank or Rank and name altogether. As well as basic Regiment Rank/Higher Ranking introduction such as Sir. In general, make sure you are not being unprofessional or making a mockery of the Battalion. 

 *Includes unrealistic movements* E.g., Bhopping around the Courtyard. While still in passiveRP certain ranks can engage in certain training for people and be given tasks of value which can or could result in punishment. (WO - Given a role of supervision on a regiment and tasked to do a minimum of two training.) < For example.

Lastly Give Tactical orders for regiment when you think is deemed so.

 

Combat changes the role completely as a Battalion. You matter even if you are a clone. The best way of being an efficient member is to keep eyes everywhere and update all regiment with orders, Not fighting up-front but on middle ground or the side-lines completely. Another thing is listening to the EP and respecting their plans and going with it and using the tools when deemed necessary. Such as the voice amp and other methods such as status reports to see what the state of all regiments are then and there. Use common sense when given orders like ordering when you are in a safe area/distance from combat. Lastly establishing orders for jedis as well when needed.

What do Battalion do during Combat when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL) When the Battalion member is not leading, he can assist his supervising regiment in either middle/Frontline combat and allowing for the leading member to lead. Without taking over etc. So, the member can assist in capturing areas/clearing. This is if they are not leading the combat scenario but if leading as mentioned utilizing the given equipment and tactics as well as comms to help all regiments and non-leading members in combat with objectives and orders. Enabling a strong structure through the event.

 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet must complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?

• Doing a training of some sort with faces, formations, and questions
• Successfully leading an event
• Calling and doing a debrief
  
   

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? The co-leader and be considered vital in some cases as they can lighten the load on the leader’s shoulders and allow for the main task at hand to be focused on examples are assisting in grant and denies or in tactical/Executive decisions.

From my brief interaction with you durring DarkerBlues mando, I could tell that you were a really  good guy in general. Your application is very detailed (the style of writing is a bit annoying to read but that is fine). Althougt your playtime is low that doesn't mean that you aren't ready for Battalion. Good luck.
