I joined, I accidently went into a C3 area which is arrestable, I was not given any warnings and so I made a staff sit to help me out, I requested multiple times to bring me into a private sit area because of how many people were around, He continued to ignore me and I asked for a higher up or SMT to come but none responded, I was banned for RDM which is not true, I never killed anyone, I was warned for homphobia for calling the staff member gay which is obviously not homophobia. I asked to bring me to a private sit area and instead I was just banned without having to explain my side of the story to anyone. I do not have evidence but neither do the staff member banning me for RDM and the rest

Read the rules before you step out of spawn and roleplay, not that hard, sadly you will have to suffer and consequenses of your own actions.
Suggest re applying in 6+ months 

I have no power nor any say in this but what I would like to suggest is always reading the rules, it will save you a lot of trouble and misunderstanding

I think its pretty obvious to why I'm putting a -1 for this.
By reading you'r application and by the looks of it and how you wrote it it shows that you absolutely do not care about the unban request and just shows that you have not matured. You claim to have made mistakes and that you have matured but by reading your text and seeing how its written it shows  no care. Try to put more text in your application and care.
Also putting memes and stuff on an application you want to get accepted is just not a good idea, I suggest rewritting the application with abit more care to it and my -1 might be changed, It will stay a -1 for me for now, Take my suggestions and go off some variables I have given.

Compared to previous unban requests, you have understood what you did wrong and it seems like you have matured. Seems as it is the 2nd time you have been perma banned, the staff team will be watching you. If you go back to your old ways then they you will be re-perma banning you.

What did the reported staff member do to abuse their power: i got told to make a report if i felt that something invalid was said so here i'm, I was on the way to be interogatted and i was cusing at them saying '' go fuck yourself nazi scum, you guys are nazi retards'', in rp ofcourse, and JTA decided to appear from nowhere and told me to be less aggressive and that it was a verbal warning, now the thing i dont understand is that i was rping while on the way to being interogated, i was german resistance and can swear towards them, theres a reason why PD has an arrest option for Disrespect, Now i just want to settle things and find out if thats accurate. I believe that by flying to me and telling me to be less aggressive (pointing towards not swearing towards them) just ruins the rp for me and the others. There comes times where orpo have to deal with people cusing at them violently and thats why theres an option to gag. I was told it was fine to do what i did just as long as it doesent reach micspam levels.

From expirence of using a laptop on GMOD (one without a GPU) I can confirm FPS does start to drop after a while but reconecting doesnt help this. 
You would have to leave the laptop off for a good couple of minutes for it to properly cool down.

With werewolf servers they tend to be very strict, You should read the rules and just try to obey as much rules as you can. 
Search up ''German Male Names'' which to help with the rp ingame. 
At the same time it is only a 1 day ban and wait it out. Also when you get unbanned try to remember to change your name so you don't get yourself into one of these situations again.
