I know how to host trainings and what quality they should have, I know how to teach people that are not as experienced as I am, and I know how to behave. I got some experience being a hierarchy member for two weeks, and before that even as Colonel I got to lead many attacks. The first and most known one is to deny and grant any requests, and to keep the base running smoothly and efficiently. The second responsibility that everyone encounters is to lead attacks, either base or planetary attacks. He makes sure every regiment is doing their job right. The third responsibility is to make sure that every regiment is in form and ready for any situation they may approach. With ranking up in Battalion, you even have to make sure that the rest of Battalion is fit. Battalion Supervisors have to host trainings for their regiment, and any Battalion above 2nd LT must host open trainings or SIM's as well. -1/Neutral I believe, that if you would be unbanned you probably would start minging again and again and again, as you did in the past. Then the whole "Server Advertisement"-Affaire and the shit with FLASH would be reason enough to keep you permabanned. You also changed your name to regiment's members to scam people on TS to get to each regiments channel password. Even though FLASH seemed quite normal when he joined 212th and wasn't minging at all, you tried as well in GM before you got blacklisted, and got kicked as you did not put any effort in. He is, even though he is on the Hall of Flame as well. I don't understand hierarchy at this point.

When it comes to rules and everything about that, you can ask me almost every question and I will answer it correct. I know how things have to work, and I spend 5 months on Colonel, and 2 weeks on Temp. EXO. I got around 2 regiments, well now you could say that is not much, but I think it already gives me a lot of experience, and gives me different perspectives on the battlefield. The first 7 months of my time being around, I have been a GM member, and after 2 months already reached Colonel. After that, I went to 212th most because of the people, less because of actually being bored of GM. I lead above countless ranks in GM, I know what standard trainings should have. In addition to that, I know how to respectfully speak to higher ups as well to people below my rank. As many of you know, I have been a really toxic in the past, but as many people I like and respect already mentioned, and in my opinion as well, I improved a lot on that. I am not the person anymore who screams at people and threatens them with talking to hierarchy if they misbehaved once by a little bit. I grew very mature I think, I know when to be serious and when it is fine if I let my funny side out. I also am able to improve myself and my performance. I did not really want mention it, but the statement "And I am now the only one left from the german minge squad." obviously was sarcastic. I never got any warns, I only had 3 admin sits in my entire career on the server, and all those 3 have been for a minor reason (like AOS'ing someone who apparently did not do anything). I never really minged (of course some minor things here and there like some stupid /me shit, but everyone did and does them), but I think everyone that knows me can confirm that I am not a minge, that I did not mean those words literal. I thought the germans would be the ones without any sense for humor and sarcasm but obviously I am wrong.

When I was 212th SGT, my next goal either was ARC or Battalion, but I thought it would take too long for batt apps to re-open again. Now I resigned, and 10 minutes later batt apps and ep apps opened, and I thought I could give it a try for battalion.
